I've seen the post office get bad reviews on here & in the Howard Beach groups on facebook & I really don't understand that. I used to live in LIC & that post office was so bad. Wheb it's cold be prepared to stand outside anyway and rainy bring an umbrella cause there's no canopy outside. Parking here is non existent and people often double park and trap your car if you're parked. There's a parking lot around the corner but that belongs to the Walgrens and other close by shops so use at your own risk. On the plus side the workers are very efficient and friendly, they don't stand around having idle chit chat they work quickly without sacrificing customer care.
