I waited a couple more days and called the store I got a women who said she was one of the owners and was treated with disrespect. She told me that she was not responsible for the package. I was told that I should file a claim. shouldn't they file the claim. The person at the counter goes to his manager and then says they can't take empty CO2 canisters even though it's FedEx Ground. They give me an 800 number to call and arrange a pickup. I call the 800 number and they say that they can't arrange a pickup for this and that this place should have taken the canisters. Spend the extra money and use UPS.

I had to print out my shipping label and Fedex makes it very easy and affordable to do on-demand printing. You email your document to printandgo@fedex.com and after you receive a retrieval code back, simply follow the instructions on the printer kiosk. After printing the label, I began browsing their various boxes for purchase (as my original box was torn up a bit), but the employee let me know that he could easily tape it up and salvage it for me! Not only did he save me some coin, he also made the process super seamless and convenient. He turned what I thought was going to be a slightly stress errand into a 1-2-3 process. When I began to speak, she put her hand up as to stop me from speaking so she could finish her texting. When I again tried to speak to tell her about what I needed, she again shut me down. She was rude, aggressive and had no customer service. This is not the first time I have had an encounter with this woman. It's just hard for me to understand that treating people with common courtesy and respect is so hard. Apparently, she hates her job and it shows. Apparently, she has no customer service skills and should not have a job that deals with the public. I will be going back to this location because it is convenient for me. I would hope that whoever hired this thing will talk to her on how to handle the public or FIRE HER. If I do have another encounter with her, and I;m sure I or someone else will, i will be sure to get her name and take her picture so I can attach it to the next review.
