However, the store employee insisted that I had to use the original packaging, and told me that if I needed an additional box, I would have to pay separately for the box. I understand that UPS may charge for packing services, but the problem is that the employee presented the original packaging as a requirement when Amazon's return instructions did not say that. Customers should not be pressured into paying extra for packaging based on requirements that are not actually stated in the return instructions. I would not recommend this location for Amazon returns.

When Apple shipped my iPhone here, they told me I had to pay the $20 fee. I refused and asked them to return it to the sender. After they realized it was an iPhone, the package mysteriously disappeared and was never returned, according to the tracking number. I later read other reviews with similar complaints, especially about valuable shipments going missing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. These people are crooks, and you risk losing your package entirely. They also charge 5$ to print out a shipping label, which is just one sheet of regular copy paper.

Before going to the store, I called about a color-printing project involving images that needed to fit a printed template. I was directed to email the images to the store (store4461@theupsstore.com). Over the phone, Yi, the manager, was extremely helpful & assured me they could accommodate what I needed. He asked me to send the images in advance so he could print a test page first. When I arrived, that is exactly what he did, making sure everything fit the template properly before completing the job. The finished color printing came out fantastic. Throughout the entire process, Yi was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional.
