Busy, busy at time. Never had a issue at ups store. Sal is always helpful and guides you with your needs. But when it gets busy, he tries his best to help. Be patient when at the UPS store. Remember they are multitasking everything in the store from mail, shipping, register and ect. I just got my first box. Line does pick up quickly, but feel the service is quicker then the Post office. I rather wait 5 minutes then 25 minutes. I been in retail, I been left for a hour and I have people saying why is it slow and saying to hire more people. It's easy to say but if you haven't done it. Rude, horrible customer service without zero consideration or social tact. I went to get a notary signature. I arrived at 2:40 pm and had to wait in line as there were several other customers in front of me. First 10 minutes I was outside in line and then inside for the remainder of the time. When it was my turn I asked politely if it was possible to get a notary. The older woman behind the counter rudely barked at me that "Notary is only between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm !!" It was 3:03 pm and I had been there for almost 25 minutes. Not the least bit apologetic. And the entire time I could see her in the back walking back and forth and ignoring the fact the her co-worker had a large line of customers. I will never go back !! It's too bad because I have been using this location on and off for 20 years. Apparently they don't care about customer sanctification any more. Good riddance !!! read more

The males are very nice, helpful, and fast. The woman is not pleasant, definitely not helpful, and she makes you feel like you're intruding upon her space. And like she can't wait for you to leave. I have since heard that she is the owner! There are many other options for UPS, try the one on Alameda, by Pavilions, it's clean and they have always been very helpful, and very very pleasant, they go out of their way to help you. Terrible! When it is open, the place is a mess and service is slow. The couple that work there seem so overwhelmed and very unorganized. They won't take packages if you have a QR code and rudely turn you away. I guess it's easier for them to close during normal business hours and put a up a sign that says system is down. read more

We were waiting in line for a long time with no direction from him as to how long it would take for him to actually assist the people in line. He then decided to assist another person he personally knew who came in after us. Great service! This store gets busy however, I noticed no matter how busy they are every customer is their priority. I had to get a notary and I had called couple of places they weren't able to assist me. I called the store and right away the gentleman over the phone gave me the hours notary was offered extremely reasonable and took care of it when I walked in. Such a nice person! I get it. I really do! Some people hate their jobs. This is the worst part of life if you don't like what you do. But if you close at 7pm, then 7pm is when it should close. Maybe this bearded guy has a watch that is faster than most of America who use phones. All of our phones are on the same time. So if all of our phones say 6:59 and the door is already fully locked and you are staring at me and another customer waiting to just drop off packages that have been prepaid. I get you don't want to just take the package. But get a different job, maybe a different shift. I wouldn't have even taken 60 seconds of your work day. The sad part is that I got there before you were supposed to be closed and it was locked... I wonder what time you actually locked the door. I mean you were not even by the door when I got there. Worst part of you just stared at me knowing what you were doing. It's sad man. It's my fault I waited to get to your shift at the last second. Don't worry, I won't bother you again. Avoid this UPS store. One guy working always and he's rude! Never enough staff. Every other UPS store has 2-3 people working.

I use to think this store was a quick alternative to going to Staples to make copies and print. Even comparably cost-effective. I just needed to print a 1 page PDF off my USB thumb drive and make 3 copies. 4 pages in total. It cost $1 to print the PDF vs $.69 for the 3 copies. Principle is a big thing for me. Price gouging is price gouging. It is highway robbery to charge over 334% more to print a 1 page PDF than the usual $.23 per copy. I'll stick with Staples/Office Depot in the future to make copies and print out forms. read more

I come to UPS because they will pack your items or at the very least guide you to what you need. This particular store had a man that was amazing. Very accommodating and able to handle multiple customers without making anyone feel neglected. So efficient!! Sometimes leaving items with other UPS stores can be unnerving. Update: I think it's rather an embarrassing that the owner is defensive and calling my experience into question. I have several family members that work for UPS and that also own UPS stores. So yes, I received was substandard service for something that should've been straight forward. Not sure if they're the owners but the couple that works here is very rude. The blonde woman that works here has been rude on multiple occasions. Anytime we've come in, she's immediately rude and acts like she's doing you a favor. Also the store is very unkempt and there are always packages thrown around.
