Terrible service, they don't know where they are going or coming , always get my products from other shipping company's , the worst

Bad customer service. My packages from SHEIN and Xpluswear fits delivered to a different place not at my apartment and I tried calling them multiple times. CS is based in the Philippines and do not process escalations. They rely on generic AI response. Supervisors are always not available to speak to. Rude agents over the phone. After escalating through email I get messages from a signature saying it's a robot responding. Doesn't make sense but would not order overseas that uses this service because the carrier of the delivery is not capable of reasoning. No US based support that can handle this no one took responsibility. Will definitely not recommend this service. Poor customer response. Not reliable. I hear the agent in the background loud and having a lot of issues with problem response. I was promised a manager call but after a week still crickets! So now I'm missing $150+ worth of merchandise and no one takes responsibility. They keep on sending me the pictures I see from The tracking number provided. Same thing it's delivered but not delivered in my apartment. I communicated this to cs by phone and email but same thing no one took responsibility so I'm left with having to deal will seller from china who won't give me a refund because they claim that they truly sent the package and I believe they did according to the pictures they are right problem is the driver who delivered it took it to the wrong address. I've sent them pictures of my apartment but still stand by the fact that the item was delivered even if it's a random staircase that doesn't show where this company still refused to review and properly investigate this. I won't stress on it now because if none of those companies send me the items that this company lost or this company does not process the claim I'll dispute it with my credit card company because I did not get the items. Just something to note myself that I won't order from companies who use their services. Because I know I'll be worrying all the time weather it will come Or not. Basically my verdict is that this company is ultimately unreliable and have poor customer service. read more

GoFo flat out refuses to deliver to my house. I have had 15-20 packages returned to the sender because they say my house is too far off their route. Wild. And they told me that. I'm just too far away to take the time to deliver my package so the driver just takes my packages back to the gofo facility and they return them to my supplier. I have had to delay productions because I'm not getting the parts and hardware I'm ordering from China. If you call Customer service they just ask me to update my address. I have asked to talk to a manager. There is never one available. They say they will have someone call me never do. I have spent hours trying to find a solution and get my packages. Horrible company. If you're in e-commerce, do not use these guys. They won't consistently deliver and give zero communication. When you call them, they will offer inconsistent lies - saying the location was closed (even if it's a place of residence) or that the building doesn't exist (even if they literally delivered to that location two weeks ago). Horrible experience for the buyer. read more

I have never had a bad experience with this company. When they are handling last mile, I know exactly when I'm going to get my package. They are very consistent. I don't understand the negative reviews... I am a very picky person when it comes to recommending anything. I don't recommend things because I just don't. They claimed that my package was delivered and even attached a photo as proof of delivery. See those black mailboxes in the photo? I contacted the company that owns those mailboxes -- ParcelPending.com -- and they confirmed that nothing was placed under my name in their system on that day. This company has the worst drivers; they always leave your packages right at the front gate, never on the porch. For all the times I've had orders from TEMU get Lost, Damaged, or Arrive so late, they were worthless, This experience with GoFo Express made up for all of it! I requested Priority Delivery in order to receive items prior to Easter, but ran into problems with a "Customs Hold" on my items taking a week longer than expected (thanks to the trumpanzee!). The morning that my parcels "Cleared" customs, they were quickly dispatched with a delivery driver. The driver was Friendly & Professional, delivering the boxes directly to me, ON EASTER MORNING!! This service was Above & Beyond what I was expecting from this rather obscure, regional, last mile delivery service contracted by TEMU. Their dedication to Customer Satisfaction, which is so very rare in this day and age, truly Saved Easter for my Nieces, whose Easter Baskets would have been half empty with it! Gofo Express is by far the worst courier service I've dealt with. They use third-party drivers (like DoorDash drivers) to deliver packages, including many shipped with Temu, and they cannot give you a reliable delivery date. Their "policy" is to say delivery will happen within three business days after a package goes out for delivery, but even then you'll be very lucky if it shows up. In my case, they claimed they couldn't find my house--even though our address is clearly marked, and painted on the street in front, and no other courier has ever had an issue. It's now been five business days since my package first went out for delivery. After the first failed attempt, they told me it would be delivered the next day, but instead the tracking now shows it's being sent back almost 200 miles away. Customer service is even worse. Whether by phone, email, or WhatsApp chat, I only get the same canned responses: "At this time your package is at the sorting center. The investigation team indicates your re-delivery has already been scheduled." No actual delivery time, no window, no help. I don't trust this company at all. If you read reviews online, they average one to two stars for a reason, with many people reporting lost or stolen packages. I'm refusing to do business with anyone who uses Gofo Express as their shipper, and I'll be advising my friends and family to do the same. read more

