The "gentleman" at…read morethe store told me he wouldn't accept the box because it had a black diamond on the old faded label originally stuck to it. I ripped off the portion that had the label and told him what was in the package. He still refused to take it. Woohoo! I am first to review!…read more I set up an account with Andrew, the store owner, as I aneed a place to ship my stuff from LA to Bethesda. I didn't want to set up a po box as the walk was too far to my apt from the post office (imagine lugging big boxes in 90 degree heat and humidity). Turns out this place is two blocks away, and I have far better communication with Andrew than dealing with the post office. Case in point-he usually calls to let me know when I have a package and is willing to stay a little after store closing to let me swing by. This place is closed on weekends, but Andrew was even willing to come by early on a Saturday morning to open up shop just so I could pick up my new macbook.. A great and secure place near the battery lane apts to ship stuff to.

Honestly, it really just shows the lack of that person's ability to ask a question before they spend money. Yes, $3 for one page of printing might sound expensive, but it is actually the going rate. Onto my experience today, these guys are always wonderful, always have a big smile on their face, and it just makes me feel amazing every time I walk out of postal plus Herndon. This was the only office supply store that was open on a holiday, and I'm super thankful for that…read more I just needed to print out some documents for an early morning appointment that I have for the day after Memorial Day. The big chain office supply store where I usually go was closed, in fact all of their branches were closed. I did a search and this place popped-up. It was well worth the 3 Mile drive to come here and take care of my business. I also received a little help from an Associate who directed me to their self serve copier and printer, and she gave me some basic instructions. There were a few customers in the store which shows that life goes on, even during a national holiday. Had I not been able to print what I needed, there would have been drama tomorrow morning, as I don't own a printer.
