As many other reviewers stated, the employees are super fast and friendly. Even if there is a long line, it moves quickly. There's always enough staff during peak times. I mostly go here to do Amazon returns, so I can't speak to the other services, but I have seen them boxing up stuff for others. Staff is truly helpful, patient and kind. read more

This is one of the most outstanding UPS stores anywhere, largely because of the outstanding customer service that staff routinely offer. I am elderly and am not very knowledgeable regarding many of the computer procedures necessary for the return of ordered items, but the staff are always extremely polite, patient and helpful to me in getting packages properly prepared with correct labels. Daegen and Kyle are two of the employees who have gone "above and beyond" in giving me assistance. They each are amazing young men. read more

These ladies are always so helpful and kind! Today was no exception, I went in to mail some packages and as I was being helped, I couldn't help but notice the customer next to me was incredibly rude and repeatedly insulting the lady who was trying to help her. Despite this, the employee (pretty sure the owner or manager) kept her cool and handled this woman so well! She mentioned having worked 12+ hour shifts everyday for months. This UPS Store on Overland, Boise provides excellent customer service! My wait time in line was very brief. My orders were processed by a very knowledgeable, friendly team member. Any questions I had were gladly answered. I also saw how the rest of the team members served the other customers, and they provided top-level customer service, as well. Although there were many cars in the parking lot, they weren't there for long. What I originally thought would be a long process was quick and pleasant. Can't ask for anything more! I live closer to two other UPS Stores, but this Overland location will be my go-to store now. read more

Hands down the most friendly, efficient and convenient UPS store In Boise if you're South of the freeway. Julie, the owner helped me for 20 minutes to find the most cost effective, cross-country shipping option and packaging for a large and awkward item. She was incredibly kind and patient with me and I can't tell you how much I appreciate the extra time and effort to make sure everything was taken care of. You simply don't find that kind of customer service anymore and I cannot recommend this business for any of your shipping and packaging needs. This UPS store is one of my favorite UPS stores that I've used. They always seem to have the right amount of helpful friendly employees each time I walk in. Never any waiting. This is always very helpful when I need to just hand off my return package for Amazon. They will quickly scan in the item and print off the receipt and I'm out the door before my favorite songs done playing in the car! They have all kinds of shipping and packing supplies and the store is bright and clean and easily navigated when looking for items for my needs. I have been to many of their locations but now wait to go to this one as I know it will be a quick and efficient visit and the best use of my busy time. read more

I don't live close to the UPS store on Overland but their customer service is so good that I drive clear across town. I have a small craft business and am always trying to get a pattern enlarged. In the past, when I have gone to other stores they tell me try until I get it right on a copier or they charge me $7.50 just to scan the document and the wait time is longer. This UPS store always wants to help in any way they can. They scan the document until it is right and even use special paper so I can get a larger size. They do all of this with a smile and don't charge me a bunch of extra fees. I am so glad I found this store and I will be back. read more

The worst customer service i hVe ever experienced. I brought in a box for a return wasn't taped down completely. One lady was helping me tape it then ginger said we provide one piece of tape if they need more they need to buy it. I said i need one strip. They sell a role for 3.98. My nephew said I'll pay you 5 bucks to tape it. So she said we can do that. And the. Some male employee was talking to her and she was rude to him too. I've never had a better experience mailing a package . Always fully staffed with friendly faces, staff are kind and helpful. Need to print a label or ran out of packing tape? Need to pick up a couple birthday cards, too? This place is a one-stop shop. They'll even take your USPS packages which is so kind! Everyone here enjoys their work, and the feeling of joy is palpable. Jessica whips out the stickers for my toddler, which keeps him busy, and the owner makes the toddler feel special by engaging with him. Never in a rush here, always feel like I'm among good people. Clean, organized, spacious location and easy parking. I hope I never have to go to a different UPS Store again! read more

If you use this store, do not have Melissa help you. She is very rude and makes mistakes, like completely misspelling the addressee's name after I spelled it. Every other employee seemed very helpful and friendly, but she was not. Maybe she needs some more training in customer service? read more

Horrible service! Placed a parcel for shipping on Saturday (Jan 25th). Because of weather, it was explained to me that the expected delivery date would be the following Thursday (Jan 26th). I paid $17.34 for that expected delivery date. It never made it. In fact, the package was delayed 3 days before ever leaving Boise. When I called to ask why, I was told weather delayed. However, when I pointed out that since Sunday (the day after I dropped off the package), there hasn't been any major snow (in fact several days of sunny, mild weather), I was told it wasn't their fault it was UPS. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they were busy. But, I was assured they would call me back. Never did. I sent a Fed Ex package Thursday (to make up for this snafu), it arrived today without a hiccup. I guess I learned my lesson with this place. read more

It was just A ok for me. The woman that helped me print out was super nice that's why I give this a 3 star. I didn't like the fact that I get to pay an extra $2.5 just to pull out & download something to print it out, I mean a minute or two? Also the guy, sons owner I guess wants extra $7 for cutting for me. I told him I get to went to another UPS store in Vista where they did the cutting for free & he said its differently owned. Great customer service! I've been to this store a handful of times and I've always had a good experience. The gentleman at the UPS store went above and beyond to print a receipt for my Century Link return and recommended that I hold onto it for a year in case I run into any issues. Terrible service. UPS mis-delivered a package to my house, with no number to call to report their mistake. Tried to call UPS store, they have no local number to call...only get the national number, which is a joke and horrible, automated service with no option to report the delivery screw-up. They did put the poor woman who ordered the stuff from Macy's number on the package!! Macy likewise terrible customer service. Use fed-Ex or the post office ... much better service and less expensive. I'll never use UPS again!!! read more

I came into this location to as ship some Easter toys to Florida. The price alone was shocking as it was over 65 dollars. I decided against spending that much money to ship toys that weren't even valued at a 1/3 of that cost. The lady at the counter who called me "Hun" repeatedly couldn't refund my card. She told me I'd have to wait for her boss Julie. I'm on my lunch break and don't have time for Julie to arrive. She then gets her co worker to bring Angela in to help. Angela had a horrible attitude as she stated "I was in the middle of doing something and I'm here to fix your problem" after I asked her why she had such and attitude. It's incredible that people treat thier customers this way. I would recommend saving yourself the headache and going elsewhere for your shipping needs. read more
