Fedex, UPS, USPS and OnTrac deliver right to the door. Which is good, we have a RING camera to babysit our packages if we're not home. There are hundreds of apartments where we live. GOFO has continually left them everywhere but where we directed. They then tell YOU to go look for the package that they DIDN'T deliver properly. They should try to employ more ppl that speak English too, so they can better follow directions. Language barrier is unhelpful in that business. Use a better shipping company,

Their own proof-of-delivery photos show exactly what happened: the driver left my package sitting unsecured ON TOP of the community mailboxes in the common mailbox/mailroom area of my apartment building. It was NOT delivered to my apartment/front door, and it was NOT placed in a secure package locker. I checked my individual mailbox, the area on top of and around the community mailboxes, and the available package lockers. The package was gone. I contacted GOFO, and instead of addressing the fact that their own photos show the package left exposed in a common area accessible to other people, they told me the proof of delivery met their standards and called the location a "doorstep or designated area." A photo of a package sitting unsecured on top of community mailboxes proves where the driver left it for the photo. It does not prove that the customer actually received it. I have escalated this with GOFO and contacted the merchant as well. I am extremely disappointed with both the delivery and GOFO's response. A package should not be left unsecured in a common area and then treated as successfully delivered when the customer never received it.

I was not aware that the destination would not allow items to be hand delivered, as it turns out they only accept things by mail. The courier was in contact with me and did see if there was any other way to leave it there somehow. Due to this issue of my own fault, here was not able to do so.
