GOFO, like UniUni, should not be operating in the United States given the level of service they provide. Nor do they deserve even a one-star rating. Amazon should also be included among the most disappointing delivery experiences. Over the past two years, this has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with logistics companies. Packages are routinely mishandled--thrown at my door, photographed inside the delivery vehicle, then placed on my steps for a second photo, and in some cases even taken back into the vehicle afterward. For business deliveries, drivers often make no attempt to enter the building. Instead, packages are left outside--even when the business is clearly open or closed--making theft almost inevitable. I have personally contacted customer service repeatedly--both by email and phone--with clear, specific delivery instructions that are consistently ignored. Even today, a package was stolen despite my prior efforts to prevent exactly this situation. I have reached out to customer service over 380 times, and only once has my request actually been followed. My husband and I ordered 2 packages from different vendors and this was delivery company that the vendors used. My husband and I had our packages delivered to our places of employment. I. My husband case they failed 3 times to deliver his package after Go Fo was given the correct address 3 times. My package was delivered yesterday and the delivery instructions were not followed and the package was left in the hallway and instead given to the receptionist on the lower level as the address indicted. I called GO FO about both issues and there was no resolution to either of these issues. I am extremely disappointed with GoFO Shipping Company's delivery service. My package clearly had my correct apartment number listed, yet the driver left it somewhere completely different. Because of their carelessness, my package was stolen. This is unacceptable. Delivering to the correct address -- especially when the apartment number is clearly provided -- is the bare minimum expectation. Good Lord, where to begin? First, they spent a week trying to deliver my package to a store that's been closed for a month. I emailed their customer service team and called them with very clear instructions of where to find my mailbox and that, surprisingly, I do not live in a closed store. They never take a photo showing said package delivered when delivery is outside a bldg and not at actual home. They only take photos when it is at an actual apt door. If you can, have the retailer/company you are ordering from block Gofo Express as the carrier. My dad wanted an item from Temu from a local seller so I made the purchase and it was being delivered by Gofo Express. The delivery driver for Gofo Express mishandled the delivery by throwing the package to my front door and that was caught on my Ring Doorbell. The packaging and the item were damaged because of the driver's actions. Luckily for me, Temu made it right, sent me a refund and had Gofo Express taken off as a carrier to use with any future orders. When trying to address it with Gofo Express, it was going in circles and not taking any responsibility, even with video proof of the driver's unprofessional conduct. If possible, refuse/block Gofo Express as a carrier for your online orders through the retailer. They do not follow any delivery instructions, hire incompetent/lazy/unprofessional drivers and refuse to find a solution or take any responsibility. read more

Gofo deliver driver's are so lazy! I have a sign on my front door that states, "Do Not Toss, Throw, ​or Otherwise Mishandle Packages. Please Place Packages on Stand & Ring Doorbell. Amazon, FedEx, UPS, all have no issues with this. Gofo and SpeedX drivers walk up to my porch steps, take a picture of the pack​age/s, then they toss, throw, or slide my packages. I've repeatedly reported this with video proof for months to Gofo and requested to speak to a supervisor. They all say the same thing, "We will forward your number to the supervisor after we end this call and they will call you back." Not once have I heard back.