They have lost two package. Driver opened and stole items out of one package took a picture with the open package. No refund no resolution. Today I called about another package. The I requested the ticker number the CSR said there is none yeah right I asked for a supervisor said I will get a call back in a day. Than I finished my call. The phone range from GoFo I answered on the other end was another customer that GoFo Express connected to me. How does that happen a company connects two customers from two different cities and states to each other. They are terrible company. Drivers don't care they throw packages, don't deliver them and leave them anywhere including on the sidewalk so so lazy. They customer service lies and don't care at all. Terrible company. It must be cheap so companies keep using them because of the value. The customer complaints are through the roof if you value your company, your product and your customer don't use GoFo Express read more

Gofo deliver driver's are so lazy! I have a sign on my front door that states, "Do Not Toss, Throw, or Otherwise Mishandle Packages. Please Place Packages on Stand & Ring Doorbell. Amazon, FedEx, UPS, all have no issues with this. Gofo and SpeedX drivers walk up to my porch steps, take a picture of the package/s, then they toss, throw, or slide my packages. I've repeatedly reported this with video proof for months to Gofo and requested to speak to a supervisor. They all say the same thing, "We will forward your number to the supervisor after we end this call and they will call you back." Not once have I heard back. This has been an on going issue since December. Still waiting for a supervisor to call back, I know they never will. read more

Gofo Express delivery operates on the revolutionary principle of 'Eh, good enough.' Why aim for accuracy when you can just half-heartedly lob my package somewhere near the vicinity of my house and hope for the best? Their commitment to chaos is truly inspiring. Each delivery is a gamble--will it be casually abandoned in the walkway, tossed like a sacrifice to the package gods, or strategically placed for optimal theft? The suspense is unbearable. I can only assume their training consists of one simple rule: 'Drop it, don't look back, don't care.' And honestly? They've perfected it! For anyone who enjoys the thrill of chasing down their own packages or testing their local crime rate, Gofo is the absolute gold standard of disappointment. If I wanted this level of recklessness, I'd just throw my own order into the street and call it a day. Zero stars. Negative stars, if physics allowed it. read more

Worst shipping company ever. Email is AI, phone call is AI, and the chat bot is useless. They lost my package and there is no way to get my money back. Even if they eventually send it, the fact that there is no transparency and the only thing you can talk to is an AI bot that crashes when you ask it a question a 3-year-old could answer pisses me off. Never use GOFO. Never even think about using GOFO, and honestly screw you if you do. They claim their office hours go until 6 pm local time. I am writing this at 5 pm local time and they said the office is closed. It is irritating as hell. They are a walking liability and I have no idea how they are still in business. If I had started my LLC before testing GOFO and something like this happened, there would not be a way for me to get food. I would not trust anyone that works for this company to even be near my cup because they would probably roofy it, my body would go missing, then get lost, and then appear in a random person's house. Not only does GOFO suck, they make other companies look bad, and that is the worst part. The average customer is too stupid to understand shipping is third party, which just makes the whole thing even more annoying I would give this ZERO stars but that's not an option. It really should be. One star means they earned it but they did it earn Jack crap. But to go bankrupt EDIT: I also wanted to add the fully AI service to ask inane and useless questions to also closes at 9pm EST I guess AI needs a break too? This sucks because the distributor I used was great. Now I'm forced to change thanks a lot GOFO. Genuinely shut down no one likes this company. read more

I've had nothing but good experiences from this company, and I order quite a bit of stuff overseas that they handle. I've never once had a problem with these guys. I think pretty much all of the ratings here are for people that have had bad experiences, this company is kind of invisible so nobody thinks to give them a good review. They are a last Mile courier that is not really affiliated with who you ordered your item from. So good experiences end up going to the person you ordered them from not necessarily the person who delivered your package. I came here to balance the scales a bit, you guys do a good job. read more

HORRIBLE service! Never have I had an issue like this. Driver marked delivery 'access code needed' and this is incorrect. Good Lord, where to begin? First, they spent a week trying to deliver my package to a store that's been closed for a month. I emailed their customer service team and called them with very clear instructions of where to find my mailbox and that, surprisingly, I do not live in a closed store. Well, then it took them a week to not be able to find my mailbox which is less than 10 feet from where they kept trying to deliver my package. So then, after two weeks of sending emails and making phone calls to customer service and them not being able to find my mailbox, I requested that my package just be delivered to the UPS store near me. They couldn't find the UPS store. Then, they decided to hold my package "for instructions requested". No idea why it's so hard to just drop off a package to the UPS store, but apparently, they need a team to examine this very confusing directive of "deliver package to the UPS Store" before they can proceed. Don't these trucks / vans have GPS? So, to ANYONE even considering purchasing from Shein, be fully aware that the "deals" you're getting will very likely never be delivered because they notoriously use GoFo. read more
