I've always used the UPS store in Bayside for my Amazon returns, but I recently discovered they offer printing and laminating services too! I stopped by this time to get something laminated and, as usual, the staff were amazing. Yu has always been great when I've needed printing, but Luciano helped me this time with the lamination. He was friendly, took his time, and made sure the lamination ran through the machine properly to ensure perfect quality. He even trimmed all the corners! I was really impressed with the service, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. If the staff go above and beyond, remember to tip--they absolutely deserve it! read more

The UPS store on First Avenue and 85th Street in Manhattan is the best! They are so nice. They greet me by my name and always give me a chair to sit on knowing that I have a severe leg disability. II would rather go to them instead of the horrible post office in 85th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues in Manhattan. I wrote a recommendation to the supervisor of the UPS store saying how wonderful his staff is. They know what the word KIND means. Went to the Rockville Centre office staff was very helpful. But the good review stops there. Paid a redeculas amount of money for a Saturday delivery it was to be delivered by 12 noon. Never got there. No reason. Now it's supposed to be delivered on Monday. If I wanted it delivered on Monday I would have went for the cheaper choice. It needed to get there by Saturday. Wow, friendly and quick service at a shipping and printing store? There's a first time everything! The staff here were attentive and quick to offer help - multiple times, even! I came here for a passport photo, and I was in and out in 7 minutes. They also made sure to confirm if I'm happy with the photo, which sure beats the DMV. With that said, the lighting isn't optimal, and you don't look as great compared to having it taken by a photography shop, but the price is right at $8 and you won't need to wait an hour or two. read more

So recently I walked into my UPS store with not one but three crystal chandeliers. One big light fixture iron with lots of the crystals and two small matching fixtures, with crystals. Also included were two wall sconces. G went in the store and got their hand trolley so that we could get these heavy duty items in the store. Once in the store the guys were super nice taking a look at the fixtures and making determination of value etc. I had pre-wrapped alot of the crystals which was good as there were alot of these things dangling. After giving me their assessment of how they would be wrapped and packed I agreed on the pricing of $289.85 for the shipping and packing. While I was there paying I was able to see the packing begin. With such precision was each crystal being wrapped it was amazing. There was no way this item was going to be damaged. I was so happy I had brought my packages here to be shipped. The store said the packages would be at their destination by the following Tuesday or Wednesday, buy my packages actually arrived on Monday. Now that is great service. Everything arrived perfectly and this place again gets 5 stars for their great service. read more

So far the best ups on 39th street Bayside Normally ups stores are slow , rude and unexpected customer service with some attitude ruin your day when you need to ship something . Most of the time when I am with ups I get upset and nervous with the service I had. But this ups was so cool to go in and do my shipping. It was my first time to this store . I was looking around for a notary public and a shipping center. I found this ups store in Bayside. I did travel 15 minutes driving to get there. I even called them in advance to make sure the notary public was on site. A nice guy answer the phone very politely and I asked him if the notary public was on site, he said he is here and he will tie him there until you arrive:) funny guy , loving his job and making people laughing. I went in and do the notary in 2 minutes and did my shipping in 10 minutes. I was surprised how fast all finished. I keep in mind if I have any shipping with ups I make sure I will drive there to do my shipping for sure. Great customer service.. read more

THE NICEST UPS STORE GUYS EVER!!! The white guy with the beard and the black guy (sorry guys I keep missing the names) are SO MUCH FUN! I WANT TO BE THEIR FRIEND!!! Seriously, you know when you just wanna hangout at the UPS store (you don't. How could you?) because you're having a great conversation? That's when you know you have great employees. I have several closer UPS stores I can go to, but I drive here just for the guys. Yesterday (7/7) the white guy even gave me a tip on painting my fingernails (his red polish looked awesome). I needed passport photos to apply for an international travel visa and I kind of lied and told my dad I had them already when I totally didn't. I typed in "passport photos", selected current location and this location came up! Ew. Off of Bell Blvd but I soldiered on. I called the store to confirm they provided this service and the young man was SO courteous and had great energy over the phone. It must have been my lucky day because I found a metered parking RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STORE. I paid my meter for 30 minutes, I was expecting to be in there for a while. I was in and out in under 15 minutes!! My pictures were terrible but that's not UPS's fault, it's my face's fault. Great customer service! read more

I usually only write about restaurants, but I'm writing just because the people who work here are super friendly, kind, and go out of their way to explain everything to you and double check all the details. They greet you happily, make jokes, and seem to really get along with all the other workers and customers. I'm really bad at all this shipping/mailing nonsense and asked a lot of questions that they were eager to answer and more. I have a fedex near my house that has a parking lot but I don't care.
