Yikes! This place is just awful! They take advantage of customers, are unprofessional, rude, and incredibly not helpful. Went in to send a package, I did not have a box and they charged me $18 for a box even though I have their discounted business account. Just to clarify this was for the box, not shipping fees. No alternatives was offered to me and though I instituted I have an account and to charge the account, they refused and made me pay outright. Additionally they did not allow me to fill up the box in the store. Which is ridiculous because if there is a weight minimum & maximum, I would like the option to increase or decrease what I put inside. But they said I have to take it home, and bring it back completely sealed. So now we are playing blind games with customers - try and guess the weight of your package. Lovely. I took the overpriced box home, filled it up, and had my daughter take it over to the the employees there are so helpful and professional. The manager at the little neck location needs to manage the great neck location. Whoever did the hiring at little neck great job!! They need to do the hiring for great neck. read more

They misplaced my mail. Need to be more efficient. They were adamant that my lost package was at the negligence of the sender & UPS delivery man....after several times informing them UPS online tracking told me my shipment was at their location & after calling UPS in their presence they still denied the receipt of my delivered package at THEIR LOCATION. Was on yelp and noticed I never reviewed this place. I come to this local neighborhood UPS store often for all my shipping and also for amazon returns. All the employees are always courteous and efficient/fast in handling all the transactions. I never really have to wait long if at all unless there are customers that have special asks or need extra help for their transactions. read more

My first time visiting this UPS location and I think my first time actually using a store to help me ship packages (normally I'd just print out labels online or something). Junior was super helpful and nice. He helped me quickly and I was in and out of the store in a matter of minutes. Thieves! I dropped off my Amazon return and was in a rush so didn't wait for the receipt. The inexpensive return was processed but the more expensive item was stolen instead of being scanned. Do not use this store - employees will rip you off if you give them a chance! Many other options in Great Neck. read more

I call back and I am told he's on the phone with someone else and helping someone else. Really?? Chrisanne & Kathy were exceptional. For an extremely busy store, they took the time out to help me manage a very small yet complicated printing project. While I walked around town they worked on it in-between customers, keeping me in the loop via phone calls all the while. The price was also unbeatable. I went in there at UPS in Great Neck yesterday.. A young man by the name of, I think George helped me. He was very pleasant and very thorough. He answered all my questions and helped me with my printing. He did everything for me as if he was doing it for himself. Other employees were nice as well. Very fast, and very convenient for dropping off packages if you already have the label on. In and out within a few seconds! I've never had anything packaged or boxed up at this store, but for getting packages to UPS, this place is very convenient. read more

I had a return to Verizon which uses UPS. I have been there before and have had quick service. Today I got special instructions to hold onto the receipt for 6 months to make sure that there was no foul-up at Verizon. Good helpful advise as well as fast pleasant effective service. read more

Great Experience every time I have gone to either deliver or pick up a package they have a great team in the store to help with any of your shipping packaging and printing needs. As far as the employees go I've had great interactions with all their employees most notably are Junior and Ryan who are extremely friendly, personable, and most importantly very knowledgeable with their responsibilities and any task at hand. The nicest people work in this store. I had to send several large boxes and pulled in front of the store, double parked. My three year old was sleeping in the car and I was trying to figure out how I was going to take him out of the car and take the boxes. As I started to take the boxes out of the car and put them on the sidewalk, the clerk inside came out and told me she would take the boxes and bring me the receipt so I didn't have to take my sleeping son out of the car. I went back another time to mail back an item to amazon and I didn't have an envelope. The clerk told me which of his envelopes was the cheapest and rang me up and while I was paying, he packaged the item for me that by the time I got my change and receipt, he had packaged the item and I could leave. They are all so nice and considerate and helpful. read more
