Bill was so helpful and found me the best price for shipping some items to my uncle in Switzerland using DHL. A nearby UPS quoted almost triple the amount. They offer UPS, FEDEX and DHL shipping at reasonable prices. They offer great prices for shipping to Korea. Fast, friendly service and they take Apple Pay! read more

Wow! Bill (guy with glasses) is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, fast, and professional! I wanted send a care package to Korea to my grandmother as I could not see her due to COVID. It was my first time sending mail to Korea before. I knew her address but it didn't have a postal code like we do in the US so I needed some help. I went to UPS and for my package size the only option they gave me was express shipping (2-3 days) for a whopping $200 cost. I then went to Bayside USPS and saw the 15 person line and walked out. I searched on google maps and found this place. I went in and I basically told Bill I had no idea what I was doing. He took care of packing, taping, and mailing it out. He also noticed I was sending a bottle of vitamins in the package and told me I needed my grandmother's Korean resident number as it was a requirement for any overseas med/vitamin shipments to avoid the recipient to incur additional fees. I wouldn't have known this otherwise! Anyways, I'll most definitely be back for all my shipping needs. 5 stars for sure! read more

My cousin and I came here to ship something to my aunt (national). The guy who helped us was so sweet. He took our items and he grouped smaller items together so they would not get lost in the large box. My cousin noticed the box was really big so she pointed that out and he playfully asked what we should do. My cousin said we could use filling. He said that's one way but that it would cost extra... he kept working and he cut off the top of the box and he cut and folded the sides so they would make a new top... such a simple solution yet my cousin and I stared in awe and he worked. He admitted he thought it was pretty cool when he first saw it as well! In addition he waived the fee for the box! So if you ever wonder how you should package something or you are just plain lazy to play tetris to pack something up, this is the place to go! read more

One of the staff/owner at this place wanted me to remove my review and harassed me with messages through yelp with threatening tones,such as "U still didnt remove the review yet? What is yr home address let me see you in person". Not only did he mistaken me as a different customer, I also learned that I was in fact overcharged because he claimed that he charged someone else one dollar (again original quote: "I gave you for dollar And still compliant? Come to the store"). This guy didn't stop until I warned him that I will file a civil suit against him and the store. Again, like I said, avoid this place if you can. There are plenty of other Fedex places in this area. I'm an avid novel reader and I always need to make extra copies when I find something good so; I come here to get copies all the time, sometimes he even gives it to me for free. i've been here approximately 5-10 times over the course of the past 6-8 months since i've discovered this unobtrusively awninged gem. the guy at the counter with the glasses here is the absolute bomb. never have i ever (no not the game) encountered such phenomenal service. speedy, knowledgeable, and generous. the downside is that northern boulevard sucks. for pedestrians, drivers, parking and commuting. NB is a chaotic aggregate of the world's biggest idiots unsuccessfully navigating terribly thought-out organization/sight lines. to top it off, half the block is a bus stop. therefore parking is hit or miss. cold weather + packages = try to bring a parking buddy but it is worth it! i usu use the fedex/ups services here, but will try usps services today. i imagine it will go beautifully! read more
