Honestly I had a great experience with this shipping company. They didn't ring my bell my like jerks do. They actually put the package in front of my door. A lot of these 3rd party companies just throw the package in the main lobby. Its nice for a change to have a competent company to bring up my packages with a smile. Gofo Express i a the worst logistics company! I don't often give one star reviews but if I could give negative stars I would. Unfortunately, I have not had one but two packages now that never got delivered. I bought items from Pop Mart who frequently uses Gofo as a domestic courier for US orders. These were packages that were shipped internationally via Yun Express and then were handed over to Gofo for the final delivery. Both times, my packages showed up to date tracking until it arrived at the Gofo delivery station. This is where all tracking stopped. My first package has shown in transit for the last 72 days! I had to call Popmart who offered to send me a replacement package and now my replacement package is also stuck and the tracking is no longer updating. When I tried to call Gofo they basically said i would need to go back to Popmart and that they could not help. It is quite upsetting to not be able to get my packages. These were items that ended up getting sold out by Popmart and I had to go look elsewhere now to purchase them because Gofo never delivered. I don't know if these packages are getting stolen or what is happening to cause all tracking to get lost. I am now hesistant to purchase from any company that uses Gofo. GOFO, like UniUni, should not be operating in the United States given the level of service they provide. Nor do they deserve even a one-star rating. Amazon should also be included among the most disappointing delivery experiences. Over the past two years, this has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with logistics companies. Packages are routinely mishandled--thrown at my door, photographed inside the delivery vehicle, then placed on my steps for a second photo, and in some cases even taken back into the vehicle afterward. For business deliveries, drivers often make no attempt to enter the building. Instead, packages are left outside--even when the business is clearly open or closed--making theft almost inevitable. I have personally contacted customer service repeatedly--both by email and phone--with clear, specific delivery instructions that are consistently ignored. Even today, a package was stolen despite my prior efforts to prevent exactly this situation. I have reached out to customer service over 380 times, and only once has my request actually been followed. The driver pulled up in front of our house and sat there for a while smoking with the windows down. Instead of delivering the package properly, he tossed it from the driver's seat through the passenger-side window, and it landed in my yard. I went outside and told him that this was an unacceptable way to handle a delivery. Interestingly, once confronted, he suddenly remembered how to get out of the truck and actually do his job. The situation then escalated when he began using racial slurs and portraying himself as the victim, despite race never being mentioned. He also made threats toward me. It was an unprofessional, hostile, and completely inappropriate interaction. This was one of the worst delivery experiences I've had. My husband case they failed 3 times to deliver his package after Go Fo was given the correct address 3 times. My package was delivered yesterday and the delivery instructions were not followed and the package was left in the hallway and instead given to the receptionist on the lower level as the address indicted. Bad customer service. My packages from SHEIN and Xpluswear fits delivered to a different place not at my apartment and I tried calling them multiple times. CS is based in the Philippines and do not process escalations. They rely on generic AI response. Supervisors are always not available to speak to. Rude agents over the phone. After escalating through email I get messages from a signature saying it's a robot responding. Doesn't make sense but would not order overseas that uses this service because the carrier of the delivery is not capable of reasoning. If I could give zero stars, I would. GOFO Express has been the worst delivery experience I've had in a long time. My package has been "in transit" for weeks with no clear updates, no reliable tracking, and absolutely no communication. Trying to get in touch with them is nearly impossible--there's no real customer service, and when you do manage to reach someone, they don't provide helpful information or solutions. A delivery company's basic job is to get packages to customers on time and to communicate if there's an issue. GOFO Express fails on both counts. I even put it in the address line for good measure. So what did they do? Delivered it on a Saturday and left the package on the ground in a high-traffic, public area.
