Very helpful and kind but 1 person working probably the owner. Had wait like 20min to send a box out. But he didn't charge me extra for wrapping and stuffing etc.. some ups store charges you just for the taping the box. He consolidated boxes into three shipments to find the most economical way for us to get through Covid. He knows customs 'usual' way of working and walked us through it patiently. Great place to ship stuff. Teddy the owner is very accommodating to peoples shippings needs. He also has a great relationship with the UPS/Fedex delivery drivers. Skip the line go to this place. I see other reviewers stating that people don't get receipts for dropoffs. You only get receipts at UPS or FedEx stores for dropoffs. Just take a picture of the tracking number and track it that way. GREAT service and truly bullet proof packing! Ted the owner packed a pair of 50+ lb each tube power amps in 2 boxes and shipped it to me from NY to Cali. He placed the expensive and delicate amps in 2" thick foam (which I'm using it as sound dampeners), tightly wrapped it in bubble packs to be packed into a larger box with foam peanuts. His price was reasonable and he even packed the associated very expensive tubes and tube preamp boxes better even though I didn't pay for the service. PS - As for the dude with negative review cos Ted didn;t give him a FedEx receipt - you DON'T get a receipt unless you take it to FedEx yourself! Ted did it gratis free for you! read more

I may be Ted's longest and most faithful customer. It's rare that I ever read nor care about what anyone has to say on Yelp reviews, no offense, but I am a person that likes to have my own unique and personal experiences in life without someone's biased opinions. IF There's MINUS review, I'll give this place - 10 I dropped of the package on Monday, May 4th, 2020. I asked for the receipt, a middle age man said, no worry about it.. you have the tracking number. I was about to ask him something else about the label and he just basically repeating himself that I have the tracking number and waving good bye to me. According to the shipping arrangement, it should be arrived on May 5th.Today is May 6th. Guess what.... the packaged does NOT have the tracking activities at all. I called the BB's Packaging & Shipping today... it went to voice mails. I went to the place it's closed !!! When I called the emergency number, the same guy pick up and told me not to worry and said that FedEX will come and pick up the package either today or tomorrow. I asked him how ? IF he put down as closed until May 11 ?! so my package will be delayed ? That it is an important package that need to be sent ASAP. You Should've let me know on Monday ! Then, He started yelling at me and said what do you want me to do ??? then, he hang-up rudely! DO NOT use this Service. Ive been here a few times over the last decade. There has always been the same Asian man there. He has always been nice enough... Well, as usual, I have to ship a toy to my nephew last minute. Its in a really large, oddly shaped box...for the size and weight it wouldve cost over $200 to ship next day. He actually felt bad for me. He built a box for me to ship the toy in, for free, gave me the price list for 2 and 3 day, and plain ground shipping as well. After checking the address and paying...i left. I brought a prepaid FedEx package from Dell to drop off at this location and was treated very disrespectfully. The man that worked there said "you did not pay, so you do not get receipt". I am dropping off a laptop and wanted proof that I had in fact brought it to the location and he refuses to give me a receipt? That is totally absurd and no way to do business. If that is the rule, then fine, say it nicely, but I highly doubt that FedEx expects me to drop off a $1,000.00 laptop with a prepaid Dell shipping label and not have any proof that I did so. This place is off the list of businesses that I plan on ever doing business with again. To top it all, he told me to go to someplace else that gives receipts. This is after I put money in the meter. I suggest that everyone reading this, take his advice and go anywhere else but here. Update-Is this owner serious? I posted this review in 2016 and two years later he tells me to "man up" and perhaps the ex-military worker may have been spoken to disrespectfully and responded in kind... An old grouchy man who just wants to just make money through shipping. I called yesterday asking him if I can make a fedex shipping label on my own online and print it at the store to ship through Fedex because I was having trouble with my printer. I guess cause his English is not good, he must have understood it as he would be the one making the shipping label for me at the store. This usually means that the store would make a profit from Fedex because they are making the label for me. When I went to the store today which opened at 12pm because of COVID-19, he saw me and was ready to ship my items. As soon as I pulled out my printed shipping label because I got the printer working and printed it out myself, he immediately changes his mind and says he won't ship and his store is closed. I told the man, I call him the day before to make sure he can do this shipment because I'm taking my time during COVID-19 lock down to make it all the way to his store to ship the item. THEN he pretends by saying he can't ship and he has a "fever" aka COVID-19. Seriously?!! First of all, do not pretend you have COVID-19 especially during this time of pandemic. It's very childlike and it's not a joke to be pretending like you are sick! COVID-19 is a serious matter and I find disgusting that he uses that as an excuse to not do business because he wont be making a profit from my shipment. But you know what I'm glad I didn't ship it from this guy because I would NEVER trust my packages who is not honest. Would you really want to ship your item through an untrustworthy carrier? I don't care how cheap his pricing is on shipping, I would rather pay few more bucks to make sure I send with a reliable shipping company! You are disgrace old man! read more

This place is fine if you are shipping packages with no value or that you don't care if they get lost or stolen. I went to BBs Packing & Shipping a few weeks ago to ship a fed-ex (2-day) product return for a product valued at over $300.00. The owner was somewhat curt and dismissive, and took the package and left me with an, "OK!", but no receipt. The owner said rather grumpily, that he gets 100s of packages a day, with no receipt and no problems. I figured as an authorized dealer I had nothing to worry about. After two-days, my package was not scanned in, or was it received. I was then told by Fed-Ex to wait a few days and that I should contact the shop again. I contacted the shop and he was rude and very unhelpful, explaining to me, that either, "he stole the package or fed-ex did, and he went on that there was nothing he could do." He then basically hung up on me. I then called Fed-Ex and explained the situation to them, and they told me to enter a claim and to send a receipt to confirm the value of the package, which I did. Fed-Ex performed an investigation and said that I would need to get the shop owner to confirm the pick-up to be reimbursed for the package. I called the shop owner. He was again, rude and dismissive and said he could not do anything to help me. Sadly, he would not even entertain the idea of helping me because as he went on to explain, he keeps NO RECORDS of the packages being picked or delivered. He then told me, he was busy and that he had customers to take care of and basically hung up on me again. The moral of this story is that customers should be BEWARE! This place is a send at your own risk type of setting and if your package goes lost or missing the owner is unwilling to assist and couldn't care less if he loses you as a customer. This was a very frustrating and expensive lesson to learn. I can't reiterate enough how important a receipt is when shipping packages. This place takes absolutely no responsibility for shipping and refuses to deal with receipts. You are therefore shipping packages at your own risk. read more

I wanted to return a package and from the minute i walked in there the guy working there was so rude! I tried asking him a question and he raised his voice at me and just said "Show me the label!" i asked him why he was being so rude and he said "I'm not being rude! I told you show me the label and you were like Blah blah blah blah" he literally said "blah blah blah!" Like i understand you told me show me the label but i had a question regarding that and he just cut me off to basically yell at me to show him that label! He then asked me if i was going to pay or not and i was like obviously but you don't have to be so rude! Worst customer service. I went there today to ship a $3000 Chanel bag for a friend. There was no customers in the store when I got there. The Korean man who did my packaging was rushing me. I was trying to verify the address of my friend because it wasn't showing on their computer system. While I was on the phone, he already put the labels on the box and dropped it on the floor next to my daughter on the stroller who got startled and got terrified. He told me my address was wrong so he changed it. I told him I want to be sure because it is an expensive bag. Then he yelled at me for not telling him that I want it insured. The customer service is there is the worst that I ever had considering that I paid $45 for the entire shipping. I was treated like crap. I would not recommend this place for anyone.
