Went in to send a package, I did not have a box and they charged me $18 for a box even though I have their discounted business account. Just to clarify this was for the box, not shipping fees. No alternatives was offered to me and though I instituted I have an account and to charge the account, they refused and made me pay outright. Additionally they did not allow me to fill up the box in the store. Which is ridiculous because if there is a weight minimum & maximum, I would like the option to increase or decrease what I put inside. But they said I have to take it home, and bring it back completely sealed. So now we are playing blind games with customers - try and guess the weight of your package. Lovely. I took the overpriced box home, filled it up, and had my daughter take it over to the the employees there are so helpful and professional. The box was to big to carry I took a picture of the box with the measurements. I showed the employee the shipping label and the item with the measurements he looked up the price to have it shipped back. It was expensive so he advised me if there's a problem with the item contact Amazon for a free shipping label so I won't have to pay. Also FedEx can come pick up the vanity for me. He was very helpful. It's nice when employees take their time in assisting customers.

Additionally, Aisha was also very unpleasant, rushing me when I was waiting for my Staples app to load (there was one person behind me, waiting for maybe 30 seconds; not to mention the cell service in the front of the store is atrocious), and also ignoring the terms of the price match policy when I checked out with the other man, implying that she was giving me the price as a courtesy when I followed the policy to a T from the Staples website. It's a shame I won't be returning, because the location is so convenient near King Kullen and the other stores in the area. But I'd prefer to save myself the trouble. The staff in the other stores in the area are worlds more pleasant than the staff here. (I posted this review on google but it seems like they removed it. Wonder who did that)
