We live in a highly populated area in NY. Currently, thieves are making a living by stealing packages. I have written to GOFO, about delivering directly to my door. Fedex, UPS, USPS and OnTrac deliver right to the door. Which is good, we have a RING camera to babysit our packages if we're not home. There are hundreds of apartments where we live. GOFO has continually left them everywhere but where we directed. They then tell YOU to go look for the package that they DIDN'T deliver properly. They should try to employ more ppl that speak English too, so they can better follow directions. Language barrier is unhelpful in that business. Use a better shipping company, read more

1 STAR GOFO marked my package as delivered, but I never received it. Their own proof-of-delivery photos show exactly what happened: the driver left my package sitting unsecured ON TOP of the community mailboxes in the common mailbox/mailroom area of my apartment building. It was NOT delivered to my apartment/front door, and it was NOT placed in a secure package locker. I checked my individual mailbox, the area on top of and around the community mailboxes, and the available package lockers. The package was gone. I contacted GOFO, and instead of addressing the fact that their own photos show the package left exposed in a common area accessible to other people, they told me the proof of delivery met their standards and called the location a "doorstep or designated area." A photo of a package sitting unsecured on top of community mailboxes proves where the driver left it for the photo. It does not prove that the customer actually received it. I have escalated this with GOFO and contacted the merchant as well. I am extremely disappointed with both the delivery and GOFO's response. A package should not be left unsecured in a common area and then treated as successfully delivered when the customer never received it. read more

This is Amazon HAUL - who should be ashamed of themselves. I'll never order from the extensive HAUL catalog again. Check out this tracking: "Package is out for delivery. Bensenville, IL." People, I live in SALEM TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN! I don't live in Illinois! Further, their lying driver stated: "Delivery Exception, No Access to Delivery Location." I have a HOUSE. With a large PORCH. My package is now 6 days late, apparently sitting somewhere in Illinois. I don't understand how these thieves are in business in the US? My prior HAUL orders were not shipped with GOFO. This is apparently things you order from China, so they're bringing their Customer Service of Chinese to America. Horrible. I'm going to demand a full refund from Amazon, which my order was around $60. Lesson learned, Amazon HAUL can not be trusted. And again, I don't live in Illinois! What morons. read more

This service might be the worst yet! It's obvious they either can't read English or they can't read at all because they throw my packages over my fence onto the concrete or my lawn even when my sprinklers are on. We have a sign right where they are throwing our packages that was clearly states to deliver all packages on our porch! Not only that, but every time we get a package from them, it looks like it has been used as a practice ball on a football field. It is always half opened, and the tape is all stretched out on it. There is no care given whatsoever while they sit there and bullshit on their phones in their foreign languages and they are all very rude! I hope this company doesn't last. read more

They delivered my package to the wrong address and showed this in the photos. When i brought this up to them they said they felt it was delivered to the right address even though the wrong address (and completely wrong neighborhood) was present in photo. They said the seller can take the brunt. I reported them for mail fraud and to the AZ commissioner but nothing has happened yet. read more

Do not use. They can't read address labels. Leave packages in random locations and zero accountability. Thanks for losing my expensive package. Pay more for a better result. read more

WORST delivery company! I don't know where to start but every time I get a delivery from this company, they cannot read delivery instructions ( which is on the label and signs all around my property ) to deliver to my front door. My garage has a prominent sign explicitly stating not to leave packages there, and the drivers own delivery photo confirms the driver ignored this clear instruction. No one ever contacts me from this company despite me writing an email. So unprofessional. I wish I had choices when I order things to NOT use this company. I am on edge every time I see a pending delivery from this company. **** 9/23/2026 - EDIT TO NOTE - Canned email from the company ---- Dear Customer, First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by our service on this occasion. Gofo Express i a the worst logistics company! I don't often give one star reviews but if I could give negative stars I would. Unfortunately, I have not had one but two packages now that never got delivered. I bought items from Pop Mart who frequently uses Gofo as a domestic courier for US orders. These were packages that were shipped internationally via Yun Express and then were handed over to Gofo for the final delivery. Both times, my packages showed up to date tracking until it arrived at the Gofo delivery station. This is where all tracking stopped. My first package has shown in transit for the last 72 days! I had to call Popmart who offered to send me a replacement package and now my replacement package is also stuck and the tracking is no longer updating. When I tried to call Gofo they basically said i would need to go back to Popmart and that they could not help. It is quite upsetting to not be able to get my packages. These were items that ended up getting sold out by Popmart and I had to go look elsewhere now to purchase them because Gofo never delivered. I don't know if these packages are getting stolen or what is happening to cause all tracking to get lost. I am now hesistant to purchase from any company that uses Gofo. It does not seem that this is a courier that can be trusted for delivering packages. 72 days showing no tracking is unacceptable! read more

Gofo Express - Package stuck at GOFO for over 72 days! - Couriers & Delivery Services Near Me

Everything about this company is CRAP! I've given them delivery hours 3 times and they still can't deliver in the open hours. I don't know how they stay In business! They want to dump my delivery outside. They have delivered in the past outside a closed business on the ground In the rain. It was found ripped open by wild animals. If I knew in advance this is the company that's delivering I would not order products that use this delivery service. If I could give them 0 stars I would ! read more

Horrible drivers and poor company response. If you want your package damaged upon delivery, these are your guys.

