5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

Conveniently located but hidden right across the street from the Sky View Mall. Never even heard of Shipspace before until only today. The pickup space is decently-sized, definitely not big but a bit narrow towards the entrance. Stopped by an hour before closing for the day. Business Hours: 10am-7pm Daily Place looks kinda rundown on the outside and inside. Place is on the average side for cleanliness. There is only one other person waiting for his package. It isn't busy at all. No long lines. Very fast but average service from staff. Staff isn't rude or anything but he doesn't look too happy either. I guess I'm just there to pick up my package, what do I care if his service is friendly or not lol? It's not like I'm asking him for a favor to mail out my package.

Shipping at most places here is frustrating and time consuming. But this FedEx center has been like a breath of fresh air. I actually am relieved when I need to ship via FedEx, because my experiences here have consistently been positive in every aspect. This space is large, aesthetically pleasant and spotlessly clean, with ample room for waiting lines, although the staff are all so quick and efficient, I have never had a long wait (other carriers' locations in the area resemble an unkempt storage closet and customers endure long wait times on the sidewalk outside, exposed to the elements). On top of that, the staff here have always been 100% professional, knowledgeable and super pleasant to engage with, whether in person, or if I call with a question. These employees deserve a major commendation for excellence. I have relied on this business for many important, time sensitive shipments and they have always provided impeccable service.
