This is a heavy traffic location as it's an Amazon hub as well. Always long lines and the store is small so the lines often run outside. Wheb it's cold be prepared to stand outside anyway and rainy bring an umbrella cause there's no canopy outside. Parking here is non existent and people often double park and trap your car if you're parked. There's a parking lot around the corner but that belongs to the Walgrens and other close by shops so use at your own risk. On the plus side the workers are very efficient and friendly, they don't stand around having idle chit chat they work quickly without sacrificing customer care. I go here often because they are quick despite the lines . read more

I enjoy coming to this UPS Store. They are very professional and move with speed and urgency. It's always in and out. 1.2.3 Great customer service Tape was $3 a bit pricey just to tape a box. But you have to do what you have to do. It's a price for everything. read more

A neighbor in Howard Beach who has cancer and is on chemo tried to pick up her damaged television after she had signed for it not realizing it was damaged (they had the box turn the other way so she couldn't see it right away) and they refused to help her because they said she signed for it and she hadn't even left the store after she saw the damage. also, they give zero discounts for veterans or anyone trying to send anything to military deployed. DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED! This is one mom-and-pop store I hope it doesn't last very much longer. read more

Always friendly staff, all the services you could possible need including computers and fax. They are generally really busy as they are an amazon drop off point. The line is outside as they are limiting the number of people in the store. Dress appropriately and bring an umbrella if it's raining as there's no real cover. read more

I received exceptional service yesterday from two staff members, I cannot recall the female's name but Faraz was awesome! He took the time to assist and that goes along way in these times and it goes way past that. Now the following has absolutely nothing to do with him just the pricing the owner bases his services on. I needed to print labels on bottles for a small business that is not a franchise such as his. This UPS store was charging $4 dollars a sheet in which I had over 300+ sheets, whilst I brung in my own avery labels. The total came out between $600-$1000+ (There goes the "looking out for small business owners motto, eh") Staples and a proprietary printing service charged 90 cents and less per sheet!! I highly recommend logical people to compare prices before coming to this store and dealing with a mad man who creates prices on the fly. I've also compared other UPS stores and notice prices vary up and down but this one leans a little bit higher, and I'd assume based on the location it is in - Howard Beach. Shame on the owner for this service and teachings he pushes onto his staff. read more

Driving to this location and noticing the long line I wanted to turn back. Once I join the line the speed started picked up. I waited less than 5 minutes and was greeted and help by an employee who moved at such a phenomenal speed. She was quick and ready. I was so greatful I gave her a tip. Super fast ad speedy service. I came in to this location to renew a business PO box. A great employee (Shah) was able to answer all my questions and patiently explain everything to me. He even made sure to call his manager who wasn't at the location at the time to make sure that the information he was giving me was accurate. I could remember countless times where I asked employees (in general) somewhat of a complicated request and have them respond with "oh I can't do that the manager needs to be here" or some other excuse just to get out of doing the work. Shah really went out of his way to get what I needed done and crossed his T's and dotted his I's while doing so. It's been a little over a year using this location for my business (which btw they offer the best price) and every time I call and ask a question I'm treated with respect and always get my questions answered. 10/10 location and Shah deserves a raise! read more

Despite being a very busy location the customer service experience is cordial and professional. The space is small and therefore managing an influx of people can easily get overwhelming. Also have printing and notary service (by appointment) available. read more

They need to institute an actual line with stanchions utilizing the space of the whole store. The front entrance of the store is heavily crowded with people standing outside and the other half of the store is completely empty. There's usually a dispute at some point due to the confusing line situation. read more

I purchased a flashlight from this location and it stopped working. I took it back to get it replaced and they kept it over 40 days and when I went back to get my replacement they hadn't done anything with it. I ended taking back my broken flashlight. First time using this particular store but not UPS itself. I was there early, 9:30 am, and there were a few people there but they were not busy. The young man working there was very polite and let me know he would be right with me. Always nice to be acknowledged as far as customer service goes. He helped with exactly what I needed, which was to ship a watch back to the service center. I bought the box there and to ship to NJ cost $16 and change. That was with insurance too. I also added the requirement for a signature. A little pricey but the guy told me it would leave tonight and get there tomorrow. Parking is metered along Cross Bay Blvd or if you don't mind walking a few blocks the you can try and find free parking off the blvd. I found parking at 9:30 in the morning right in front of the store. read more

This ups store had a hefty line., but it did move fast. The customer service rep was actually nice and really helpful. He assisted my moms with her package. I did find it odd that this location does not accept usps packages. I was quite shocked/ as my local ups store does . There is a parking lot behind the store easy parking. read more

The gentleman that staffs this store on Wednesday mornings is perhaps one of the kindest people I've encountered during the pandemic. He is unflaggingly lovely, efficient and friendly, helping folks socially distance while maintaining a warm atmosphere in the store. He is great at offering helpful guidance and working at the same time, even when customers have unusual needs. I've been coming in weekly for the same order, and he now recognizes me and says hello. It's a truly lovely thing to have a national chain that offers personalized service and a chance to get work done in a timely and friendly fashion, and I am grateful for the staff here who has not only done their job perfectly but in a way that makes the world a better place. read more
