The service is horrible. The younger counterman is so so rude and snarky. He basically accused me of lying about a package. Horrible customer service. We had hoped that with new ownership there would be better service but same old same. Go someplace else. read more

I mostly use it to make Amazon returns, but I do see others shipping and picking up items from their boxes.. They are efficient and friendly. Need to use street parking which works out ok. They changed ownership a few years ago and it has improved from one star to five. read more

In print, said it was open at 7 am, they were closed. Wasted my time and resources. Any company that responds deserves another star although I really wish I could give more. read more

The new ownership is so nice & friendly. It is a pleasure to stop in. Great to have a local UPS location with welcoming staff! read more

As I entered the store, no one was there at the front. After 10 minutes, the owner came out. I explained that I didn't have tape for the package and kindly asked if he could tape it. He already seemed agitated and began to rush me to hurry up and give him the package. Once finished scanning and giving the receipt he proceeded to fling my fragile package aggressively to the pile of boxes. He was beyond rude! I don't expect the customer service to be amazing for a shipping center but his unprovoked aggression was unacceptable. read more

The UPS Store - Owner ( I attached another reviewer's photo. Because I didn't get a chance to take a picture) - Shipping Centers Near Me - Manhasset, New York

NEW STAFF!!!! Very enthusiastic, was welcomed as soon as I entered the door. Everything was take care of quickly and efficiently. Next day air service was in desperate need but they got everything situated for me with no issues at all. read more

Wonderful staff always willing to help out in any way they can. Would highly recommend. Very professional and clean establishment too.

Went to return an Amazon package. I didn't tape the top of the box. "He said no worries, next time". Then he didn't want to give me a receipt. So I insisted. Now all of a sudden he wants to charge me a dollar. Same guy that is pictured in the reviews on Google. How does this guy even still have a store. UPS clearly pays no attention to reviews considering this persons constant issues. UPS you need to be better than this. read more

This is the first time I used this store and will be the last time. I want to gave a 0 stars. No wonder had all these negative reviews and it's true about him. The guy in there is extremely rude and has no manner. The worst customer service that I had experience. He probably is the owner and doesn't care. UPS should gave him the worst customers service award of the decade................how can you treat people's like garbage. Unbelievable !!!!!!!! read more

Horrible horrible customer service. I give it zero star!!! Stay away from this place. read more

If I can give 0 stars I will. This is the most rude, not helpful place. The workers and owners are awful. You get there and there is people in the back and they make you wait. Then they are very unresponsive and when dropping g Amazon packages they charge you for everything and they don't give you a receipt. The owner is always angry and not helpful at all. All other negative feedbacks are correct. read more

All of you self-centered, entitled, attention-seeking Karens and Daves who wrote negative one-star reviews need to check your privilege. You're not always going to be the center of attention. it's not always about you. Not every store owner need to smile at you and ask how your dog is doing. You don't know what's going on in their lives. What, they have to kowtow to you every time you saunter into the place? Not smiling is a cultural norm in many parts of the world. The Russians say "Only fools smile without a reason." We in the U.S. flash phony smiles and ask "how are you?" and say "have a nice day" when we don't really feel good or give a crap about the person we're talking to. We often use "sir" and "ma'am" to preface or end a rude, snarky, or mean comment, statement, or question. I went in there for the first time ever last week. The lady was helpful and attentive. Her English wasn't great, but I bet she speaks English a million times better than you speak her language. Oh, and get vaccinated and wear a correct mask correctly. Have a nice day, Sir/Ma'am! :) read more

If I could give this UPS store 0, I would. Like others, incredibly rude owner/worker. Never ever will say hello when I greet him. Will try and charge for EVERYTHING sand ANYTHING. I will never be back! read more

I order a lot of stuff from Amazon. I also return a lot of stuff to Amazon. This UPS store is convenient drop-off for all my returns. I also accumulate a lot of packaging air pillows and bubble wraps, which this store accepts. Mr. Kim is the owner. He is a man of few words, but he is very efficient. I'm always in and out of the store quickly. Mr. Kim also does notary service, which came in very handy on several occasions when I needed some documents to be notarized. This UPS store is an excellent place for all your parcel shipping needs! read more

The best UPS store in town. Thank you for the prompt and professional service i have come to expect.

