If I could give this company at 0 stars I would. If you're dealing with a company that utilizes GOFO for delivery purposes I HIGHLY recommend you find another a more reliable delivery service. The individuals they have on their payroll as delivery drivers are not reliable and they do not follow delivery instructions, they will leave your packages outside of the building and mark down as delivered without making any attempt to actually get you your items. I had 3 different packages stolen in one day due to this incompetence mind you I was home awaiting their arrival and I never received ANYTHING. They didn't even bother to ring the bell and inform me that they left my packages outside it wasn't until I randomly checked the status/tracking of the item that I even knew they delivered and when I went to the area that the picture was taken in as proof the items had already need stolen... over a $100 in merchandise was GONE IN ONE DAY. Another instance of incompetence on their delivery drivers part is they took a picture of my package being delivered and the building number was completely different than mine, they delivered it to a whole different place. The delivery men THROW our packages. Every single time. They're on camera. I've sent the company pictures showing the packages in flight and skipping and landing. They changed the guy, same thing. I didn't know until one of our packages was filthy with dust. I looked at the ring, then searched in shock to see all of them thrown. All other deliveries UPS, FED EX, USPS place them down. I feel like I have to defend this company because I see a lot of negative reviews and I have only had a positive experience with them! My packages have always been delivered on the day tracking is marked "out for delivery". I have specific delivery instructions on my mailbox on where to leave my package and they always follow my request. And I usually have the same delivery driver and he is a nice young man. I've never had a worse delivery experience than I have with this company. I ordered something from Amazon that was shipped from China. It took less time to get from China to California than this company has taken it to get it from China to Utah. It was received at my local delivery station (15 minutes from my home) on 12/17/25, sat here for 7 days without attempting to deliver or contacting me at all. I ordered a Do Not Block Mailbox sign on Amazon in February 2005 from a third-party seller. It was given to Yun Express, who handed it off to GoFo for last mile delivery. Here it is July and the package has still NEVER arrived. The third party seller on Amazon had to refund me. GoFo claims they "never got it" from Yun Express, though Yun Express' site shows they handed it off to GoFo, and things shipped through Yun Express that hand off to other last mile carriers always arrive, so the problem is clearly with GoFo. GoFo needs to be banned from operating in the USA; it seems that over 95% of packages given to them NEVER reach their destination from what I see on many different review sites. That is a level of incompetence that should not be permitted on US soil. I don't know why the US government doesn't shut them down. Now in July another Chinese third party seller picked Yun Express and yep, GoFo is the last mile carrier again. GOFO delivery service does not deliver customer packages but steals the customer packages The Tiktok shop seller called Fashion beach outfit uses the GOFO delivery company to delivered packages and when complained is made to the seller about not receiving your package the seller will compensated customer with a $2.00 coupon and will inaddition denied request for customer getting money back stating that your packaged was delivered successfully.. I believe GOFO realize & knows that some of the sellers on titoki do not care about their customer once the purchase is made it is the customer problem to find their order. GOFO customer service is through the email and phone communication is delayed no one to answer to help you. read more

They have returned three packages to the seller without attempting to deliver. My address is weird it has a 1/2 in it, first you get an automated call saying that they can't deliver your package due to one of the following reasons: PO Box, Ups site, government building or schools.None of these apply to me. Then they ask for an alternate address which I gave them my neighbors address. They claim they will reschedule delivery, no package arrived.Three phone calls and several emails each claimed that they were going to redeliver and literally less than 24 hours after the last communication I received a notification that they were returning my package to the seller.
