They use third-party drivers (like DoorDash drivers) to deliver packages, including many shipped with Temu, and they cannot give you a reliable delivery date. Their "policy" is to say delivery will happen within three business days after a package goes out for delivery, but even then you'll be very lucky if it shows up. In my case, they claimed they couldn't find my house--even though our address is clearly marked, and painted on the street in front, and no other courier has ever had an issue. It's now been five business days since my package first went out for delivery. After the first failed attempt, they told me it would be delivered the next day, but instead the tracking now shows it's being sent back almost 200 miles away. Customer service is even worse. Whether by phone, email, or WhatsApp chat, I only get the same canned responses: "At this time your package is at the sorting center. The investigation team indicates your re-delivery has already been scheduled." No actual delivery time, no window, no help. I don't trust this company at all. If you read reviews online, they average one to two stars for a reason, with many people reporting lost or stolen packages. The driver continued to back into my driveway with my dogs approaching there vehicle and did not stop. They came within inches of hitting one of my dogs as well as coming within 6 inches from hitting my car.
