Excellent Printing Service & Attention to Detail I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store location. Before going to the store, I called about a color-printing project involving images that needed to fit a printed template. I was directed to email the images to the store (store4461@theupsstore.com). Over the phone, Yi, the manager, was extremely helpful & assured me they could accommodate what I needed. He asked me to send the images in advance so he could print a test page first. When I arrived, that is exactly what he did, making sure everything fit the template properly before completing the job. The finished color printing came out fantastic. Throughout the entire process, Yi was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. On previous visits, I have found the staff to be equally courteous and helpful, including when I had a document notarized there. I highly recommend this UPS Store without hesitation. Whether you need quality printing, notarization, or other business services, this is a location you can rely on for professional, attentive service and excellent results. I will definitely continue to use them in the future. read more

Shredding, ups mail ground, us mail, copying, faxing, shipping supplies services with friendly efficiency. Sure beats us post office. Only 4 because often busy as it is area favorite. Came early to wait with 2 others that started line. read more

I've always used the UPS store in Bayside for my Amazon returns, but I recently discovered they offer printing and laminating services too! I stopped by this time to get something laminated and, as usual, the staff were amazing. Yu has always been great when I've needed printing, but Luciano helped me this time with the lamination. He was friendly, took his time, and made sure the lamination ran through the machine properly to ensure perfect quality. He even trimmed all the corners! I was really impressed with the service, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. If the staff go above and beyond, remember to tip--they absolutely deserve it! read more

The UPS store on First Avenue and 85th Street in Manhattan is the best! They are so nice. They greet me by my name and always give me a chair to sit on knowing that I have a severe leg disability. II would rather go to them instead of the horrible post office in 85th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues in Manhattan. I wrote a recommendation to the supervisor of the UPS store saying how wonderful his staff is. They know what the word KIND means. The majority of people in this world don't have a clue what the word KIND means. read more

I called in on a Saturday needing to ship out something for Monday delivery. Called at 4:49pm. Was told by the person on the phone last pickup was at 6pm. Thought it was strange since they close at 5:30 but figured maybe the close time was wrong. Got there at 5:20 only to be told that it wasn't going to go out till Monday. The guy saying some bull about me calling the wrong store... well this is the store number in the photo and proof that I called at 4:49. They can't even admit that they did something wrong and just apologize. Looking for some crap excuse trying to put the blame on me, the customer. Never again read more

The UPS Store - That's their number. Jerks claimed I called the wrong place. Can't even admit they made a mistake - Shipping Centers Near Me - Bayside, New York

Wow, friendly and quick service at a shipping and printing store? There's a first time everything! The staff here were attentive and quick to offer help - multiple times, even! I came here for a passport photo, and I was in and out in 7 minutes. They also made sure to confirm if I'm happy with the photo, which sure beats the DMV. With that said, the lighting isn't optimal, and you don't look as great compared to having it taken by a photography shop, but the price is right at $8 and you won't need to wait an hour or two. read more

So recently I walked into my UPS store with not one but three crystal chandeliers. One big light fixture iron with lots of the crystals and two small matching fixtures, with crystals. Also included were two wall sconces. G went in the store and got their hand trolley so that we could get these heavy duty items in the store. Once in the store the guys were super nice taking a look at the fixtures and making determination of value etc. I had pre-wrapped alot of the crystals which was good as there were alot of these things dangling. After giving me their assessment of how they would be wrapped and packed I agreed on the pricing of $289.85 for the shipping and packing. While I was there paying I was able to see the packing begin. With such precision was each crystal being wrapped it was amazing. There was no way this item was going to be damaged. I was so happy I had brought my packages here to be shipped. The store said the packages would be at their destination by the following Tuesday or Wednesday, buy my packages actually arrived on Monday. Now that is great service. Everything arrived perfectly and this place again gets 5 stars for their great service. read more

Went to the Rockville Centre office staff was very helpful. But the good review stops there. Paid a redeculas amount of money for a Saturday delivery it was to be delivered by 12 noon. Never got there. No reason. Now it's supposed to be delivered on Monday. If I wanted it delivered on Monday I would have went for the cheaper choice. It needed to get there by Saturday. Last time I use this service. read more

Okay so I've been here a few times and just wanted to let other potential customers know that the staff here is so friendly and personable. They make it easy and quick to ship your packages out on a timely manner. Came bright and early before my morning coffee and I had such a pleasant experience. Luciano was funny and delightful to chat with. I'm glad I always choose this location. read more

I was shocked by the five star experience I had here. There was no line when I came in and Luciano helped me patiently with my medicine cabinet return to Restoration Hardware. There were lots of fragile parts and he was so careful, charming and efficient. Then I had my passport photo taken for when travel opens up again. And Brice was also very helpful and friendly. I'd make the trip here from Forest Hills for anything I needed at UPS. Thanks guys. You rock:-) read more

Spectacular and professional service! All the guys here are super knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they do! I've shipped boxes out and done return drop offs at this location without a hitch! Recommend this location if you're in the area. read more

