    the clerk is extremely rude. I felt like I ruined her day by walking in. She was very short and annoyed and unhelpful. Go to UPS.

    Clerks and cashiers are always helpful, lines were never too long, parking in the back, would recommend!

    Small post office good for your quick needs. Very old fashioned place with the windows a little slow on helping people

    Earlier this week I called and spoke to a female employee at the NHP USPS who informed me I could…read moreget my fingerprinting done at this location. I confirmed the date and time I would arrive at the post office and received verbal confirmation from a real, live, person that I could do this. I took an Uber to get there because my car was in the auto shop. Upon my arrival, the male employee told me I couldn't get my fingerprints done, despite me having a barcode which indicated they were a USPS location that completes fingerprinting, a printout of my pre-registration, and having called a few days prior to confirm I could do it at this exact day and time. He said the machine "wasn't activated yet," and could not tell me a definitive time it would be fixed by. I asked to speak to the manger, a female employee, who told me that no one would have told me to come this date/time as the machine was broken. I didn't speak to an operator, I spoke to a live female who told me she worked here! Absolutely ridiculous. She refused to do anything to help me, despite me paying for a package a few minutes earlier. She said there was nothing she could do for me and that I'd have to call their supervisor Fran when she was back from vacation. The story changed, of course, and Fran was the only one who could fix the fingerprinting machine... it's not that "it wasn't activated yet." Despite having print outs of my registration, a bar code in my email, and calling beforehand to check, I wasted my time and energy. I will be calling Fran when she gets back from vacation to fix this. Disgusting customer service and attitude from the employees and a lack of willingness to help.
