Very helpful staff, and they were conveniently open for later hours (till 7:30 PM) during graduation/moving weeks!

I use the mailbox service when I travel, and they reliably store up my mail for me when I return. Friendly and helpful service all around.

According to my nephew, not only was everything bubble wrapped and double boxed, but styrofoam dividers also prevented movement and breakage. Really I couldn't have asked for more. And Tu was so easy to work with... even when I had to postpone the shipping date due to the recipient's travel plans. So if you have something fragile to ship, UPS at Porter Square is the way to go.

Will it arrive on time? Is it being handled with the necessary care? Could it get lost in transit? Honestly it would be nice to see them load it on the truck at the drop off location, I'm just saying. Luckily, the team at this particular UPS Store was highly efficient and that started things off well. I especially appreciated that Mr. Tu packed my items using a custom-tailored box he cut himself. He added bubble wrap, and packing peanuts for $10 (this is different from their fragile packing service which I did not receive) and assisted the nice trainee helping me with some logistics. Due to high fuel costs, shipping was very expensive but we are all in the same--hopefully not sinking--boat with that. Seriously though, these guys aim for a hassle-free shipping experience. If it's important enough to ship with care, I'd definitely recommend this store.

It is true and thus I will say it. I was absolutely blown away by my experience at this US Post…read moreOffice location. Never before in my years of toiling and moiling and moheling have I had an actively positive experience at a US Post Office. Whether because of the havoc wreaked by utterly shameless customers, because of the misery cultivated by aggressive employees, or because of the intoxication prompted by terrible chemicals in the air, a simple trip to the post office is rarely simple. But lo and behold, an exception is found at ZIP code 02138! And to think the skeptics warned us to be wary of a ZIP code beginning with zero (0). This US Post Office graced me with the swiftest post office experience known to humankind: I entered to ship a box and ship a box I did. Some may say that the pleasure and speed were a gift of the self-service kiosk I used. Indeed no human interaction was required. A mere machine took the addresses and dimensions and weights and masses. But as we know soon the machines will be the humans and the humans will be the machines or something along those lines; of course someone once noted that the last shall be first, and the first last. Aye.

I'm very very noticeable so the big huge unhappy piece of flesh behind the booth doing the passport was so bothered by my present he waited 5 minutes just to look up and still not greet me lol. Again I'm used to being mistreated because I'm black but he was black too and not only that but the fattest person I have ever seen so I was so confused, stay with me so I wasn't helped to say the lest because we spent the time going back and forth about how his customer service was 100 percent with the customer before me. I have a trip I'm planning for and needed my passport I took work off today just to be not helped by a man who lacks body health. This location is a no for me. Get it together seriously I'm disappointed and disgusted this was so distasteful.

But i was pretty sure coming to this location I wouldn't have problems. Boy was I WRONG!!!!!!! First off I like to support the postal services. My patriotic duty. But when you need something asap FedEx is the way to go. I went to the post office and they couldn't help me due to the size of my package. No problem. So she told me to go to MY.I.T. And then FedEx. When I went to M.I.T. They had no boxes the size I needed. So I flat out said no problem. Arriving at FedEx I literally waited about 15 minutes for services. Then the young lady couldn't concentrate on the customers for trying to be on her phone and hide it. Not professional. So when she quoted me the price of the items she said the box would cost $15.00 bucks and then to ship the product $59-$60.00 bucks. Then she tried to balance between me and the same guest she were with when i came. I went into shock. I asked her why so much? She said that the box alone costs 15 bucks. And the rest which were clothes and a child's guitar added. I laughed and asked her was she sure. And she said yes and i left. I went into U Haul bouh yt? A box and popcorn for ...get this..... (9.00)bucks. Yes I was happy but not at the fact I had to haul everything to and from my home to FedEx. So the next week I went back and said I'll have to bite the bullet and send it. So the two guys were very helpful. And we had a laugh and i was in and out within 10minutes. I looked at my receipts and it only cost me $17.44 to ship it out. I was furious that she would charge me so much. I wanted to tell her who I knew at the FedEx headquarters in Tennessee. But I simply am taking these steps to warn people about overpriced places. I am still shocked but happy I have my gifts off finally. Due to work and time I had no time to breath let alone send gifts. The two guys were awesome. Thank you. But this will be sent to corporate after I get at my desk and settled.
