Bear with me as I respond to Copy Central's dispute of my rating,…read more Copy Central "Hi Michael, sorry for any confusion but I believe you may have visited another Copy Central and not our store. We have no record of any estimates or jobs ordered by you," I believe you are tacitly defending a policy that bilks college students out of their money. CC "Regarding your quote, if all you were asking for was printing the files as-is, your cost would be less than $50." And yet, the estimate I got was 3 to 4 times that amount. Now that I've complained, I'm been offered a lower amount. Curious coincidence. "Our most recent estimate is accurate because you asked for formatting 73 individual images, which are all sized differently, and to be printed and trimmed to the same size." Funny thing happened when I attempted to use your self-printing option: you told me I had to use your staff and pay through the nose for the privilege. "It appears you have not taken into account the time it takes to format that many images, but if you believe it's an easy task, please resubmit your files as a print-ready multi-page PDF with bleeds and crop marks." In fact, I did take that into account as I was going to pay to use your Adobe Pro license on one of your computers and where I can do all that myself in less than a half hour. You told me I specifically could not do that in spite that your website specifically states I can. " I'd be happy to discuss with you outside of a public forum, but if this is how you'd like to correspond, I can reply accordingly." Well considering this was your response, yes, I am going to keep this in a public forum so everyone, including, other customers and your staff understand how you operate and how you've treated me. Or, you could promise to conform to company policy and not try to exploit your workers and customers like you have been doing.

I can't say enough good things about Laura and the team at Copy Central. I work at UC Berkeley and…read morewe go to them with our printing needs because they are fast, high-service, and accurate. Even more importantly, if something looks amiss with a job, they will ask for clarification. In this way, they have saved me from myself more than once. If you're on campus, they'll also deliver! I also recently had the chance to work with Laura for the printing for my daugther's wedding (lots of small items, different sizes). Again, her attention to detail and kindness made a stressful season feel easy! Thanks to Laura and the entire team!
