I own a PO Box due to living in NYC and they refused to deliver my package and said "we don't deliver to PO Boxes" even though the first half of my order was delivered perfectly fine. After fighting with the woman on the phone, she said i needed to put in my own address and i said "so what happens when my package gets stolen" and she didn't believe that was going to happen. I've never had a worse delivery experience than I have with this company. I ordered something from Amazon that was shipped from China. It took less time to get from China to California than this company has taken it to get it from China to Utah. It was received at my local delivery station (15 minutes from my home) on 12/17/25, sat here for 7 days without attempting to deliver or contacting me at all. Now today it was scanned back in California. I had something ordered through tiktok and they must have used this delivery service. I received email confirmation and a strange amount of pictures showing it was delivered. Most delivery services only leave one picture. That to me was suspicious in itself. I get home to find no package in sight. This package could have easily been put in my mailbox as well. I have never had an item stolen off my porch before, but I have also never had anything ordered through this GOFO express either. I work for the Fire Department, an integral industry and have no need to lie about a 30 dollar order not being delivered. I personally feel like someone with the delivery company took the pictures and then took the package with them. I immediately went to the reviews after hanging up with customer service only to find this is a reoccurring issue. Terrible shipping company! Their website says the package was delivered but I never got the package. I called them and they told me to go to a different website to check the photos, then hung up on me. I went to the 2nd website with a different tracking number they gave me and saw the pictures. The pictures showed the wrong house so I had to call them back again. "Jelly" the guy who answered the call said they would investigate and contact me by email in 5-10 days then hung up on me again. GoFo is untrustworthy. The delivery person said they delivered our package to the front door and they didn't. They left it on the curb because they didn't want to climb the steps to drop it off at the door. The picture they took was of the sidewalk and not our front door. When I received an email saying it was delivered I checked the front door and the driveway. It was not there. I immediately contacted customer service and they just kept sending their auto reply emails. I contacted them by phone and they said they show it was delivered. I filed a charge dispute with PayPal with proof of their delivery picture and the picture of our front door. PayPal's response was that it was delivered and there is nothing could do. The manufacturer showed tracking proof it was delivered with a picture of the sidewalk. The manufacturer would not give us our money back when we showed proof of our front door. After months of arguing with manufacturer they said to contact their deliverer GoFo Express. I contacted GoFo Express and the customer service rep forwarded the information I provided to the review team. He said I would hear something within 5 business days. I didn't. I called back and the customer service rep would not let me talk to a supervisor. She said the supervisor would call me back within 24 hours. No call back but I did receive an email with no signature or phone number stating they would not consider my case or reimburse me because of the amount of time since delivery. I went to the chair in the lobby where they delivered the package, and i only saw a notice from aprt management that said this is not the place to deliver your package. After that when i called them, they said will launch an investigation. I asked and they said will get back to me in 5 days. A week later i called them again, and they said contact the seller. Gofo Express is the delivery courier that Temu has been using in the area recently. They hold onto packages for a few days in their hub before they deliver, and they leave packages unattended in apartment building lobby, where theft is prevalent, even after numerous complaints. GoFo Express is by far the worst delivery service we've dealt with. The driver falsely claimed to have attempted delivery, but no one ever showed up. He also claimed he couldn't access the building, which is completely untrue--the entrance is always accessible. After waiting over 40 minutes on hold to speak with customer service, I was told they might attempt redelivery sometime within the next three days. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially given the urgency of the package. This delivery was extremely important to our business, and because of their failure, we lost a valuable opportunity and revenue. GoFo Express showed a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, and accountability. They delivered a package to the public place near my house. Not to my front door. Not the place where I would check for packages at all. Then when I looked at the delivery photos on their website (which didn't even work on the first try), I discovered where the package was -- but when I came to pick it up finally, it wasn't there. Essentially they didn't deliver it properly, and it was stolen. When I confronted them about it, they said that the delivery was made "in compliance with their internal instructions" and that they will deliver like that the next time too. They are the only company that does this, I have others (Amazon, USPS, UPS, FedEx) delivering properly, always. I should note that I didn't order their delivery specifically. I just ordered from Keychron who used GOFO Express without my knowledge. If I will ever be given a choice I will avoid using GOFO Express even if delivery will be significantly more expensive. In other words, they simply won't deliver me the package, even though they will take payment for it. And then they will do nothing about it. Oh, Yelp wants me to assess the value of their service. Well given that they took money and I didn't get the product delivered, the value is pretty much exactly zero! read more

They continue to leave packages during non-operating hours. We have signs posted all over our grounds that this is not permitted. All deliveries are to be inspected by our personnel.
