We were going on vacation and I submitted a stop mail form to the clerk. While we were on vacation my Ring camera alerted me that there was a person at my door . It was the mailman delivering the mail. I immediately called the supervisor, Honey Rivera and advised her that there was a stop mail order in. Honey R said it was a mistake and would correct it. Two days later they delivered mail again! When we arrived home my mail was scattered on the front lawn, credit card bills, utility bills all over the stoop and lawn. The same thing happened to my neighbor along with mail delivered to the wrong address. In December I ordered a Samsung sound bar from Amazon. Tracking the package it was scanned into the Oceanside post office at 6 35 am on a Saturday morning and I was expecting delivery that day. Package never arrived it just disappeared after they received it, No one knows what happened it just disappeared. I never write reviews, I am kind of a happy go lucky guy but this has to stop. I have over looked this too many times. I am contacting the Postmaster General with my concerns and those of my neighbors. read more

Came here to leave a review and saw exactly what I expected to see. A bunch of terrible reviews about the post office worker Eddie. What an unbelievably rude and miserable individual. Called my husband a "wise ass" after he misunderstood what he was asking of him. I was there for an hour figuring out our passport appointment and he spoke horrifically to every person that walked through the door. Says he's been here 30 years. My condolences to anyone that ever had to encounter him in that time frame. Time to retire. read more

I dropped off a box of 200+ formal wedding invitations and 7 days later none of my guests had received their invites. When I called to inquire about status of the invites I spoke with "Honey" the head supervisor. Not only was she rude and dismissive but she didn't even check to ensure that my mail had left the facility. She then explained that it's illegal to hold mail in the facility for 2 days. A few days later my fiancé called only to find out that the invitations had not left the facility. No one had opened the box no one checked. Everything was still in the same box that I dropped it off in. Now I have 200+ wedding guests receiving their invitations late and will only have a short time to rsvp. read more

I had a package that was not delivered to me. When I made an inquiry at first they said it went to the wrong address. Then their story changed and the postal carrier claimed they did deliver it. They said to look on my cameras. I have the Ring and it showed that there was no delivery that day. They said that they didn't care and they were not going to do anything about it. They lied and were completely unhelpful. read more

The Oceanside Post Office is simply AMAZING! When you get there you will first walk into a lobby area that has lots of tiny doors on the wall with lots of numbers ( must be a small Airbnb for hamsters or something) anyway, once you go they the doors , it's like you finally made it to the end of the yellow brick road and have arrived at the gates of OZ! There you wait on line to speak with the great people behind a clear glass looking plastic wall. They must be very special indeed because they are being separated by what looks like a force field of this plastic glass. Anyway since they are wearing Masks you never will be able to reveal just who is behind this incredible operating system of rules and regulations. I paid less than a dollar and they provided a magical sticker which I put on a folded letter inside of a paper encasing (envelope) and they promised me it will be hand delivered by another masked associate across the country in a state called California in just a few days! This place is a amazing, you have to see for yourself! I can't wait to come back to see what other magical things they can do. read more

where do i start!!! i recently stopped in because i needed to get a new passport, the first time i went in eddie was assisting us along side one of his coworkers, when i tell you i have never met someone that has so much disrespect its sickening. he continue to curse/scream at me for no apparent reason as well as my grandma, so we decided to leave i came back the next day and again eddie was so disrespectful and wouldn't even assist me, lucky enough there was another gentleman that was able to help me and couldn't of been nicer!! i will tell you due to eddies behavior i will no longer be going to this branch ever again, and yes eddie you deserve to get fired i dont care if you have worked there for 50 years, the udder disgust for this individual is not normal see a therapist if your pissed off dont take it out on your clients, read more

I've been coming to my local Oceanside Post Office near 20 years, always had a great experience, friendly people working in this office. This morning, with simple business as renewing my passport I stepped forward to a "over sized" postal worker, who was already annoyed by that fact he needed to accommodate me. I gave him my passport, form and a photo. He took my application and stapled my photo right in the middle! While I'm staring at the document I just asked him, do you think I can submit my picture with staples on my face? He immediately begin to scream that I do not understand nothing, and he doesn't know what I want from him. I told him, 'Sir, please calm down I do not understand why are you reacting like this and you have no rights to talk to me this way! I have never, ever experience disrespect like this, the most obnoxious and scary service clerk! So sad, that people like this serving in our local community!!!
