Terrible customer service! I went in to pick up a package and the lady said it wasn't there. I asked her to double check and she didn't even put my name into the computer. She just told me"nope. Most of my business at this store has been pleasant enough with the exception being the notary service. I've used their notaries 5 times in the past 4 months and every single time, they have been rude. It's as if all customer service goes out the window when you sit at the notary desk. I was in the store November 20th , sending a bunch of packages back east for Xmas. They weren't particularly busy and the woman at the desk jumped right in getting everything organized as I was traipsing in with more packages. She was awesome!! I think her name was Lorna, I know she's been there for quite a while. She got it all printed up and taped onto the boxes in no time flat! It was quite expensive, even with going with the slowest method, but that wasn't her fault. With 6 packages from small to huge, going to 3 different locations... I was in and out in 15 to 20 minutes. This morning around 9:00 a.m., certain At &T equipment was dropped off at this UPS Store for shipment. At the time of drop off, the store failed to provide a tracking number. Subsequently, Lorna promised to call with a tracking number between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. This promised was also not fulfilled. Lorna then says she will have the tracking information by the end of the day. Really? This is unbelievable for a shipping company to tell you that your proof of shipment in form of a tracking number will not be ready until they are ready to provide it at their own time. Consequently, we retrieved the shipment and took it to another UPS store, which provided tracking information instantly. This is very poor and unreliable service for an operation driven company. I would think twice before visiting this store again. read more

I walked into the store and asked if they were able to print from a laptop. They said no. but that I could email the file into the store and have them print it. Great, "Do you have wireless I could connect to?", "Nope." I leave, go over to Starbucks to connect to their wireless to email the documents over to them. I call to confirm only to find out that they can only accept and print PDF files and not word documents. Well, that's a hassle. Also, when I walked into the store the first time the person who appeared to be the manager was calling out an employee for always making her look like the bad guy. I felt as though they publicly embarrassed me when they asked me to tell them what was in the package and I couldn't quite remember. I was unaware of this new policy and was not prepared to answer this question. I don't know the name of the employee but she wasn't very nice about it when I had a hard time remembering, saying "come on I need SOMETHING". I don't even understand why they ask. All in all, I felt like this employee was not helpful and annoyed that I obviously had no idea what I was doing. But isn't it their job to explain things to people? So please if you're reading this, don't make it so blatantly obvious you are annoyed with the customers when it's your fault they are confused in the first place. read more

Online it say that the store was supposed to close at 6:30 PM. I showed up at 6:10 PM and a man who worked for Amazon was walking out saying that the workers barely let him in. I tried the door and it was locked. The workers were standing inside and refused to take my package that already had a label on it. read more

This store provides excellent service to customers. They very pleasantly greet every customer who comes in the store. They are very efficient and knowledgeable about packing, delivery options, insurance, scanning, notary and printing. I needed to use a computer to print some emails and attachments. The computer rental is pretty new and I could print attachments in color! The copiers are super fast! I also needed notary service and got it all done. I will no longer ship with UPS. The store policy makes you announce to the store employee, and everyone else in the store, what items you are shipping. Quite frankly its nobody's business what I ship. Its one thing to ask if its breakable or illegal, but that's it. What happened to privacy? I will be using the U.S. Postal service from now on. I've been a customer at this store for at least seven years. They greet each customer as they walk in with a friendly hello. Because they offer so many services, they do get very busy at times. I have a box there for my mail, have used their notary service, copy service, and they've boxed and shipped numerous packages over the year. read more

I felt like I had been robbed by the time I left...20 bucks to ship a small box and an extra 6$ just for signature confirmation that never got signed nor confirmed??!! This store has come a long ways since Lorna took over as manager. She runs a tight ship. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like it that the staff helps each other with questions and challenges in running the business. This signifies good team work and concern for each other as well as their customers. This store is very efficient and customer oriented. Also, I like this store because it offers a wide range of services such as notary, passport photos, and fingerprinting. On 10/18/17 I contacted the facility to inquire about Live Scan procedure. I made a very specific inquiry about my needs and was assured that someone would be able to assist me that very day. When I came to the store I was told that the person administering the test went home early and that was it. I felt very upset about this as I had specifically asked if I needed to make an appointment, which I was told no. To which I then asked if 5:15pm would be reasonable to get it done as I was told they would accommodate me up to 5:30pm. I am very disappointed in how this was presented and ultimately let down without any explanation other than sorry. I needed the test done immediately which is why I took my time to call ahead and speak with someone regarding this. I just believe that management should be aware that it employees are loosing them business because they decided to go home early. Regardless the circumstance, a "sorry" does not compensate my efforts for any repeat business. In my opinion this facility is unorganized and non personable. read more

I needed to fax papers to the title company and faxed 25 pages at $2.00 a page. I gave them the fax phone number and they faxed it. When I got home I called the title company to see if they were received and they weren't. I checked the number they faxed to and they were off by one digit. Instead of a 7 they typed in a 1. Who that fax went to is any ones guess. I had my social security number, bank statements and many other personal information faxed to someone I didn't even know. When I returned to the store they commented that I pad $46.00 instead of $50.00, ($4.00 cheaper) . I commented that it would have been a good deal if the fax arrived at the correct office. I suggest that if you use their fax services that you make sure that they know what the number is and check the receipt when the fax goes through. Also know how many pages are being faxed. Personally, I will never use that UPS again. read more

Personally, I go to The UPS Store for faxing. Seems simple right? I wish I could get out of this store in under 30mins. Even if it's not that busy it just takes forever! A lot of the staff isn't personable and rarely do I get a smile. I go here because of the location convenience, but I will really start going somewhere else. read more

This is the wrost UPS store I have ever been to. First of all, the manager Lorena has to be one of the rudest individuals I have ever come across. She talks down to the other employees and to top it off is rude to the customers. She should not be working in customer service. Secondly, I was told to fax it would be free snd then the manager rudely said "No you need to charge her $2 per page!" Quite pricey if you ask if me. Then to top it off, they tried to fax it three times and it did not go through. I also had to get a passport photo while I was there and print off some documents. Online it says passpprts photo $11.99, at checkout it was $13.99. I asked why and they said we are individually owned and set our own pricing. To print 8 sheets of paper it cost me $5. They charge 50 cents per minute to use the computer and 13 cents per page with a $5 minimum. Yikes I'd go somewhere else. Not worth the money or being treated poorly. read more

I couldn't be more thankful for the excellent, personable service that I have received on several visits to the Cameron Park UPS Store. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Lorna especially went out of her way to help in any way possible. I also witnessed her interaction with other customers and other workers. She was friendly and cared about each one. read more

Last visit they charged me & didn't ship the package. They promised credit but didn't credit me. Ignored request after request. Never again. Do yourself a favor and find another spot. read more
