Was in the store to drop off a UPS package. Both self serve kiosks were in use. One of the workers asked if it was a drop off and I said yes. She refused to scan and give me a receipt. Told me I had to use self serve if I wanted a receipt. I was in the prior week and they accepted my package at the counter and gave me a receipt. When I told her that wasn't the policy in Folsom she told me to "go to Folsom" That is very rude and poor customer service. read more

Me and some buddies went in 5 mins before they closed and they took care of us and went above and beyond. They helped us find the right boxes to pack our supplies for the right price! Although it was closing time Maria and Stevie still helped us without rushing and made us feel important. They sold us what we needed and shipped our packages . We felt confident knowing that they knew what they were doing and treated us with so much kindness. As someone who is constantly doing Amazon returns, I have been to a lot of UPS stores. I can say I love this Cameron Park location and all their staff. I go at least once a week and it doesn't matter who is working, I always have a great experience. Today I had Cathi scan a 200 page document for me and she did it quick and efficiently and even made sure it all loaded properly. Such a great location with great staff. read more

The issue I have is not with their shipping services. I've dropped off packages to be shipped by UPS before and have had no issues. I haven't had enough interaction with the employees to comment on that either. The issue is with the cost of printing a UPS return label. First, there should be the ability for the UPS store to scan the label from a phone and print a label. There isn't. So what is the cost to print that label (or print anything for that matter) on a sheet of white paper? $4. Four dollars! The franchisees (owners of each UPS Store location) set this price and maybe each location is different. But they'll say something about the cost of the computer equipment, etc. which is ridiculous. Here's the solution: FedEx Office "Print and Go". Upload your documents to their website or send an email to their specific email. Get a code in their email reply. Go to the FedEx Office (in EDH for me), punch in the code, and get your printouts for 18 cents/page for B&W (more for color). read more

Never had a good experience here. Employee's seem to have a lazy disposition and no sense of urgency. Be prepared to wait, and wait. Even if there is no one in line....Always seems overstaffed but employee's seem to hide in the back and ignore their customers and the lines I avoid this place at all costs. My experience at this UPS store has been good every time I go in. There is always someone at the receiving counter and the lines are not long. The employees have been smiling and responsive if I have a question. Usually if there is any delay, it is because the customers are asking a lot of questions, not because the employee doesn't know their job. I enjoy going here to drop off my Amazon returns. read more

Very short line when I walked in and the gentleman behind the counter saw my bags and, judging by the mild confusion on my face, surmised that it was my first time dropping off. The UPS store in Cameron Park is not requiring masks for customers even though it is a state mandate and they have a note on the door that says masks are required. It is not fair to subject your customers to others who are choosing not to follow state mandates. Also, if you have to get a fingerprint scan at this location, I recommend that you wait while they input your information instead of keeping your personal i formation in a pile "to be input into the system" and "then shredded". All of a person's personal information should not be sitting in a pile on the counter! I do not recommend this location for any UPS services. read more

The two I met in particular - Eden and Kathy - put up with me being a panicked mess with a deadline that was breathing down my neck. When Lorna is there, she is very nice, attentive and friendly - always positive! Different than a couple years ago, i would skip our local store and go to the one in Folsom. However, within the ladt year started going back to our CP (Palmer Dr) Store location and the folks there have been better, friendly and helpful. I will revise to 5 stars after a few more months of consistent quality customer service. It would be nice to have them send e-receipts of my UPS drop offs by use of phone number on file rather than printed copy receipt. It would save money on sticker receipts too. read more

Terrible service! I needed to print several documents for an appt at 10. I had plenty of time when I stopped here, however after 20 minutes of trying to get the documents printed, I then found myself late AND without the documents i needed. The woman working there tried to help me, but then would go help someone else who came in after me. When I had to leave I asked if there was any other places in the area I could go to to print them, she then said "well, I can print them from my computer" - well, what the 'blank'? Why didn't she do that before helping the others that came in after me???? I could not have been more frustrated. I'm now going to my aapt with out the docs I needed!! read more

I live about three minutes away from this store and I will drive the extra 15 minutes into El Dorado Hills to avoid dealing with the terrible service, unprofessional employees, and passive aggressive attitude from the women working here. Nearly every time I've gone in to this store, whether it be to drop off a package, have something printed or get something notarized, I am met with attitude like I am disrupting their day. There are two women in particular that appear to work at different times and may be the manager/assistant manager that are especially abrasive.
