The pickup space is decently-sized, definitely not big but a bit narrow towards the entrance. Stopped by an hour before closing for the day. Business Hours: 10am-7pm Daily Place looks kinda rundown on the outside and inside. Place is on the average side for cleanliness. There is only one other person waiting for his package. It isn't busy at all. No long lines. Very fast but average service from staff. Staff isn't rude or anything but he doesn't look too happy either. I guess I'm just there to pick up my package, what do I care if his service is friendly or not lol? It's not like I'm asking him for a favor to mail out my package.

I equate "BBS" to the Chinese version of "Kinkos/Fed ex", except they don't make copies and your package will take a bit longer to get there. Overall, this place provides a great service, the only minor setback is parking. shipping is a 2 person operation, one person to get you there, the second to drop off the packages, run quick b4 you get a parking ticket.

Very disappointing experience at this UPS Store in Flushing…read more Amazon's return instructions clearly stated that the item only needed to be securely packed in a box. However, the store employee insisted that I had to use the original packaging, and told me that if I needed an additional box, I would have to pay separately for the box. I understand that UPS may charge for packing services, but the problem is that the employee presented the original packaging as a requirement when Amazon's return instructions did not say that. Customers should not be pressured into paying extra for packaging based on requirements that are not actually stated in the return instructions. I would not recommend this location for Amazon returns.

I had come to ship some time sensitive documents going to immigration. The service was excellent, workers are very polite and customer friendly and sometimes go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. They showed me all my options for next day service and my documents got there right on time. The other time I was here I wanted to ship a PS4 to Atlanta but I didn't have any box or packaging with me, but they assured they will take care of it since it was a fragile item. I had asked the receiver to send me pictures of the package and the item once it gets delivered and when he did I was surprised how amazingly the packaging had been done. Before going to the store, I called about a color-printing project involving images that needed to fit a printed template. I was directed to email the images to the store (store4461@theupsstore.com). Over the phone, Yi, the manager, was extremely helpful & assured me they could accommodate what I needed. He asked me to send the images in advance so he could print a test page first. When I arrived, that is exactly what he did, making sure everything fit the template properly before completing the job. The finished color printing came out fantastic. Throughout the entire process, Yi was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. On previous visits, I have found the staff to be equally courteous and helpful, including when I had a document notarized there. I highly recommend this UPS Store without hesitation.
