However, it seems he's never in the store when we try to reach him, making it difficult to get everything sorted out.

1/19/2022 Super…read moresurprised that this location had such bad reviews when I went to check in on yelp. I just came by to do a quick drop off of a package. I saw 2 employees working, a gentleman attending to a full service line and another employee doing something to the shelf behind the counter. I walked in stood and waited at the pack plus counter to drop off as I ran out of tape to tape the overnight label to a box at home so was waiting to kindly ask. The gentleman helping the full service saw me standing and asked if I was just dropping off and I nodding and showed him I was missing tape to the label. He advised I can just leave the package at the counter and he'll take care of it. I thanked him and left. As I pulled out of the parking space (after attending to some messages) and drove past the entrance, I saw him taping my label to the box. Sweet! Easy and Convenient. Location is in a plaza with ample parking and 2 up front "5 minute" drop off parking spots which I used today.

There's no urgency, no professionalism--just a lot of attitude and laziness. I actively avoid this location whenever possible, and I'd strongly recommend others do the same. If you enjoy waiting indefinitely for terrible service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere.

I just got a quote from one of their competitors which was three times what Sign Banner Print wanted.
