I've been here many, many times doing Amazon returns, and I've always found this store to be super quick and efficient. They also maintained some pretty decent covid protocols - namely minimizing number of people in the store - which was comforting. The parking lot is scary, in my opinion. Came in during the morning, store was jam packed. Worker was quick and efficient, got in and out of the store quickly despite the crowd.

The parking situation is difficult, but I still go here all the time. The employees are super fast and know what they're doing. If you want easy transactions with no attitudes, go here! read more

I have been going to this location for a while now. Every time I walk in the staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful to me and any other customer that walks in. I ship out very expensive items and have never had an issue. If I need it packaged, I know I can leave the store without having to wait for it to be packed. I just pay for everything and go on my way. That's how much I trust this staff. My items always get to their destination safe and sound. I will continue using this store as my primary shipping location. They also offer printing, scanning, faxing and copy services. They even do passport photos too! It's a one stop shop to get everything done. read more

The staff is extremely friendly and likeable.  I've stopped by with my newborn several times, and after calling ahead, Manager Mike stood outside the parking lot waiting for me and picked up the large items from my car and gave me a receipt within a few mins. I didn't think I would write a positive review on a UPS store or any company that ship things, but this location is definitely on top of their game. They're fast, efficient, and well trained (unlike other UPS locations). Whenever I go there, there's never really a wait, if anything, there may be 1 to 2 people in front, but that's about it. If there is a line, the line generally moves really fast and you're in and out of the store pretty fast. There's a small shared parking lot right outside of the store, and there is additional parking in the garage downstairs. There is always enough parking for all the shared stores, and if there isnt, finding street parking isn't impossible. This is my go to UPS store because they're friendly, competent, and efficient. read more

Staff here is always super friendly. They go the extra mile to help you with whatever you need. I do a lot of shipping here and have never had an issue. Every time I walk in I am greeted within seconds even if they're helping another customer. They also have a parking lot which is a big plus! read more

I had a package to drop off but I needed the label printed out. The worker said I could email them the label and they could print it out for me for $2. Best $2 I ever spent. I was in and out within a few minutes. They even attached the label for me. Saved me a trip of having to drive all the way back home, print out the label, and drive back to the store. The workers were also very courteous and helpful. read more

What a joke this place is and a bunch of lying thieves. I was quoted over $100 to send a package with 5 days to get there. Do yourself a favor and go to fedex. This location is just trying to rip people off. $35 at fedex all said and done and the package should arrive early. Not to mention their parking situation . read more

One of the Asian employees is extremely rude and he charges for printed materials depending on how he feels. There are two guys that work there. One is in his twenties and the other is in his forties. Their sign says to print "1-10 pages are $2" and "more than 10 pages are $0.15 each". I was charged $.20 per page up until this guy started working at this location. Two weeks ago, I printed one page and he said it's $2 for that one page. When I asked about the sign, he mumbled and said, "it's for established printed materials. But this time, I'll let it slide and charged you $0.25." My husband printed seven pages today and the guy charged him $4. He also mocks people's pronunciation if the customer doesn't speak English fluently. Being an Asian himself, he should be more sensitive and be mindful of English Language Learners. read more

one of the best UPS stores around. Manager Mike knows what he is doing, very responsive and helped me return large bulk items. I arrive a few minutes before store closing and he came out to help carry items into the store. This will be my go to location going forward. read more

Never did I think I would be writing an online review for a UPS Store, but well, this must be what being in my thirties is like. Anyway, I wanted to write this review because I've found myself using this location surprisingly frequently (another welcome to my thirties moment), and the staff has been consistently amazing and helpful. Besides mailing packages and a few small emergency print jobs, they also helped me print and send multiple copies of a large, book-length document, and they called me when it was ready to go so I could give it one last look before it went out. Even though it's a small shop, the service is excellent, and I've pretty much never had to wait more than a few minutes. Great to have a place like this you can count on to make those boring adult tasks a little less painful. read more

Ups store is poor customer service mostly No UPS store has good customer service sofar at all. It's not actually the person work there. The people work are nice and they try their best to help you. But never enough people to work so I have to wait online most of the tome more than 20 minutes every time I walked in UPS store The store has all the items for shipping needs. From small to big. All items available for your convenience. Ups international prices are really not that good but local prices are good cheaper than most carriers... read more

Extremly kind, helpful, attentive, and professional. We sent my belongings from NYC to California for the summer, and the employees could not have been friendlier, and more eager to tell you about the money saving options. I also have utilized their printing/ binding services for 100+ page booklets, final product turned out perfect. I am a very good customer and thought they were honest people. The owner was made aware that one of his workers lost a package of mine and admitted it/apologized but refused to give me what it is worth. I have given them proof of cost etc. What is truly awful is that the manager denied it even though employee didn't! The manager tried to accuse me! They strung me along for weeks promising me they'd resolve it hoping I would go away. I didn't. What kind of local business owner treats their good customer so dishonestly? Shame on them! Convenient UPS store in a busy area! After two trips to the USPS to try to return a package across the country, I finally decided to ship via UPS since I had other packages to return as well. The price was slightly cheaper but customer service was excellent! Gavin patiently waited for me to decide whether I wanted to ship it or not as It was half the cost of the item I was returning. Writing this on behalf of my mom. We had a sensitive package to be shipped to my aunt in Asia. She had the young man working at the UPS Store help package and send it. Of course two days later I see that the package has been stopped as soon as it entered Asia. Called this UPS Store and asked to speak to the manager, Michael, who was very courteous and responsive and said he would find out what the issue was. As he promised, he did call back and explained exactly what the issue was and what we needed to do. We only dealt with him/their office for the first couple of days but for their brief involvement they were helpful. read more

I had some irreplaceable family mementos that needed to be shipped to Houston, TX. I needed to be certain they were handled with care, so based on the reviews I drove a little further (bypassing closer locations that had indifferent reviews). The staff was conscientious and attentive to my needs. They examined the items and determined what needed to be done. Since I had a flight to catch, I left the items with them to pack and ship. When I received the shipments, everything arrived undamaged, they were carefully packed. In short, I couldn't be more satisfied. I have more items to ship and I will definitely return to this location. Take my advice, go to this location and you will find a staff that takes their jobs seriously. read more

Been here a handful of times since their opening and they always get the job done - well and promptly. It's credit to the staff and the managers. Normally I wouldn't pay to have my stuff packed and shipped - just shipped. But I was in a rush to get some items out and the prices were reasonable so I went ahead and paid for it. My friend received the stuff wrapped well and on time. They didn't skimp on the bubble wrap which I appreciate cause I'm always afraid my stuff will get damaged in the shuffle. Overall great service. Would trust to have them ship almost anything! read more

I went here 3 days ago to print out some important documents and I have to say, they had some of the greatest customer service of any store I've ever been to. Stephan, the young man who helped me, was kind enough not only to review the entire process with me a couple of times but also called me when my order was finished to let me know I could pick it up.
