Very convenient and the label fee is $1 which is not bad for not having a printer. When I arrived home, I realized I emailed the wrong label for another return and I called Jasmine and she changed the label for me over the phone and saved me another trip. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service! I've also dropped off Amazon returns to be picked up by UPS with the label printed and they scanned it and I got my refund on the same day. 5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

Additionally, Aisha was also very unpleasant, rushing me when I was waiting for my Staples app to load (there was one person behind me, waiting for maybe 30 seconds; not to mention the cell service in the front of the store is atrocious), and also ignoring the terms of the price match policy when I checked out with the other man, implying that she was giving me the price as a courtesy when I followed the policy to a T from the Staples website. It's a shame I won't be returning, because the location is so convenient near King Kullen and the other stores in the area. But I'd prefer to save myself the trouble.
