I asked him to take the thread out (only 1 letter) and try to correct it. I went back 2 days later and the mistake was still obvious on the label and he wanted to charge me $15.00! I will never use them again for anything. His wife Donna seemed much nicer and willing to help so maybe he should let her deal with the customers!

I brought in a pink suit jacket and matching pants that I wanted altered for a more modern look. I wanted the pants tapered and shortened to an ankle length, and I was very specific about the style I was trying to achieve. In the past, I've had alterations done where the hems weren't crisp or too much fabric was removed, leaving the garment looking obviously altered. This experience was completely different. She took the time to listen, understood exactly what I wanted, and delivered it perfectly. The finished suit looks as though it was designed and purchased that way from the start. She claimed that a QR code can't be printed there- dispite that being a listed service on HER linked page for Fedex. She knew the 1st time I came in that I had a QR code. She made me wait 10 min before acknowledging me as she chatted away with the customer She was with. Then told me it would be 15 min wait and I should go to Walgreens. I had a local appointment so I left and came back about 1.5 hours later. This time she had an incredibly rude customer ahead of me who she also chatted with about nonsense as a line built behind me to the DOOR. This truly obnoxious customer turned around and told us all to "Smile, it's a New year" as she took her sweet time chatting away and going as slow as possible. They must be friends and seemed to take pleasure in frustrating those of us waiting on NYE day. Then after that obnoxious customer left, the owner lady scans my QR code and then says oh I can't print that here. I told her you knew I was coming with this as I came earlier and it says on line that you CAN and DO. I can tell you- she was lying to me and was laughing. I have never met this woman or been into this location and will never go back! What a terrible experience with a person who seemed to enjoy being terrible. Sad. She doesn't deserve to be a FedEx authorized location.
