5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

The first time we visited we were told that their system was down and they wouldn't be able to design the shirt but asked if we could do it ourselves and then e-mail it. We returned to the shop for the second time that day only to be told that their system was "completely" crashed and they couldn't even except e-mails. If that was the case it should have been explained the first time instead of having us drive back in the snow!! We were then advised to go to Staples to do it ourselves at home.
