I waited a couple more days and called the store I got a women who said she was one of the owners and was treated with disrespect. She told me that she was not responsible for the package. I was told that I should file a claim. shouldn't they file the claim. I did and fed ex denied the claim and said the claim needs to come from the store, so I went back to the store and again encountered the same lady who was yelling at me as soon as I told her who I was. I had to print out my shipping label and Fedex makes it very easy and affordable to do on-demand printing. You email your document to printandgo@fedex.com and after you receive a retrieval code back, simply follow the instructions on the printer kiosk. After printing the label, I began browsing their various boxes for purchase (as my original box was torn up a bit), but the employee let me know that he could easily tape it up and salvage it for me! Not only did he save me some coin, he also made the process super seamless and convenient. He turned what I thought was going to be a slightly stress errand into a 1-2-3 process.
