4.5 stars if anything…read more I'm taking off .5 due to a spelling error that was a mistake on both parties. Purchased some really awesome flyers (when I mean some, I mean 2,000.) and distributed it around my college campus to market and publicize my organization. Had a really successful semester recruiting new members due to these flyers, also, the gloss was a great finish and we were offered a great price (he said there was some promotion going on in the spring so he hooked us up!!) Really recommend him. He's awesome. He responded swiftly and he got the job done. PS: always double check your flyers for spelling errors!!!!!

With couple discussions and exchanging emails of designs and modifications to the card, I was beyond amazed at what he produced. I appreciated his feedback on what looks good and the styling. It can be a bit tricky to explain what you want simply by email, so I encourage you talk to him on the phone and texting works well with him also. I would 100% recommend my friends and family and those of you who are looking to do business with a good reliable guy who is patient and works with you. I appreciated his help so much and very good prices that I had to leave a review out of gratitude. Give him a try and see how it goes. Stay well and best of luck!

5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.
