    I am an Ione resident & the alternative p.o. Box in that town is the post office on main st. Id rather go into town and get my mail. Services there are good except at perk hours..... i don't mind waiting there is chairs and they have a big screen to keep me occupied.

    I needed 30 color copies, front and back. I decided to avoid the big box store across the street and support a small business. After I had the pages printed, I was told it was be $63. $63 for 30 pieces of paper?!? I told the man I just had the copies and he told me that it is $1.05/per side for color copies, so $2.10 PER PAPER. That is insane. Unfortunately, I will not be supporting them when it comes to copies again.

    Worst service ever. They quoted $149.00 one day. $349.00 two days later. Rude and dismissive. Never going back.

    Made an appointment to get my I-9 checked. Got to her store after driving an hour only to find the…read morestore closed. Another customer had already been waiting an hour to get her fingerprints taken (she also had an appointment). No sign on the door. Phone number only rings to the business phone. I finally emailed her and she confirmed that she was closed for the day. Completely wasted my day and now I have to find another company to approve my I-9. I strongly recommend avoiding this business. No excuse for not calling/emailing appointments to let us know the business is closed. Or at least put a sign on your door. ---In response to Nattilee's comment below: The Hospice office which shares the same building says this isn't the first time you've left customer's hanging. I don't believe you when you say you had no way to cancel the appointment on your end. Just because you don't have my information doesn't mean you (as I said earlier) can't hang a sign on your door letting your customer's know you won't be open. You can also have your store number forward to your own cell or home number so that when people call they can find out what's going on. OR you can even change your voicemail message on your business phone to let people know that you won't be open. Making it so that I had to track you down to find out what was going on is unacceptable. Anything you say to the contrary, other than "Your right and I'm sorry, I'll do better next time." is just an excuse on your end for being lazy. As I said in my email to you - I have no idea how you're still in business.
