I can also print stuff out, copy and for those few random times you need to fax something (I know, who sends faxes these days? But it does occur) I can also do that there. I tend to travel a lot and it's great because I can call them and have them send me a package of mail to wherever I am. After going through lots of reviews, I decided on this Greenwich Village Mail Center,which I am so glad I did! First of all, the service itself is impeccable. Especially for mail box service, all mails are kept safe even I sometimes go to retrieve after over a month long vacation (and this time with this corona virus outbreak) ! If I get a package delivered, they will send you their own tracking via e-mails so I can track that specific package using password. You can drop off mails and boxes to be mailed with easy and fast ! If I have any question, I can send them e-mails to communicate anytime! Secondly, and more importantly, the customer service in person is even better. Visited once before with my husband when he needed to send something out, and the employee who…read morehelped us then was fairly nice. Unfortunately, my experience today by myself was completely different with a different employee working. The employee today seemed annoyed from the moment I walked in. When I handed him my form and package, he stopped to find the right song on his playlist before even starting my transaction. He also got irritated that I filled out the wrong store-printed form. There were two sheets available -- one for international shipping and one for U.S. shipping. These were not forms being attached to the package itself, and I even offered to fill out the correct one if needed. I asked for the cheapest shipping option for a very small package (about 0.1 lbs that fit in a 6x9 envelope). He chose USPS Flat Rate Priority and quoted me about $25. When I politely questioned whether that was really the cheapest option, he became defensive and explained that FedEx would have cost $35. I watched him enter a 10x12 envelope and switch between USPS and FedEx options, and USPS Ground showed around $10, but he insisted on Flat Rate Priority. At that point, a line had formed behind me and I just wanted to leave, so I paid and left. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience, and I won't be returning.

"WARNING"…read more Don't bring your packages here.  They refuse to give customer a receipt. If you should ever lose a package in the system and you have no "Proof" like a drop off receipt,  You will be responsible for the lost item.  "A copy of the label is not proof of drop off" They are lazy and arrogant and refuse to work with a customer who has had an issue with a lost package. NY law requires a receipt for a transaction. So i will be filing a complaint with the dept of consumer affairs and dept of Finance as well.  Scanning a packaging doesn't mean proof of drop off.  A  receipt is what the insurance company want's to see as proof, that you indeed dropped of package.  Other none "official" UPS stores  and privately owned packaging stores give receipts, why is this store so difficult?  Do yourself a favor and drop your packages off elsewhere.  I will now be taking my packages to"Bushwick Post" On the Corner of , Wilson Ave and Cooper Ave. Located in Bushwick Section of Brooklyn, who are classier than the Quick pack and ship in Ridgewood Queens.  If I could give this place no stars I would.  Stay away.