Extremely rude horrible service. Stay away! Zero stars The guy is really rude and will tell you to leave and that he doesn't care read more

Can someone please teach the one solo guy in the UPS store some manners? I'm in there almost everyday and say hello.. yet he doesn't acknowledge anyone who walks in the store or respond to questions/greetings. I don't understand.. originally I thought there was a language barrier but I was proven wrong after I witnessed him speaking with a relative or friend recently. I wish there was a closer UPS store so I didn't have to bring my packages to him... Just say hello, thank you and have a nice day! It's not that difficult! read more

absolutely awful interaction with the staff there. the man was rude, hostile and belligerent. i thought i somehow offended the man but in reading all the other its clear that UPS accepts a pathetic and atrocious standard of "customer service" or whatever you call what goes on here. just avoid and use USPS or the nearby whole foods for returns. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Visiting this store was one of the worst things I've ever experienced... but after reading other's reviews, it makes sense. I came in to return an amazon package and kindly asked the man that was working to scan the barcode on my phone. Not only was I completely ignored, but when this man decided to speak, he began screaming at me and told me that they do not accept Amazon returns and that I would need to purchase a box for $80 if I'd like to return it. I showed him the exact wording from Amazon that says returns are free to UPS locations and that there is no box needed. He began ignoring me again and serving other customers. I told him that this is unacceptable and that he needs to understand that there is an agreement between Amazon and UPS. At this point, he began shrieking saying "GET OUT OF MY STORE RIGHT NOW. GET OUT GET OUT GET OUT". This man then had the nerve to THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME. At that point I was in pure shock and decided to leave. He is clearly unwell and an awful human being- I am still trying to find a way to make a formal complaint to UPS. I have never been so disgusted with someone in customer service- this place needs a new owner asap. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Manhasset, New York

It is always a pleasure to enter the store and be greeted so nicely by Mr Kim .. who I call Mr Woo. He and his wife are always so nice and helpful. This is always my go to place to drop off packages. Again ... great store .... wonderful service ... helpful staff and very professional. Highly recommend this store. And Mr Woo I hope you and your family are staying healthy and safe. And thank you for being there during this time.... read more

Rude rude rude. Completely unprofessional. The scanner could not read the barcode and he refused to accept it. After I told him about the tracking number on the box that he could type in he basically threw the 3 boxes to the side and said "Fine.. You read" I read them... It worked and was entered...and the attitude continued till we ... Conversed at a high volume. Then he tells me he won't accept them anymore. I left... We'll see if he ships them. Looking like a continued not great experience with this UPS. My normal experience is great with other locations and I like that they're everywhere. This one sucked! read more

Worst customer service I've ever seen in the longest time .. literally yell at customer instead of politely clarifying issues . It appears to be the owner , very grumpy and strange business behavior... read more

Not only was the store attendant slow to come assist me when I arrived, but he also tried to charge me extra money to provide a UPS envelope when I already had a label paid for and ready to use. I've never had a UPS store try to charge me extra money for the use of one of their envelopes. Very disappointing and UPS should be aware of this. read more

Horrible place, no customer service at all, not worth the effort to open their door, they make mistakes and I had to pay for them, outright thieves! read more

This owner of the store or whomever worked there is the worse! I went there today and opened the door because of lugged a heavy packaged in. He yelled at me for leaving the door open I mean yelled. After he found out that I had an amazon drop off he said in the rudest tone I'd "there's anything I need" I have never been spoken like this in any store or restaurant. I dragged my heavy package out the door. I'd rather put up with carry my package than having to deal with him any further. This is rudeness is beyond belief. read more

My husband went in there and owner was extremely rude to him. We used to ship our packages from there but NO more. He is beyond rude and totally unprofessional Wish I could contact the company and complain about him. DO NOT VISIT this store in Manhasset ever. He does not deserve the business. read more

I'm writing this review while waiting at the UPS store on Plandome Road in Manhasset. The owner/operator/sole employee at the store works excruciatingly S-L-O-W and with a bad attitude to boot! I've been to this store many times and not once has this owner/operator greeted me or been courteous. I intentionally said "thank you, have a nice day" every single visit and not once has the owner ever replied. He just grunts and ignores me. He has to be the rudest proprietor in Manhasset! read more

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The person behind the counter asked me "can you read?" because I had not attached the label to the box before entering the store. I asked for his name which he refused to give me and then threatened to not ship my package. read more

Wide spacious aisles with little wait. Easy parking to the side of the store on Locust Place. Parking is 25 cents for an hour.

This has been the worst UPS store I have ever been to. The man behind the counter (I have only seen one employee working behind the counter since I started coming here three months ago when I moved into the neighborhood) is extremely rude. I have never once been greeted by him. He does not talk he does not say thank you, he does not say can I help you, he does not say hello. I greet him every time I walk in the door and he never responds. Today was my last time coming in not only did he ignore me once again but this time he threw my receipt on the counter. He did not even hand it to me.I don't know what his problem is but I wish they would replace him. He needs to work in a cave where he does not need to communicate or have any contact with people. It's awful! read more

Waited at the counter and no one arrived for 15 mins. Store is consistently slow and the owner is RUDE. Never wants to help or give a receipt for dropped packages. read more

The man that is always there(assuming he is the owner) is so kind and helps me out when I'm not sure about the most cost effective way to ship something. Worst costumer service. Went to send a package and needed to retape it shut, and he wanted to charge me $2. Told him that when I go to the UPS in Great Neck, they reinforce it for free. He told me to go there then, which I did. Bad attitude and not helpful. Wish I would have gotten his name. Would recommend anyone that needs to send a package to drive 5 more min to the UPS Store in Great Neck; the workers are very helpful there and are much friendlier! read more
