Gofo Express is by far the worst courier service I've dealt with. They use third-party drivers (like DoorDash drivers) to deliver packages, including many shipped with Temu, and they cannot give you a reliable delivery date. Their "policy" is to say delivery will happen within three business days after a package goes out for delivery, but even then you'll be very lucky if it shows up. In my case, they claimed they couldn't find my house--even though our address is clearly marked, and painted on the street in front, and no other courier has ever had an issue. It's now been five business days since my package first went out for delivery. After the first failed attempt, they told me it would be delivered the next day, but instead the tracking now shows it's being sent back almost 200 miles away. Customer service is even worse. Whether by phone, email, or WhatsApp chat, I only get the same canned responses: "At this time your package is at the sorting center. The investigation team indicates your re-delivery has already been scheduled." No actual delivery time, no window, no help. I don't trust this company at all. Gofo deliver driver's are so lazy! I have a sign on my front door that states, "Do Not Toss, Throw, ​or Otherwise Mishandle Packages. Please Place Packages on Stand & Ring Doorbell. Amazon, FedEx, UPS, all have no issues with this. Gofo and SpeedX drivers walk up to my porch steps, take a picture of the pack​age/s, then they toss, throw, or slide my packages. I've repeatedly reported this with video proof for months to Gofo and requested to speak to a supervisor. They all say the same thing, "We will forward your number to the supervisor after we end this call and they will call you back." Not once have I heard back.
