I strongly recommend avoiding this business. No excuse for not calling/emailing appointments to let us know the business is closed. Or at least put a sign on your door. ---In response to Nattilee's comment below: The Hospice office which shares the same building says this isn't the first time you've left customer's hanging. I don't believe you when you say you had no way to cancel the appointment on your end. Just because you don't have my information doesn't mean you (as I said earlier) can't hang a sign on your door letting your customer's know you won't be open. You can also have your store number forward to your own cell or home number so that when people call they can find out what's going on. OR you can even change your voicemail message on your business phone to let people know that you won't be open. Making it so that I had to track you down to find out what was going on is unacceptable. Anything you say to the contrary, other than "Your right and I'm sorry, I'll do better next time." is just an excuse on your end for being lazy. I pay yearly to have a secure system and it still got through my firewall because my system was not being supported by Microsoft any longer. This guy was great, he put a new hard drive, new operating system. Took out all the garbage that accumulated in it, and I had it back the next day. It's obvious that I bring my little English speaker elderly parent to update her pension benefits update which requires Notary. The chubby tall man was doing nothing and when told we need Notary the younger man have to help him get the Notary booklet. While he was walking over he asked for the Title of the Form, we gave it to him. He insisted my mom that speak little English need to know the title. He did not accept it while she was explaining it to her it's update pension benefits after his death. It's pretty much the same title, while he insisted it's the law and turn us away. It's probably because I started asking them if it's $15 per person. They are pretty much thieves there. Someone needs to investigate them and get them arrested if possible. I know I'm ranting but it's just this isolared UPS Store because I'm still using other UPS store, just to be fair.
