I had to print out my shipping label and Fedex makes it very easy and affordable to do on-demand printing. You email your document to printandgo@fedex.com and after you receive a retrieval code back, simply follow the instructions on the printer kiosk. After printing the label, I began browsing their various boxes for purchase (as my original box was torn up a bit), but the employee let me know that he could easily tape it up and salvage it for me! Not only did he save me some coin, he also made the process super seamless and convenient. He turned what I thought was going to be a slightly stress errand into a 1-2-3 process. Staples has all sorts of odds and ends that you need to power and connect your technology. It's difficult finding some of this stuff all under one roof. Many of the items that I needed were only available online. I'm not really an online Shopper yet, but I guess I'll become one if this is the way of the future. I Love personally shopping and making the connection with the employees, salespeople and the managers. This personal involvement gives me the confidence to spend my hard-earned money in their stores and creates customer loyalty. I don't like being directed back to the comfort of my living room or tap on my phone out of my car to order from Amazon. . I'm just not that kind of Shopper..(yet)..I like to look at the product, hold it in my hands, ask questions and make educated decisions. I like to walk around see how you run and stock your stores. There you wait on line to speak with the great people behind a clear glass looking plastic wall. They must be very special indeed because they are being separated by what looks like a force field of this plastic glass. Anyway since they are wearing Masks you never will be able to reveal just who is behind this incredible operating system of rules and regulations. I paid less than a dollar and they provided a magical sticker which I put on a folded letter inside of a paper encasing (envelope) and they promised me it will be hand delivered by another masked associate across the country in a state called California in just a few days! This place is a amazing, you have to see for yourself! I can't wait to come back to see what other magical things they can do.

I have nothing but good things to say about this local UPS store! The longest I have ever had to…read morewait on line is a few minutes. They try to move folks through quickly and smoothly. I typically do my amazon returns here so I am well prepared with my bar code but they have also helped me with shipping personal goods to friends or using their printer. I find the managers I have dealt with there to be very useful and friendly. They are customer service focused and seem to care about their roles and helping people. I might be a little biased as I live close by but this is definitely a good spot to go to for shipping! The also have a notary and take passport photos.

When we had our Passport photos taken here, they were patient and had fun with my 2 year old while trying to get him to make a neutral face for the photo. UPS isn't perfect, but this particular store is run very well by kind people.

To be honest, I was skeptical to call based on the reviews I read on yelp and google, however I…read moretook my chances because I needed the car gone and I had a **GREAT** experience with them. They were the ONLY business that were willing to pick up the car from my house, let alone same day - and came within the hour! The guy I spoke to on the phone was very nice, told me a price (which the most I have been offered based on my weeks of calling places). I panicked and had to call back as I remembered there was a specialty DVD player inside the car that had to be removed. My husband was at work and wouldn't be able to remove until later tonight. He told me don't worry, the guys who come do this all the time and they will remove it for me. He did a great job and cut all the wires very clean. In the end I got exactly what was quoted. The car was not in great shape, didn't start and was over 14 years old, but had everything that was needed. In my opinion, even if they offered me $50 I would take it, because towing a car away would cost more. I think it's common sense the price is subject to change based on the condition of the car upon arrival, which is why I'm shocked so many people used that to post a negative review. As someone who had a great experience with them, I would say to people looking to give them a call, don't let those negative reviews steer you in the wrong direction. And yes, I would still post this positive review if I didn't get the price quoted.

I said no thanks and the owner calls me back with a backhanded apology saying they were still in within the timeframe. Then he has the nerve to tell me I'm playing games because I said they could still come check out the car but I wasn't certain I would take the offer if it changed from my original quote. Ended up getting $200 more then their quote with a different business anyway...
