The pros are the store is clean and very good customer service. The con is as of yesterday February 14th 2023 if you want to drop off a package from Amazon without the prepaid shipping label they will charge you $2.00 dollars for the first page and $.50 cents for each additional page. I don't mind someone making a profit but two dollars for a printout seems like price gouging to me. Not sure why they feel the need to overcharge to this degree. I'm keeping everyone informed as there are other options out there. read more

I went to return an Amazon package here today and was impressed with this location from entrance to exit! It was so clean and orderly, not to mention, well lit. I really appreciate the helpfulness and customer service at this UPS Store. I have been there twice now and needed help with other things besides my package drop-offs and both times were great experiences. I was looking for a certain size of packaging box the first time and I was helped with that. I was shown several options that would fit my shipping needs and I ended up buying a couple of 2 different kinds of boxes. The 2nd time, I had to ship out a package to Brooklyn, NY and needed to know what my options were. All the info I needed was laid out for me: pricing, delivery date, etc. I really appreciated that because I didnt have much experience shipping out of a UPS Store at the time. This UPS Store is not the closest one to my house. But I prefer to go to this one because the workers have been so helpful and I just feel more comfortable with my packages going out of this particular location. Plenty of parking in a shared lot. Located in the same plaza as Denny's and Pavillions. This plaza is located along Alameda across from the Burbank AAA office. read more
