Constantly late with deliveries. Will say it's coming from 9 to 12pm and then they disappear and it updates to sometime in the evening.....

They do the best job, always got my deliveries, great value, I don't really care when it arrives as they leave it with the door staff.

The app is great,dispatchers are respectful, drivers are good workers but over work and extremely underpaid.Management pays cheap routes drivers drive all day and nearly earn anything and has car maintenance and gas to buy daily.Special routes are given to special drivers.drivers are paid minimum wage it's more like 17 dollars a hour for driving their personal cars all day.Its one star for management. read more

avoid at all costs for your own safety!!!! Multiple times I have had drives try to enter my apartment despite me repeatedly telling them no. This typically leads to me having to push my door closed while the driver tries to push it open until I can lock it. Drivers have also physically pushed me to get into my apartment multiple times. I have repeatedly asked the company to address this and they just send the same drivers who scream and yell and still try to enter your apartment. Today I signed for a delivery since I wasn't home and the driver took the opportunity to enter my apartment without me home and TAKE PICTURES OF THIS. the rx2go repeatedly says they will address this then avoids any further contact and refuses to send information. Beyond this, they repeatedly break NY state and federal laws regarding the handling of controlled substances, such as leaving medications on the public street to get stolen. this is another issue with no resolution Unfortunately, my pharmacy that contracts out to them is the only pharmacy that both carries my specialty medication and takes medicare read more

I know a few places use this as a third party courier, and overall I've had ok experiences with them. They give you text updates, calls, which is nice. They also give you a delivery window, but it can be a rather large window. I had a recent experience where they delivered the medications to the wrong address. I understand people make mistakes, but when it comes to private data and medical things, some mistakes cannot happen. So, not only did I not get my medications, all my medical, name, email, phone and date of birth information was just chilling there. What's worse, there's no way to contact them, really. I had to call my pharmacy who then had to contact them and even then, they were just like "we will re-deliver a new prescription" and nevermind that all my medical data is who knows where. Later I got a call back and an apology a few hours later, but at a certain point I just felt like my medical information was compromised - the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Terrible service. These people will make you wait ALL Day long and then come knocking at your door in the MIDDLE of the NIGHT. LIterally! I was told my cat's cancer medication would be delivered between 8 am and 8 PM yesterday. I took a WHOLE day off, waiting and waiting and waiting. I called and called. These people have third party and third party to another third party call centers somewhere in Timbuktu answering the phone, reading off a script and telling you "I'm so sorry" bla bla bla bs. They can't do anything for you other than answer the phone and tell you "I'm so sorry". I had called an oncologist to get us some meds ready for the next day that I could just pick up because of this crappy RX2Go company. They brought a bad name on their client MixLab Pharmacy because of their crappy delivery service. If you're planing on using them to deliver your medications look elsewhere. We had given up and gone to bed already when the bozo called at almost 11 PM , in the MIDDLE of the NIGHT to say he didn't know which door, because its the wrong address on the box. Who does that??? This company is shady and highly unreliable. If you're a company looking for a delivery service, RUN from this one. They will get you a lot of bad reviews on Yelp and will chip away at your company reputation like a woodpecker on steroids. read more

This place is terrible! My mother is a paralyzed stroke patient unable to talk and gets about 12 pills delivered, myself and the pharmacy have left specific instructions for the pills to be delivered in a safe manner and 95% of the time the delivery person does NOT fallow the instructions, I have spoken to a manager at least eight or nine times and they always say how sorry they are and that they will make sure that the delivery instructions are followed, and that the person will get retrained and it's the same thing over and over again, and honestly, the managers are super unhelpful as well, especially the delivery manager. read more

Great service. The customer service has been great. The delivery is timely- you follow them via the online tracker. Best experience I had was my delivery was several hours late. The delivery driver had a problem with his car and was stuck! Customer service called me twice to keep me up to date on his status. When the driver finally arrived at my home, he was extremely apologetic.... and exhausted! I have used other services, but I am impressed by this company. read more

this company Are crook. they ask you to take people on a ride alongs they'll pay you $20 for them and then they don't pay you anything at all. Always small discrepancies on check. check has bounced before. constantly calling and asking if you want to work like you don't have to eat or sleep. do yourself a favor stay away from them read more

This is one of the worst delivery services I have ever used. I have tried it on 3 occasions and each time they have been over 2 hours late (after a 4 hour window of time). I was stuck at home for the entire day waiting for this delivery. I understand that traffic in the city can get bad, but at least letting you know that they will be late, with half an hours notice before they arrive, would allow you to go about your day. read more

I had a delivery scheduled for between 9 am and 1 pm. After 1 pm I started checking the tracking tool which was almost useless. The ETA kept bouncing around. I called to inquire and was first told that the package had been delivered. When I said that no one came to my door, the person then corrected themselves and that I had no delivery for today, despite the confirmation texts I received from them. Still watching the tracking tool, it said the driver was 5 seconds away. Then it slowly crept up to 17 MINUTES away. I was on the phone with their dispatch again and being told again that I had no delivery for today. At that very moment the package was delivered. The incompetence is astounding. I tried to give them feedback via their app and it just kept rejecting it with an error message. Par for the course, I guess. I hope NYU Langone can offer an alternative. This company will hire you without documments and will fire you within a month without a notice. They come from new York and trying to stablish here in pronged County. there's no leadership or job titles or job duties on writing everything is verbal agreement . They will pay you by zelle . Regular work is you go out and drive to pharmacies with you own car and your own gas. Don't work here or quit your job for this company . No real training is provided. After a month of work you still have questions and many are lost. 4 people hire and 4 people fire in less than a month. This company doesn't make any sense and many questions are left unanswer. read more
