I've been to this location several times. The employees here always greet me within a reasonable time frame. The store looks... how do I say unkempt, but that's not the word I want to use. The store is just small so most things like copiers and printers take up so much real estate inside that the store looks packed. But everything is in order and they try their best to get you in and out of the store as quickly as possible. They interact with their customers well and i haven't observed a bad customer service instance the times that I have come in. They are pleasant and about their business of making you happy. They are being respectful of the current times dealing with Covid. They have signage placed on the doors and floors for customers to read and see. I'm glad this location is close to my home. read more

Normally consistent service. Shipped a Christmas package and recipient received an empty box. UPS Claims issued the mandatory $100 insurance claim check plus refund shipping costs. @Raj (owner) I think you have a thief within your staff. read more

I dropped off a return package (on Jun 23rd at 9:15am) that I ordered off of Amazon before the return date (Jun 28th). The item was a couple hundred dollars. Weeks passed and I got a bill from Amazon for the item charged on my Amazon credit. So I check my refund status on Amazon and no refund was issued. I called UPS customer service line and spoke with a robot. The item was NOT in UPS possession. Now, I'm charged for a lost expensive package that this UPS store did not send. Can't file a claim because UPS hasn't sent it. All I have is a Drop-Off package Receipt. Someone didn't do their job or someone stole it. read more

Raj is the owner at the 6428 Wilkinson Blvd Belmont nc store. Was so nasty and rude to me. I asked was my package here because the phone associates said it was. He got loud with me and I told him he doesn't have to be nasty. A Caucasian woman came in and he was nice to her though. When I selected two stars yelp's description was "could've been better" which pretty much describes my thoughts on this store. Some of the reviews sounded a bit uncharacteristic about the owner getting loud (he's pretty soft spoken) and about understanding him he is South Asian so that is *no* fault of his (really people, I've met some immigrants whose grammar is better than US natives, so make an attempt if someone has an accent). I will say that the service is not stellar. I have a mailbox there and on multiple occasions they have missed packages and I have had to come back when I figure out I am missing a package. If you look to the back you will see a literal pile of boxes and their system seems to consist of throwing in the pile until the owner comes to claim it then digging through the pile; I think they could greatly benefit from some simple shelves and some sort of system for putting the packages in the shelves based on the based on the post box number. There is a girl there with glasses and spiked hair that really has it together, when she sees me walk in the door she hollers out to the others mailbox XXX (me) has X number of packages, needless to say when she is there I never leave missing a box. I have not found staff to be mean, and more often than not they are nice enough but I think this business suffers from quite a bit of disorganization. read more

I offered to give him my phone number in case there were any issues but he said he didn't need it. He then blamed me for the link not working from which the documents were from. I have used this store a few times for notary services. That part has been fine. However, yesterday, I sent a package overnight mail and the clerk placed the wrong city and zip and delayed by real estate closing. I telephone the store and "Raj" indicated it was my fault. So, double check everything as these people are not reliable. I believe the best thing for "Raj" to do would be to refund my money; however, he would not even come to the telephone. At times I would call before making the trip, and they would promptly check my box and give me an update before I come in.
