I showed the employee the shipping label and the item with the measurements he looked up the price to have it shipped back. It was expensive so he advised me if there's a problem with the item contact Amazon for a free shipping label so I won't have to pay. Also FedEx can come pick up the vanity for me. He was very helpful. It's nice when employees take their time in assisting customers.

Before going to the store, I called about a color-printing project involving images that needed to fit a printed template. I was directed to email the images to the store (store4461@theupsstore.com). Over the phone, Yi, the manager, was extremely helpful & assured me they could accommodate what I needed. He asked me to send the images in advance so he could print a test page first. When I arrived, that is exactly what he did, making sure everything fit the template properly before completing the job. The finished color printing came out fantastic. Throughout the entire process, Yi was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. On previous visits, I have found the staff to be equally courteous and helpful, including when I had a document notarized there. I highly recommend this UPS Store without hesitation. Whether you need quality printing, notarization, or other business services, this is a location you can rely on for professional, attentive service and excellent results. Additionally, Aisha was also very unpleasant, rushing me when I was waiting for my Staples app to load (there was one person behind me, waiting for maybe 30 seconds; not to mention the cell service in the front of the store is atrocious), and also ignoring the terms of the price match policy when I checked out with the other man, implying that she was giving me the price as a courtesy when I followed the policy to a T from the Staples website. It's a shame I won't be returning, because the location is so convenient near King Kullen and the other stores in the area. But I'd prefer to save myself the trouble. The staff in the other stores in the area are worlds more pleasant than the staff here. (I posted this review on google but it seems like they removed it. Wonder who did that)
