You email your document to printandgo@fedex.com and after you receive a retrieval code back, simply follow the instructions on the printer kiosk. After printing the label, I began browsing their various boxes for purchase (as my original box was torn up a bit), but the employee let me know that he could easily tape it up and salvage it for me! Not only did he save me some coin, he also made the process super seamless and convenient. He turned what I thought was going to be a slightly stress errand into a 1-2-3 process. Tracking the package it was scanned into the Oceanside post office at 6 35 am on a Saturday morning and I was expecting delivery that day. They were the ONLY business that were willing to pick up the car from my house, let alone same day - and came within the hour! I panicked and had to call back as I remembered there was a specialty DVD player inside the car that had to be removed. My husband was at work and wouldn't be able to remove until later tonight. He told me don't worry, the guys who come do this all the time and they will remove it for me. He did a great job and cut all the wires very clean. In the end I got exactly what was quoted. The car was not in great shape, didn't start and was over 14 years old, but had everything that was needed. In my opinion, even if they offered me $50 I would take it, because towing a car away would cost more. I think it's common sense the price is subject to change based on the condition of the car upon arrival, which is why I'm shocked so many people used that to post a negative review. As someone who had a great experience with them, I would say to people looking to give them a call, don't let those negative reviews steer you in the wrong direction. And yes, I would still post this positive review if I didn't get the price quoted.

I said no thanks and the owner calls me back with a backhanded apology saying they were still in within the timeframe. Then he has the nerve to tell me I'm playing games because I said they could still come check out the car but I wasn't certain I would take the offer if it changed from my original quote. Ended up getting $200 more then their quote with a different business anyway...