Absolute garbage service. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Your drivers are a disgrace. Worst shipping service ever! Shitty driver kept marking my packages "refused by recipient" despite not making any attempts. They will call you from a number and immediately hang up instead of allowing you to pick up, and you can't call the number back. What an absolute joke of a company, outsourced customer service with no idea how American postage works. I hope they go out of business. UniUni is a much better more reliable shipping service. The driver showed up in his pajamas and was playing car-thumping loud music in our quiet community. Threw package onto doorstep and left. I was sitting in my living room watching. Completely unprofessional on both sides. I am sure they have done better and have had better delivery people, and this is probably a one-in-a-million; however, I had metal photos inside the package which were thankfully well wrapped by the sender. I don't recommend this company as a final-mile delivery company. read more

Honestly I had a great experience with this shipping company. They didn't ring my bell my like jerks do. They actually put the package in front of my door. A lot of these 3rd party companies just throw the package in the main lobby. Its nice for a change to have a competent company to bring up my packages with a smile. Their service requests were great as well. If I was a big time seller of merchandise I would probably look into how I could work with them. read more

My package was cut open and the content removed. The package was then taped shut with clear tape. The delivery person proceeded to deliver the package taking a picture. I contacted customer service and reported it. The customer service representative confirmed that the package shows where the package was taped and cut open. The idiot delivery person took a picture of where the package was opened. I spoke with the building manager to get the cameras reviewed so we can get the images of the delivery person. I will be filing a police report and contacting Federal Authorities once it is determined if the delivery person was an American citizen. Yes, I'm going to do the most. I'm on disability and reached senior citizen status. I live in a senior building and this has become a common practice. This is why we are working with management to prosecute all parties involved with the theft. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. FILE POLICE REPORTS OR CONTACT THE INVESTIGATIVE REPORTERS IN YOUR LOCAL CITY. WE MUST BAN TOGETHER TO TAKE THIS COMPANY DOWN. read more

Every bit as bad as everyone claims! If you see that your item is shipping gofo, just cancel your order. My expensive order was shipped with gofo and they lost the package in 2 days. They claimed my adress was incorrect, it wasn't. Their system messed up. They told me they had corrected my delivery and that my package would be here in 3 buisness days. A whole week later, still no package. GOFO delivery vehicle severely damaged my personal property and I am getting nothing but the royal runaround from GoFo customer service. I wish it was required for businesses to disclose that they use GOFO for package delivery, because I would ABSOLUTELY NEVER SHOP THEM. I've never had a package delivered to me on the first attempt. This business needs to be shut down it's 100% AI operated and is the WORST. read more

I received a package delivered to my home address but addressed to someone who has never lived here. The only customer service telephone number asks for a tracking number. Three failed delivery attempts and no meaningful resolution. GOFO repeatedly reported that they could not access my delivery location. I contacted them multiple times, provided explicit access instructions, had the address corrected, and escalated the issue to a supervisor. I was told the driver would be changed, but the next delivery attempt failed again. After the third failure, I was told the package would be returned to the seller. GOFO's subsequent written explanation gave a different reason for the return than the one I was given over the phone. The most frustrating part was the lack of a clear explanation or effective escalation despite my repeatedly cooperating with their requests. Apologies are not much use when the underlying problem keeps happening. Very disappointing delivery experience. read more

Purchase delivery for an online item. Not much to say other than the delivery person did not handle package with care. I had no choice in the carrier and the delivery was late and heard a bang against the door. I am guessing the delivery driver tossed it against the door instead of walking all the way up the stairs. No damage, just startled me and not what you should do. Shipping was included with purchase so not directly paid by me. read more

This is a pathetic excuse for a company. And now that I'm reading the current reviews, I question why they are still in business. We received a package yesterday. When GOFO pulled in our driveway, I was walking out to get the package when I observed the driver TOSS MY PACKAGE out of his window and take off. He was aiming for my stairs. Instead, the package bounced off of the stairs and landed on the ground. Just a note...the package was a mini projector. We don't know yet if it is ruined. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They won't deliver to a business if no one is there like most companies, however they don't give an option to pick it up or schedule a delivery time. So I called and spoke with someone and updated the business hours to hours I know someone will be there and also gave permission for them to leave it if no one is there. They tried redelivering the next day, didn't come during the hours I said, and didn't leave the package. So I called back the next day and they said the driver must not of read the notes, so I asked how we can make sure it doesn't happen again. They said they can't contact the drivers directly but they'll see the notes next time. Once again didn't come during hours I gave them and didn't leave the package again. So I spent 2 hours of my week dealing with them all for nothing. I literally have no way to get my package because they're so terrible. I have no choice but to cancel my order. read more

Been waiting for delivery since September 21, today is October 20th. A month later, no delivery. HORRIBLE SERVICE, DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS. No photo since no packages have been delivered. Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Our package has been repeatedly marked as "undeliverable" because of an "incorrect address," despite the fact that our address is 100% correct. I have called this company THREE separate times trying to locate our package, and every single time they confirm that the address on file is correct. So what's the actual problem? Apparently, nobody is willing to drive down the street and look for the house. From what I was told on one of the many phone calls, this company relies completely on Google Maps to locate addresses. If your home was built after Google's vehicle came through and took photos of your street, apparently you're out of luck. They either can't or simply won't make the effort to locate your house using anything other than an outdated map. It's honestly impressive how many times a company can blame the customer's "incorrect address" instead of admitting that they didn't actually attempt to deliver the package. Three phone calls, multiple "address verification" conversations, and still no package. The address isn't the problem. The delivery service is. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely terrible. Today is the 4th day in a row my package is out for delivery as I still wait on it. I was told they need a gate code to access the delivery address....I live on an open, easily accessible street. There is no gate or gate code. The house is easily found on any GPS. When I called I was told it had returned to the facility "for no reason". This is the worst shipping company I have ever used. If anyone has any options to save money and use GOFO, DONT!
