She told us normally we need to call for appointment, but she didn't have any more for the day so she would gladly help us. So note for my readers, call and make an appt. Jean was thorough so made sure our signatures matched or DLs and noticed the form we had was a outdated and she had another form she notarized to include with the original. Took my mom here to get her passport photo. It's a small business and personality. The owner was very busy with another customer performing notary services and asked us if it was okay for us to come back because she wanted to focus on the other customer and give us her full attention. I told her sure and we came back in 30 minutes as she requested. She wasn't finished but stopped with the other customer, took my moms picture and was extremely nice and accommodating. She always had a smile on her face and was very pleasant. Easy peasy. I came back the next day to drop off a package for UPS and they have a system to make sure you get a receipt with proof of shipment and they were busy but equally pleasant and show me what to do. If you need any mailing services, passport, etc, come here. You won't be disappointed. read more

So grateful to be sharing this review. I typically stop by early when there first open to avoid crowds. Every single time I come I am greeted with a smile and warm welcome. I appreciate great customer service more than anything. It brightens my day, very contagious. I have shipped many packages through USPS, fedex, and UPS here. I have also dropped off packages for pickup. The process has been smooth, quick, and efficient. I appreciate how they always give the option to take a picture of the label so you can track rather that waisting paper by printing. They have all things you would need to ship packages. You can print papers. They have greeting cards. And even have PO boxes available. Thankfully for me, it's down the street so I'll be back. The space is pretty small so they are limiting how many people are inside at once. read more

Small location that can handle your notary, mailing, faxing and correspondence needs. Customer service was pleasant. Store can get a little busy at times but worth the wait. My only complaint is that my passport photos were not able to be used because they stated eyes weren't open enough, but would still return. Very helpful crew in this establishment. read more

Prices are comparable to other 3rd party mailbox places so their service is what really sets them apart. They were quick yet especially attentive in packaging my items as they are fragile. Got passport photos taken here, 3 for about $20. The two women working today were great at their jobs and providing customer service. Lots of coffee shops and food near by, including grocery stores, if you need to run errands while your order processes. Parking (metered) was plentiful. I have never wrote a review for a business i decided against but let me back up... I called after reading all of the awesome reviews. LET ME TELL YOU FACTS! Even over the phone the receptionist was so nice and sweet. Gave me all the information and extra just in case, up front. She even checked to see if there hours of operation change ( do to the VID) worked for me and that was the only thing that stopped me ( not open on the weekend ). After she referred me two other business near her . She was so nice and the customer service was exceptional. If you okay with Monday through Friday check them out.
