If I could give a 1/10th Star I would. This logistics company is the worst ever! They have a package of mine - tried to deliver to a business office on a Sunday. Building locked. I reached out to them on Monday to give them information of when the building was open and able to receive packages. Was told I would have package within 3 days. It is now Friday and they can't give me a straight answer as the where the package is at but to wait for the process and when the package is returned to the warehouse, it will be sent out again for delivery. I was also told the package should have been returned to the warehouse within 24-48 hours after the delivery failed. Apparently, that is only a suggestion to the drivers since it has been 5 days and the package is not in the warehouse. They actually told me near the end of the conversation, that I should expect the package tomorrow (Saturday) but this is after they told me I had to wait to see when the package arrived in the warehouse. This is also after I told them the office building is closed on Saturday and Sunday. They are a horrendous delivery company. Not reliable and whatever their costs, it is too much. Trying to get in touch with them is nearly impossible--there's no real customer service, and when you do manage to reach someone, they don't provide helpful information or solutions. GoFo Express is a solid scam positioned in the United States by merchants in China who sell you merchandise under the guise of an American based company with phony Trustpilot reviews. The company I bought from is Carol and Margaret with an address in Wilmington, South Carolina. Their tactics are getting much better. Their merchandise doesn't resemble anything on their website. For example, they advertise a soft linen dress with embroidered flowers. what you get is an oversized cheap polyester dress with printed patches that don't resemble flowers. When you try to return the item they stipulate you must return the item through GoFo only. Believe me, that return package will never reach China and your refund/money is as good as gone. If possible I would leave a negative 50 for this courier Service. They are ridiculous, they delivered my package to a completely different apartment complex with over 300 units in it. My complex is located one block away with 80 units total and of course the address is entirely different. The only thing in common is that they are both located in the same city state and zip code. NO STARS!!! I had ordered from 2 different companies (Harper & Wells and Norhavn), both use GoFo for "free" delivery services. Both orders were placed on 7/4/2026, and on 7/6/2026 I was notified that my order was being shipped. When tracking my order, it said that the delivery attempt failed. In trying to figure out why it failed, I sent a communication indicating that a second order would be coming through their service and to please be sure that there are no delays. I determined that they needed the community gate access, which I provided. I did receive the second order, but as of today, 7/23/2026 I have not received the first order, nor have I received any updates from GoFo on the status of my delivery. I did reach out the company I ordered from and I requested a refund. In response I got a delivery update. I responded that I didn't want a delivery update, but I wanted a refund. I was told I have to further inquiry with the delivery services and a refund would not be provided. GoFo delivery service is free because it does not guarantee they will deliver your package(s), but does not disclose this fact. Companies using GoFo should disclose the "free" service provider name so the consumer can choose if they want to proceed. GoFo is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced - not worse the "free" delivery. In closing I will not order from either of these to companies either. read more

Bad customer service. My packages from SHEIN and Xpluswear fits delivered to a different place not at my apartment and I tried calling them multiple times. CS is based in the Philippines and do not process escalations. They rely on generic AI response. Supervisors are always not available to speak to. Rude agents over the phone. After escalating through email I get messages from a signature saying it's a robot responding. Doesn't make sense but would not order overseas that uses this service because the carrier of the delivery is not capable of reasoning. I've had nothing but good experiences from this company, and I order quite a bit of stuff overseas that they handle. I've never once had a problem with these guys. I think pretty much all of the ratings here are for people that have had bad experiences, this company is kind of invisible so nobody thinks to give them a good review. In June, 2026, gofo changed their routing software (atlas platform), to refuse delivery to addresses they deem inconvenient, for example everyone who has a private mailbox at a ups store like me, or an apartment complex. Oh, they'll still take the packages, and post fake failure tags like "undeliverable", then just send the package into a death spiral, lasting days or weeks. They'll post your item "out for delivery" every couple days, knowing they will just post another phony delivery failure. Rinse and repeat. See, a lot of folks will just write it off as a loss, not wanting to spend time on the refund/return process for some cheap Chinese item. Multiply this thousands of times a day, and you have a brilliant multi-million dollar ponzi scheme! If you can, have the retailer/company you are ordering from block Gofo Express as the carrier. My dad wanted an item from Temu from a local seller so I made the purchase and it was being delivered by Gofo Express. The delivery driver for Gofo Express mishandled the delivery by throwing the package to my front door and that was caught on my Ring Doorbell. The packaging and the item were damaged because of the driver's actions. Luckily for me, Temu made it right, sent me a refund and had Gofo Express taken off as a carrier to use with any future orders. When trying to address it with Gofo Express, it was going in circles and not taking any responsibility, even with video proof of the driver's unprofessional conduct. If possible, refuse/block Gofo Express as a carrier for your online orders through the retailer. GoFo flat out refuses to deliver to my house. I have had 15-20 packages returned to the sender because they say my house is too far off their route. Wild. And they told me that. I'm just too far away to take the time to deliver my package so the driver just takes my packages back to the gofo facility and they return them to my supplier.
