Shipping at most places here is frustrating and time consuming. But this FedEx center has been like a breath of fresh air. I actually am relieved when I need to ship via FedEx, because my experiences here have consistently been positive in every aspect. This space is large, aesthetically pleasant and spotlessly clean, with ample room for waiting lines, although the staff are all so quick and efficient, I have never had a long wait (other carriers' locations in the area resemble an unkempt storage closet and customers endure long wait times on the sidewalk outside, exposed to the elements). On top of that, the staff here have always been 100% professional, knowledgeable and super pleasant to engage with, whether in person, or if I call with a question. These employees deserve a major commendation for excellence. I have relied on this business for many important, time sensitive shipments and they have always provided impeccable service. I am so happy we have this FedEx store a short walk from home.

Absolute Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs! Rating: (0/5 if I…read morecould) Signing up with this mailbox service has been an absolute disaster and a massive liability for my personal and professional life. Two weeks after I signed up, I went to collect some incredibly important mail. Instead of getting my letters, I was told the business was closed due to a fire in the building. While accidents happen, their complete lack of accountability, organization, and basic customer service since then has been completely unacceptable. Here is what you can expect if you trust these people with your mail: Zero Access & Disorganization: They claimed all the mail was trapped inside but "hadn't been sorted yet." It has now been a month and a half (6+ weeks), and they still haven't figured it out. Clueless, Unhelpful Staff: Every time I go down there to get an update, there is an older gentleman who gives me the exact same dismissive lines: "We don't know when we will open" and "We don't know if we have received any mail for you." They show zero urgency. Lost & Returned Mail: Because of their incompetence, several of my time-sensitive, crucial documents are now completely missing or have been bounced back to the senders. Stole My Money: To top it all off, they refuse to take responsibility, they offer no solutions, and they refused to refund the money I paid for the mailbox rental. They took my money, locked away my private correspondence, and essentially went radio silent. They are holding my mail hostage and keeping my fee for a service they are actively failing to provide. Bottom line: If you value your time, your money, and your important documents, do not ever use this service. They are completely unprofessional and fundamentally unfit to run a business.

I've never written a yelp review before but i feel inclined to do so after visiting Digiplus inc…read more The guy there was so patient and willing to help with whatever I needed. I am an architecture student and I went to Digiplus to print out my 66 page architecture portfolio book, resumes, etc. I was priced at 79 cents per sheet at Staples and 50 cents per sheet at Digiplus, however, because I had my own paper, Digiplus reduced it down to 25 cents per color page double sided. The guy spent a good amount of time test printing everything to make sure my prints came out correctly and aligned. Although the guy warned me that the double sided pages weren't going to be 100% aligned due to the way the printer has to feed the paper back in to print the second side, it worked out fine for my portfolio. In the end, I went to the job interview and got a job offer today. It all worked out really well and I only paid 1/3 of what I would have had to pay at Staples/other near by places.

HUGE MISTAKE!!!. Tried LBC twice and both times they did not show up on the scheduled appointment time. Both times, I called the designated driver and at one point, was told by the LBC driver that he could no longer make the scheduled pick up time. HOW RUDE & INEPT!!! Interestingly, the same problem happened to my friend last year. My friend even waited a whole day for the LBC drive to arrive. I definitely would have had the same patience as my my friend. I even wrote a complaint letter to LBC about the driver and only now (5/8/2017 - about 8 months later) that someone from LBC called to inform me that the said driver I was complaining about no longer works for them. Great customer service ----NOT!!!! LBC IS A MESS!!!. THEIR MANILA OFFICE AND THEIR BRANCHES IN QUEENS NOR JERSEY ARE NOT COORDINATED. Thus, I decided to switch back to Macro and they immediately accommodated me at the time I needed after my 9-5 work schedule. The MACRO driver arrived early and without any hassle, picked up my balikbayan box. As usual, the box arrived as scheduled in Manila, without any problem. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. And SOMEONE did! He checked to make sure they had the right address, he asked about my former address, I assured him I have a doorman and cc TV and no Fedex guy ever showed for the pickup -- I don't care WHAT his "report" says. The Fedex caller said he'd check into it and see what the problem is. 7 pm tonight -- the FEDEX GUY ARRIVES! It was all I could do to not say, "Glad to see you at work!" We are both lucky I was home, as I was given no notice, but now the rugs are out of my house and someone else's problem. I hope. Let's see if my refund comes through. ESCALATE THE CALL, people, until you find someone who has the power to initiate some sort of remedy. There are tiers of CS and you have to soldier through the bottom ones. THEY should escalate the call, themselves, but you never know what so of politics or relationships are in their office, so you have to insist. Original review: Same story as the rest. Had a pickup scheduled. Driver said he came at 1 pm, no package. Um. DUDE. I have a 24 hour doorman with security cameras. You. did. not. show. Company rescheduled the pickup for a day later. Same thing. Driver said he came at 7:00 pm. YOU DID NOT. My doorman laughs when I ask. He gestures at the camera and says, I can show you, no one came. And both "delivery windows" were 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. So I sat here, didn't go out, did not use my phone because I didn't want to miss the doorman saying Fedex was here. The rugs are still in my living room, leaning against the wall. The second time, I called Fedex at 4 pm and asked them to call the dispatcher and find out where the guy was. They said he'd be here within 2 hours. That was two hours ago. Now I have complained and escalated the call to the highest I could reach. (Just say "Please escalate the call to the United States. You've been great, but please escalate the call." Customer service jargon. ) I am supposed to get a call back within 48 hours. I'm not holding my breath. Meanwhile, how will the rug company get their rugs? I'm not waiting for Fedex anymore. They'll have to find a different carrier. I wonder what kind of Class Action suit we could all get together? That's a major windfall for some attorney. Because guys like this are doing this to people all day, every day. I lost two days of work waiting for Fedex, who didn't show. COMPENSATE me.
