Really wanted to give these guys a good review but 2nd time using them, they added an extra logo…read moreinto our event poster/flyer without explicitly telling us they did it. An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.

I decided to go to them from Jersey to Queens NY First they started lying saying they sent it but no receipt or tracking number. Finally they said they would print it for me right away. After a lil while they brought me a roll and told me it was a 1000 logos. Again it was another LIE. When I got home I counted it it about 300 plus not even half of what I paid for. They are crooks. Ordered 3 canvas first week of January and didn't get my order delivered for two and half months…read morewhen it did arrived, it was poorly packed. There was nothing protecting the canvases. 2 Out of 3 were broken. Quality was very bad, it seems like someone just downloaded the poor quality pictures from online and printed from cheap printer, staples on the canvases were a joke, looked like a preschool project. I called the owner, he did answer my call the first time and said he will replace it. Than stop responding to calls and text. It takes a lot for me to give bad review but this business owner deserves 1 start and needs to learn how to take care of customers.
