Return Amazon box. Usually it's easy with self service, but counter person is not allowed to help. Not her fault, must be policy. I live in Arizona and you can use either. Had Amazon returns, but loud older lady was super aggressive about getting people to use the self serve kiosk. Was waiting in line because I also had a USPS package. Felt pressured to use the kiosk by this woman, but it was very busy now and my phone could not pick up enough signal to get the code loaded. Other woman had the same issue. This woman working there was saying, "There's no signal in this corner of Cameron Park." Well maam, if that is the case why are you pressuring me and everyone else to use the damn kiosk? I had to go outside for signal, grab a screenshot of my return code. When I came back she GLARED at me. Maam, you are the problem not me. Gal at customer service desk was great. I would not have gotten back in line anyway because it was too crowded when I came back. Shame on you. read more

Apparently they can deliver something to your house in plastic packaging, but if you want to ship it back in the same exact packaging your item came in, it's suddenly not good enough and you need to pay a $5 repackaging fee. Go suck an egg, respectfully. read more

I have frequented the Cameron Park UPS Store many times for my Amazon returns, prints ,mailing and more. There is undeniably one employee that stands out far above the rest who could quite honestly be the manager??? I have watched this lady in action multiple times. Her name is Cathi; she always has a smile on her face and without hesitation acknowledges every single person that comes into the store,. I've never witnessed such wonderful characteristics as Cathi's in any stores except yours. Cathi is extremely helpful, caring and a valuable person and I must say we are lucky to have this amazing lady. Customer service is non existent at this location!!! I stopped in on Friday evening needing fingerprints done for a job. As I waited I was able to witness several interactions/transactions. Yes, these ladies are fast but they're not trying to provide outstanding customer service. Not one of them even cracked a smile when working with customers! The lady who helped me was very soft spoken and didn't strike up a conversation with me. My goodness I really hate when I'm the one who's trying to chat with employees. It was just down right uncomfortable as she helped me with my fingerprints. My time with the employee was at least 5 minutes. Ladies its okay to smile! Really it is. read more

The asian man who works there FORCED me to use the amazon self service because I had a return code even though I was happy to wait in line for help from a service associate. I was the only person waiting, and he jumped up from what he was doing to make me get in the other line for the self service kiosk. I have disabilities that prevent me from being able to see the screen on those darn machines clearly, and also cannot bend down to reach the label printer. It was a painful experience!!! ADA does not require that I need to disclose that I have medical disabilities that cause me to use one service over the other (counter vs. self service). Outside of being accommodating to people with disabilities and being ADA compliant, ANYONE who WANTS to use the counter should be ALLOWED to if they WANT TO! Just saying. This is truly sad. DEI goes out the window and suddenly this is Nazi Germany! read more

Ordered many Amazon packages for a Celtic festival only to find out people did not dress up in Saint Patty's day type of attire so I needed to return most of the items before I went to the airport. I did fingerprinting here recently for a job--I had to do it twice, actually. I was surprised to see another reviewer complain that the people weren't friendly enough. I don't need someone to be my BFF at a place like this; I need competence, and this place has it in spades! No one was rude or unpleasant, by the way. They are just doing their job, and that's okay. Have had good luck with UPS store services in general in different cities. It's nice to actually expect that people know their stuff at a place of business, which is getting more and more rare these days.
