A few years back I started using business services at this location when it was owned by Dan. He was a hard working pleasant man. I was a client for 5 years. With the newer ownership, the GM is a very angry, rude and spiteful woman. (Picture the lunch lady in Jr high who wants to force you to eat overcooked Sysco green beans.) I've watched her get mean with customers for all kinds of reasons, refusing to ship things she's suspicious about, refusing to ship medications... like she's the postmaster with all the authority. She closed my business mailbox for some late payments when I thought it was on auto renew...oops...and she seems to enjoy conflict and talking down to people like she's already arrived at the sumit of all our career aspirations. It's a gross place now. It's better to drive down the street where your business will be appreciated. Avoid at all costs. read more

I've been to more UPS stores than I can count in my life and this takes the cake as the best one! I'm always so shocked that every time I'm in here I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped and they're so incredibly friendly. The partnership UPS has developed with Amazon to support returns is second to none; scan the QR code, give them your stuff and you're good to go! To Karen, usually i dont leave reviews but i just wanted to share some honest feedback. Every time I've interacted with Danae, she's been incredibly helpful and professional. She consistently provides excellent service and makes the experience in the store a positive one. That said, I've noticed a few times when you've been in the store, and your interactions with the staff come across as disrespectful and unnecessarily harsh. The attitude seems dismissive and unkind, and it really stands out--especially when the team is doing their best to help. I hope you take this as honest feedback. I came in to mail two packages and one return. The associate Denae didn't smile, no hello very dry and rude from the start. She said she could mail my return but couldn't give me a receipt. I was thrown off just with her tone. I asked why and she just pointed to the label that said USPS. My bad. I took it back and place the first package to mail on the scale. She asked what was in the package, again the tone was unbelievable, I said just a small gift, she didn't even look up and said " I need to know exactly what is in the package" at this point, I asked why she was being so rude and that if she wanted, I could just take my stuff someplace else. She responded that she wasn't being rude and that if I wanted to take my stuff to another place, that was fine. At that point, I really should've just walked out, but I explained what was in the package that it was less than $50. Then asked for her to remove her hair that was covering her name tag. Told her that I could not believe how she was treating me as a customer, paid for the two packages and left. I did see someone behind her with a name tag that said that they were the manager. I'm also surprised that that person didn't just step in and help me and apologize for how rude Denae was being. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggesting the same to others. read more

I brought in a package from Amazon for return. I had it packaged up and ready, the man that helped me pointed out it was not suppose to be packaged. He said it's more work for him. I apologized. I needed a document printed from my computer, and I wasn't sure how to email it to them..the young women there, had the patience of saints helping me to do that. Just had a rude experience with a worker there. She was unfriendly right off the bat. I asked her for the cheapest option and she quoted me almost $15 and I said is that through usps? And she said oh that one is $9. Then proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid and rudely tell me most people would just go to usps for that then. Her name started with a D but couldn't see her entire name. Just so unnecessary to be rude. This is literally your job and it's crazy people can continue working behaving like this. The worldwide pandemic must be over. At the ups store anyway. Everyone is always nice at this location. The items that I ship always make it to the destination. The clerk I had today pulled a makeshift mask over her face as I approached the counter. signage saying they require masks is missing from the front door. Small store, no masks required (I guess). Even though I was only in the store a short time I had to dodge one of the employees who stayed mask less and a customer who rolled up on me from behind with no mask on. So congratulations to the eagle ups store for no longer being affected by the worldwide pandemic. But for any of us who are in the real world and understand science the post office might be a safer choice. read more

Long story short. Shipped package. Called 30 min later to see if I could Re-route package. They agreed and said it would be shipped to my local address then we could Re-send. They did not mention I would be getting charged full price for new address. I would have just allowed the ship to original location. It took almost a week to get package back. Anyways, they wanted to charge me another 55 dollars to ship on top 45 I'd already spent. I'll avoid this location for future shipping. 1 star for incorrect and unclear communication read more

This UPS store used to be great. Recently however there is this manager (red hair) that is rude with a huge attitude. I've been avoiding going there just because of her. Our neighbor's package was mis-delivered to our home. They live across the cul-de-sac from us. I walked over to their home, but no one answered the door. I texted the neighbor, who did not reply right away. I felt awkward holding their package, so we drove to UPS Eagle ID to ask UPS to re-deliver it. Once inside, I was approached by a hostile young women. People who used to work there were nice, 3 young women were not nice to me at all. After explaining what happened and that we were returning it to them for re-delivery, one woman asked me suspiciously if I opened it. I said no! It was clear the seal had not been tampered with. I felt discriminated against, and singled out - my reward for doing a good deed. The next day, another UPS driver mis-delivered the same package to our home for the same neighbors. I don't mind the mis-delivery, but the treatment inside the store was so poor, I will never mail a package from them again. read more

A nice little Post Office. The twice I have visited, there were 2, 3 people waiting in line, so it appears as if it's hardly crowded at all. Also, and that's generally true about Idahoans, is that the people, in line or otherwise, are REALLY nice and like to help each other. Nice lil place. The young lady up there is always busting her butt trying to get everybody taken care of in a timely matter. I really appreciate how hard she works and is always friendly. They do have one girl up there that is absolutely worthless. All she does is stand around and ACT like she's helped and ACTS like she knows what she's doing. It's annoying to watch her every time I'm up there. A paper sign giving directions would be more useful then her. The owner up there is probably one of the nicest person I've ever met in my life. I have a UPS Store mailbox in another state and want to open one at this location as I am moving to the area. Current store says I can open a box with Eagle store online/over the phone and then give them my new address and they will redirect. Call Eagle store and they refuse to open a mailbox unless I'm there in person. Not helpful whatsoever, which is unlike my current store. So I have to wait until I move there, then open a box, then I guess I have fly back to closeout my other box. Incredibly stupid and a waste of time. Already not liking this location and I haven't set foot in the place! read more

Shipped a box that weighed 7.8 ounces (Barbie clothes) and was charged $19.29, I thought the clerk said $9.00. I cannot believe how much this cost. I Love going to my local UPS store in Eagle! The owner Dan, and everyone working there are super nice, efficient and professional, and are the best customer service oriented (like a 5 star concierge business), team ever. I have a mail box with them and when I have packages to mail, I mail them there, knowing they'll arrive on time or before. Have always mailed my packages here - service is quick and friendly. Also print my Christmas letters here so the color pictures come out sharp. This year, I emailed them my file, and brought my own paper to print on. My (foil) Christmas paper wouldn't work in their printers - oh no! Anyhow, Kaelee jumped right on it, found a colorful border, changed my page layout so it would fit within the border, and got my copies printed in about 20 minutes I think.
