The tenants denied delivery despite what the usps scanner posted online. ALI Continued his investigation and finally after several days; Ali was able to track down the package on its way back to the seller. Thank you for all your help.

So I live in the East Norwich district but I usually go to Oyster Bay Post office. One day I didn't have time to go to OB post office so I went to East Norwich. I had to mail a package. I didn't have any tape at home so I figure I will just wait till I get to the post office. I waited on line forever not to mention it wasn't even that many people in there it's like he just didn't want to help me finally it was my turn. Everything was an issue with this guy. First I ask for tape, he stated we don't have tape. ok I said to myself this is a post office how do you NOT have tape. so I say can I buy some tape he goes we don't have tape. Oooook then, can I purchase a book of stamps. He states we don't have any. Next I asked, Can I use your scissors please, he states I don't have any. So at that point I'm just thinking this is not so much a customer service issue it's a race issue now. So I said what am I suppose to do and he states I don't know. So I left because I knew my presence wasn't welcome there. On the other hand my mail man Matt is awesome. I couldn't have been blessed with a better mail man then him. Even when people mess up my address he knows that's it my mail. When my name is spelled incorrect with a incorrect address he knows it belongs to me. Matt has been serving me way other 10 years and has never let me down. When I do get someone else's mail I automatically know that Matt is on vacation cause Matt will never make that mistake. Plenty of free parking is available. Don't forget to bring a pen because you'll definitely need one, and they will not provide you with in one; however, you can purchase a pen from them. lol Appointments are by reservations only! You can easily book an appointment online. But be warned, the appointments get filled up pretty quickly, so reserve early! I booked online and the earliest appointment available was one month later! *** Make sure you fill out an application when you get there. This is in addition to any paperwork you may have been mailed. You need both forms. Once you have all your paperwork, get online to get a ticket number. There are numerous monitors in the huge waiting area. Once your # is called, it will appear on the monitors, which will direct you to which counter to go to. If renewing a license, you will be directed to the counter to have your photo taken. After your photo is taken, you go back to the waiting area for your # to be called again. Once your # is called again, you're directed to a counter to present your paperwork along with your required documents. Paperwork is processed, pay your fees, and your done! So easy! ***The key is to have ALL the required paperwork and documents required. Aside from the 2 rude young ladies who greeted me, all personnel (& security) were very friendly, helpful and professional. I was in and out in less than an hour!

Check in was easy and staff were really helpful. Staff was able to guide me to getting my ticket and explained to wait for my number to be shown on the board. It was really clean inside and well kept. This DMV is bright and huge inside. I had all my paperwork filled out and all what was needed to register my car to receive plates. I came on 8/29/2025 @ about 11am, I was helped by a young lady (I forgot her name) at #25 extremely polite and helpful. I'm was in and out of DMV less than 20mins no lie!! I say, have your paperwork in check, make an appointment, be on time and be polite. You will be out of there sooner than the city's DMV. Definitely coming back here.

The Post Office is like the DMV, the airport... WALMART even. This office takes away the…read moreaggravation. The employees are very kind and knowledgeable. They take the hassle out of the trip here. Recently I had to have my mail held when our building box key was broken. They were kind enough to explain the process of having mail held and it was less of a headache. When I miss a package they always have it here and I don't have to play Clue to pick up my parcels. The staff tries their very best to have the lines move quickly and I appreciate that. The each are always kind and friendly. This is definitely my favorite post office. Lines can get long after 1:00 p.m. so be smart. Visit during opening for a good experience.
