The first time we visited we were told that their system was down and they wouldn't be able to design the shirt but asked if we could do it ourselves and then e-mail it. We went back home to create something and e-mailed it. We returned to the shop for the second time that day only to be told that their system was "completely" crashed and they couldn't even except e-mails. If that was the case it should have been explained the first time instead of having us drive back in the snow!! We were then advised to go to Staples to do it ourselves at home. Overall a terrible experience and wasted time for both myself and my fiance, and extremely poor service to send customers to another business.

Worked on the design and we agreed on a design, then he disappeared for months. Finally after for 4-5 months trying to call him was able to get in touch with him in which he said he had surgery or something and he can't do the job but he made the sign so he has to outsource it to another installer to install. Months went by, constantly calling him after like a dozen no show appointments we finally said ok forget it we just want out money back in which case he said I'll only give you $100 back because I did the sign design. I don't think what he did amounted to $100 worth of work but I agreed anyway just to at least get half of the deposit back. Turned out he didn't make the sign anyway, and then since the spring been chasing him for the $100. Can't get in touch, always talking in circles. Quite frankly he's a scumbag this guy John. Well, he worked with my flash drive, and let me choose the pictures. Do you think a large, corporate outfit would have allowed that?
