The pickup space is decently-sized, definitely not big but a bit narrow towards the entrance. Stopped by an hour before closing for the day. Business Hours: 10am-7pm Daily Place looks kinda rundown on the outside and inside. Place is on the average side for cleanliness. There is only one other person waiting for his package. It isn't busy at all. No long lines. Very fast but average service from staff. Staff isn't rude or anything but he doesn't look too happy either. I guess I'm just there to pick up my package, what do I care if his service is friendly or not lol? It's not like I'm asking him for a favor to mail out my package.

I equate "BBS" to the Chinese version of "Kinkos/Fed ex", except they don't make copies and your package will take a bit longer to get there. Overall, this place provides a great service, the only minor setback is parking. shipping is a 2 person operation, one person to get you there, the second to drop off the packages, run quick b4 you get a parking ticket.

Today is the 1st of June 2026 and i still havent received my barrels because Blue Star Shipping 8520 Foster Avenue Brooklyn New York hasnt paid the fees for the shipment. From the 25th of March to the 20th of April ( the 20th of April being the day i called to enquire again) the storage fees were $165.00, so you can imagine how much it is now. The two barrels were paid for to be shipped to Barbados. Whenever contact is made with him or his employees its always one excuse after another....go on Friday, im out of the office and i'll call you when i get in, he's outside call back in 20 minutes, if they charge you fees i'll handle it and the next shipment is on me. Those are some of the excuses. Which next shipment ??? To be experienicing this and still go back and do business with you would be crazy. I took my hard earned money and bought the items for those barrels then to be faced with this. Now when i call the number no one answers and sometimes there's a busytone. This UPS Store is shady and untrustworthy. They charge a $20 fee just to use their address for…read morepackage pickup, even though they're listed as an official UPS pickup location. When Apple shipped my iPhone here, they told me I had to pay the $20 fee. I refused and asked them to return it to the sender. After they realized it was an iPhone, the package mysteriously disappeared and was never returned, according to the tracking number. I later read other reviews with similar complaints, especially about valuable shipments going missing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. These people are crooks, and you risk losing your package entirely. They also charge 5$ to print out a shipping label, which is just one sheet of regular copy paper.

Terrible UPS service and scam…read more I went to pick up a package that was delivered within the five days pick-up policies. They told me that I had to pick up at the spot. If I wanted to a few days to extend, I needed to pay extra. They even told me this applies to all UPS stores. When I asked if I can pay extra, they denied the service. I have my shipment delivered to several UPS stores and that never occurred! I just called their customer service, and they told me this policy is not true. They can hold our package for five days without charge. Seven day for special customers. They are investigating it now. The sad part is one of my items is still being delivered there and I need to call the ups customer service to tell them to hold my item till end of the day and for seven extra days. I will never order my items to this place again due to ill manner and scamming services! I hope UPS customer service do a thorough investigation on this site so that this site will follow their policy in the future!