So far the best ups on 39th street Bayside Normally ups stores are slow , rude and unexpected customer service with some attitude ruin your day when you need to ship something . Most of the time when I am with ups I get upset and nervous with the service I had. But this ups was so cool to go in and do my shipping. It was my first time to this store . I was looking around for a notary public and a shipping center. I found this ups store in Bayside. I did travel 15 minutes driving to get there. I even called them in advance to make sure the notary public was on site. A nice guy answer the phone very politely and I asked him if the notary public was on site, he said he is here and he will tie him there until you arrive:) funny guy , loving his job and making people laughing. I went in and do the notary in 2 minutes and did my shipping in 10 minutes. I was surprised how fast all finished. I keep in mind if I have any shipping with ups I make sure I will drive there to do my shipping for sure. Great customer service.. read more

I had an Amazon return, and I had a choice of returning to either Staples, Whole Foods, or UPS store. I specifically chose this UPS store because of the very friendly staff. The African-American guy is always professional, funny and friendly even at 6 PM. He's just a happy dude and will make you smile. He's helped me return my Amazon items for the past year or so. Thank you! read more

I cannot say enough about how excellently run this location is- the staff are consistently friendly, patient, and efficient. Super fast, efficient...but the stand out front desk worker is Bryce. Always chipper, dry/sarcastic in a good way, hardworking and light-hearted-- makes going there to return Amazon goods very memorable. THE NICEST UPS STORE GUYS EVER!!! The white guy with the beard and the black guy (sorry guys I keep missing the names) are SO MUCH FUN! I WANT TO BE THEIR FRIEND!!! Seriously, you know when you just wanna hangout at the UPS store (you don't. How could you?) because you're having a great conversation? That's when you know you have great employees. I have several closer UPS stores I can go to, but I drive here just for the guys. Yesterday (7/7) the white guy even gave me a tip on painting my fingernails (his red polish looked awesome). And its not just me he's nice to, he's just that cool, and super helpful to everyone who walks in. I had to bring two packages back to repackage but I don't mind. Because I know I'll atleast get a laugh out of it when I visit tomorrow. Like seriously? Have you EVER said, hey, this UPS store is fun? I bet you haven't. And you won't till you visit this location. read more

This store is a UPS and Bayside gem !!!! Every encounter has been met with exceptional service and attention by Bryce and Yi, and superb follow up. It is an absolute pleasure to do business with this store. Also, this UPS store does much more than just packing and mailing, i.e.: printing color photographs, copy and faxing services. Highly recommend doing business with this store and as Bryce says, keeping customers happy for the long run game! Extremely satisfied as always! Thank you gents!! Kat read more

Love coming in here for all my delivery needs. Staff is always so friendly and make it pleasant to come in here. My one stop place!

Consistently the best customer service experience I've ever had. These guys are outstanding! Thank you!!

I only came here to drop off packages and drop off return Amazon goods. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great experience! Walked in and there were several customers already there. Three gentlemen were working the desk and helping customers continuously. The manager, Yi, was very helpful and efficient in assisting me in printing, notarizing and scanning my form. I had only put in 20 minutes of time in my meter, and was in and out with time to spare! Couldn't be happier. :) read more

Son graduated college with large framed school jersey & another framed photo needing to be shipping cross country. Decided to drive a bit to this UPS vs closer one and SO GLAD I DID!! Every single time I've come in, had an Amazon return issue, or had a simple question that others may scoff at, this store's employees have repeatedly gone above and beyond the measures of their job description to satisfy my needs. I needed passport photos to apply for an international travel visa and I kind of lied and told my dad I had them already when I totally didn't. I typed in "passport photos", selected current location and this location came up! Ew. Off of Bell Blvd but I soldiered on. I called the store to confirm they provided this service and the young man was SO courteous and had great energy over the phone. It must have been my lucky day because I found a metered parking RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STORE. I paid my meter for 30 minutes, I was expecting to be in there for a while. I was in and out in under 15 minutes!! My pictures were terrible but that's not UPS's fault, it's my face's fault. Great customer service! read more

I usually only write about restaurants, but I'm writing just because the people who work here are super friendly, kind, and go out of their way to explain everything to you and double check all the details. They greet you happily, make jokes, and seem to really get along with all the other workers and customers. I'm really bad at all this shipping/mailing nonsense and asked a lot of questions that they were eager to answer and more. I have a fedex near my house that has a parking lot but I don't care. I'll come here instead from now on! You can really tell how great these workers are by the people who cared enough to write reviews for a UPS store. read more

Stopped by to return a package I received from Amazon, and the process was extremely quick and easy. Luciano helped tape my package together, and I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes. I have always ordered from Macys and they never asked for signature upon delivery. But this time they asked for it and there was no way I can be home to sign for the package. After the second attempt I decided to send it to an UPS store. The two guys at the UPS store were extremely helpful and sweet. The two packages were too big for me to carry. They opened the boxes and emptied the contents into a bag, double the bag for stability, taped the opening closed and made a handle for me to carry it easily. All without me lifting a hand. One of them even suggested that I send all my future orders there and pick them up there. Other UPS store that I have gone to were not this friendly and helpful. They provide other services (copy machines, notary public). The place is nicely organized and spacious. read more
