The owner noticed there was space in my box and reboxed it twice for me, which ultimately ended up saving me about $50.00 (half of the original price had we used the box I brought in). Service and attention to customer needs was outstanding, I definitely will use them again. They can ship FedEx or UPS and worked hard to find me the best shipping option. Helpful owner who is conscientious and knows what kind of package contents will cause problems if you ship them. For example I could ship cookies but not candy to my son overseas. I've used them for fax, copies, shipping and notary. read more

Their prices are extremely reasonable and fair. It's important for me to support local businesses, but I would drive 10 miles out of my way to use Postal Plus. Been coming here for years to make copies since the pandemic started since I do not have a printer at home. It was always 10¢ a copy. Today she charged me $10 for 20 copies citing that each email she had to open was $2.50 per click. $0.50 for each piece of paper? are you out of your mind? No where indicates that it was $2.50 per email it said it was $2.50 to use the computer for printing access. When I tried to explain this I was met with disdain and saying she must have forgot before. I will not be back. With this BS pricing I could have bought a printer by now. I can't stand shady business practices that give no indication of prices raising then have the too bad so sad mentality. $2.50 a click? That is next level goofiness. I'm not a business owner but I believe business 101 is to honor the prices posted. Instead of saying, "everything is going up even my lease of the copier." I missed a package that needed a signature & it noted the package would be delivered here. The couple that works here are very helpful. Keep in mind that if your package arrived the day before, it may take a full business day for the item to arrive at this location. The lady working the phone said was very communicative & quick to answer my phone call. I mainly want to write this review so you know not to give the women or the man a hard time if your package doesn't arrive the very next business day, it takes time before the package ends up at this location so try to cut them some slack if you're frustrated your package came late. NOTE: The store has some cute cards you can purchase if you ever need last minute birthday, anniversary or holiday cards. Overall, I'd come back here if I ever miss a package again or happen to be in the neighborhood and forget to buy a holiday card for a gift. read more

Then the once awesome service begins to crumble, starting with lost packages, staff accusing customers of mistrust, and a short-fused manager that can't keep his cool. It happens bit by bit, getting worse and worse with each day. And then the small business becomes smaller and smaller until one day the new management becomes new ownership, and we all watch to see if that great little store reemerges. I wish I had read the reviews before selecting this place to packages shipped here.. I bought some things from West Elm and selected this store as a UPS My Access Point, where you can get packages delivered to and held for up to 7 days for free. But this location does not seem to know what they signed up for, and threatened to charge me for holding the packages and to send them back if I didn't pick them up after one day. read more

Avoid if you can. I received a slip on my door from UPS saying I need to pick up a package here. My husband came in at 9am and they told him to come back after 11. I brought the slip in at 12:30 and the man asked what name the package was under. I said it was either for me or my husband but the name wasn't on the slip. He insisted I give him one name, gestured to the pile of packages and said "How do you expect me to find it in all this?" (Almost as if he is not the one who could be organizing those packages so they are easy to find...) I gave him both names anyway, he looked for one minute and said he had no way of finding it because I didn't give him enough information. I tried to explain that I was just bringing the slip to the location that was supposed to have my package. He said I needed to call UPS and figure it out. Terrible experience. This place is listed as an access point via UPS MyChoice. I arrived after a few days after my package was confirmed received and the clerk who took less than a minute to sift through a mountain of unorganized boxes not only insisted over and over that she didn't have my package, but that there was no way I could have had it delivered there as an access point. After insisting that it was confirmed via UPS, showing my tracking info and telling her I was sure it had to be there she finally found it under a pile. No apologies for insinuating I was a liar, only an excuse that she was thrown off by my business that was on the package in addition to my full name. Total disorganization, wouldn't trust my package being held here in the future. read more

If you have a flashing sign in the window for notary services don't tell me that service is not available until the end of the month. The very least you can do as a business is unplug the notary sign as a best effort and make a recommendation on where your customer can go for these services. This is the fourth time I have been here over the course of 10 or more years and I remembered why I don't like coming here. The woman who works here who must be the proprietor is just plain rude. I dropped off a FedEx package today and gave her two copies of the invoice as per the return instructions and she thought it was okay to speak to me very loudly and condescendingly about how I should have had three copies. Terrible experience for many reasons. First I just want to let everyone know that this is NOT a regular UPS access point location. Do NOT get your package directly delivered here or else they will charge you $10 for holding the packages there. Secondly, the woman working here on Fri 08/28 afternoon had the audacity to speak to me the entire time with her mask DOWN while we are in a national pandemic. Reliably good service. Over the last few years I've mailed everything from Amazon returns to international shipments, and have had them do the packing about half the time. Zarina's friendly and knows what she's doing. This place can get crowded at peak hours (what good place doesn't?), but they've always given me 5-star service. Always the best service. Intention was to just drop off my USPS priority mail package prepaid. However USPS system is down and I cannot print a label. so just decided to bring it down to postal plus and the owner said it would be faster and cost less than sending it via priority mail. Had the address in hand. The owner said she would repackage it and address it and send it on its way at no extra charge. She is always the best and the nicest person you could ever meet.
