The older male was incredibly rude to me after he made the error. I went into the store as normal because I use them as a delivery service and I pick up all my packages here, which sometimes have gotten stolen at home. I've had no issues aside from him being not very pleasant here and there. But this, this was absolutely different. I went into the store about 4 days ago to pick up some packages. Once o received the packages I tell him that there should be at least one more. He tells me no, I only have what he sees and he does not know what to tell me. I continue to stand there because I know the email i received said that my package was delivered. The line grows, I get annoyed and leave. I'd originally planned to have this as my LAST monthly usage of the service since the older man had been so unpleasant other times, I just needed a better way involving as less people as possible because it wasn't working. I leave the store without package. I call him the same day to indeed confirm that my package was delivered there. He takes my info and says there's nothing he can do for me. He then calls back less than an hour later to tell me he found the package and when can I pay. I told him I would pay when I came up there. Now to today, I go there to pick up packages. He then with a smirk on his face go through some policy about how it's been 3 days over since I should have paid. He was holding my packages hostage until I laid at lease for 2 months. I could not pay for 1 month and to basically leave the store. I asked for a managers number he SLAMMED a card down on the counter and said his manager wasn't available until Monday. Do whatever I wished. This is absolute HORRIBLE customer service. You can't get this type of service in a pool hall if you didn't pay your tab. This man is beyond unprofessional and is not a good ambassador for the company. I will never do another $1 with them. So he forced me to pay for $60 for 2 months or not get my packages until maybe a week later when the manager was available which by this time would have been longer and given them more leverage to charge me a higher price. read more

This review is only on pickup service and not on shipping out. I had have several DHL packages sent here because they needed signature and I wasn't going to be home. Every time, they found my package right away and I had a fast pick up experience. There is always a line here, so expect to wait a bit. I will continue to use them as needed :) read more

The only thing that was concerning to me is that I dropped off a package to be shipped via USPS on 1/9/18 and it took the carrier 15 business days to deliver a package that was local. Although, I was told that my packages for both the USPS and FedEx would be picked up at 3pm. Albeit, I was upset with the amount of time it took I understand that The Mail Drop Off is a third party vendor. In conclusion I would come back to kill two or three birds with one stone. read more

Had a DHL package to ship back and this is one of the only places that accepts DHL shipments. Had never been here before but read all these reviews about how pleasant these people were. They didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in and said hello. Then they proceeded to help a white man who came in after me which at that point I was like ok I guess I'm invisible. I decided to stay calm because I'm exhausted from even having to be in that cluttered hole a $12 uber ride from my house. I placed the package already equipped with the label onto the desk and was eventually assisted. Very strange behavior. Definitely won't be back. Would rather travel much further to ship things than to repeat that experience. read more

I pass this mail packaging company often but never utilized their services. I needed to renew my passport and get passport photos and was able to get both done here in a very expeditious time frame. The gentleman who was in the shop was very friendly and professional. He was also patient as I did a quick touch up to my hair and had to take three pics before I was satisfied of my pic for the next 7 years. LOL The small shop also has about four computers on the side that you can use for a very small fee. Now that I have visited, I will definitely return here for all of my mailing needs to avoid the dreadful long lines at the Post Office in Forest Hills. read more

Ah..the joys of X-mas and holiday season around the corner! Here, I find myself lugging around a 7 lb box waiting to be shipped off to Toronto. It's always high end robbery to ship anywhere international but especially to Canadians. There's an automatic imposed tax add onto your custom forms for anything declared over $15 value. Quite frankly, it does not do any justice in shipping anything cheap and pay an outrageous quote to ship it there. I love that it's efficient and quick service. Unlike running to the postal office anytime in the day, you wait on a L-O-N-G and extremely S-L-O-W...line. You wait on the line to get it done in one shot. Instead, the clerks will tell you to grab additional forms and papers to fill out. And, expect to wait another half an hour for them to measure and type anything on the ancient screens. I got better things to do. Time is of essence. Plus, the rates are about the same as FedEx, UPS, and DHL, if not cheaper. The same rate that I paid via FedEx to Canada in 3-5 business days would had cost almost double for only economy shipping with the US postal rate. The perk is not having to fill out any form. The guys behind the counter will do everything for you. Just have to sign a form here and answer a few questions. And, done! Def will be back to this location with any shipping needs! read more

I made a 1 PM fingerprinting appointment for a Saturday, drove out to this location, and was only told upon my arrival that the Internet had been out since the day before. No apology, just handed me a business card. This place made no attempt to inform anyone and cancel my appointment prior to my arrival, which could have saved me the trip and rescheduling hassle as slots filled up in other locations. Completely inconsiderate of other people's time and energy-- by 1 PM on a Saturday, you have plenty of time to take action and spare someone a wasted weekend afternoon. read more

I've been using this place since they opened.. I've NEVER had an issue.. you get an occasional annoying customer who just doesn't want to understand the answer they're being given, but given the area, this isn't anything new on any store on 108. I've always received friendly help and courteous staff. With covid, you can wait in line for a little bit as it's a VERY small store but I can appreciate that right now. They will continue to get my business when needed because they don't mind taking the time to help their customers, even when they can be annoying at times. Thanks guys!! read more

Poor quality customer service. I went in at 115 for a 120pm appointment to get fingerprinted. Store was empty. Told the kid at the counter with glasses I had an appointment, he looked at my cell phone and handed it back to me. Three other customers walked in after. He proceeded to take the first person after me. Spent about 3-4 minutes on his mailing. Then took the second woman after me, took another 5 minutes. All the time looking at me, as if I had two heads. I finally spoke up while he was working on the woman's mailing, asked if he had someone else that could help him, as I came on time for my appointment, so that I could make it to work on time. His response was rude and snotty "you're going to take 2 seconds". So I said if I was going to be two seconds then why is he taking everyone that came after me, before me then. So he finished with the lady, came across the counter to turn the fingerprint station and help. Overall poor experience. I work in service and would probably take disciplinary action if any of my staff treated a customer so poorly. I'll go out of my way in the future, rather than use this place for any services. Would rather go to UPS or post office rather than deal with disgruntled teenagers at the counter. read more

Finally a place where you can ship things hassle free. One reason I hate shipping things through other services are because of. 1- lines 2- always end up filling out the wrong form. 3 - no customer service Seems like these finally figured it out and have none of the above. When you come here they hardly ever have lines and if they do, They move quite fast. They do suggest different shipping options to see what suits you best. Went here for the first time to ship out something and the guy helping me was really nice! My package didn't weigh much but was pretty big because of all the bubble wrap and he advised me that it'd cost a ton more than if we put it in another box. He got another one for me in the back and he even cut off some of the cardboard so that the item was snug when placed and would cost less to ship.
