Amazon should also be included among the most disappointing delivery experiences. Over the past two years, this has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with logistics companies. Packages are routinely mishandled--thrown at my door, photographed inside the delivery vehicle, then placed on my steps for a second photo, and in some cases even taken back into the vehicle afterward. For business deliveries, drivers often make no attempt to enter the building. Instead, packages are left outside--even when the business is clearly open or closed--making theft almost inevitable. I have personally contacted customer service repeatedly--both by email and phone--with clear, specific delivery instructions that are consistently ignored. Even today, a package was stolen despite my prior efforts to prevent exactly this situation. I have reached out to customer service over 380 times, and only once has my request actually been followed. At this point, I have no confidence in these services and will avoid them whenever possible.
