I am so impressed with the willingness of the staff to accommodate their customers. It is all too often that we complain but never stop to compliment a fellow human for taking that extra step to make our lives less stressful!! Thank Greysin for being so helpful!! What a pleasure to come into a business get greeted by all the employees nice clean store no wait ! I had to have Something notarized and a passport photo at the same time. I asked him to cut the picture not a problem price is very reasonable. I noticed while I was waiting that people returned merchandise to Amazon they all got a receipt unlike my other UPS store! This will be my new location very professional and really warm welcome feeling... read more

Hands down, the best UPS store I've been to. Yi and his team were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process of shipping several large packages across the country. I live in Astoria, but make the drive to Bayside for all my shipping needs. Awesome store, amazing team! read more

Fast, quick, easy, simple! Bryce helped me and provided me with friendly, helpful, and amazing service !

Went in here on Monday evening to return two packages. I'm giving two stars not because they were rude to me, but because someone came in after me and they were giving him a bad attitude. It turned me off completely. The staff should at least try to seem a little more happy and be nicer to customers. This place was so depressing. read more

Luciano is a rockstar! He provided me the best customer service I've experienced in a while. He was super helpful, pleasant, and engaging. His positive energy is infectious! I walked in to the store dreading having to run an errand but left feeling uplifted. I would rate my experience 10 stars if I could! read more

Super awesome guys. They print shipping labels for you for $2. My phone was acting up and I was keeping them a few minutes past close, but they were super accommodating and got it done for me. read more

I previously had a mailbox at another UPS store and they charged a good premium. After the rental ended, I went to look for another UPS store that was a bit more accommodating. I found this store and am glad I did. The rates were competitively priced and also they have longer store hours than the other store I had previously been with,. I currently rent a mail box from them and also will be looking to use their services for my future shipping needs. Yi, Bryce and the rest of the staff are always friendly, professional, and accommodating. I definitely recommend this store if you're looking to do any shipping or need a mailbox. Customer service here is top notch. read more

Always satisfied experiences of UPS store in this location...staffs are all friendly, warm and more than helpful !! Actually my house is more closer to the other UPS store in cross island Pkwy Bay terrace which was not happy at all, I would rather going to farer to this one, definitely worth it... Bryce is the one more than awesome to help me today! read more

I visited this location to mail a birthday card to CA, for 2 day delivery - price $33???? I asked Leonardo if he can give me large soft envelope since I had a return to ship to Amazon...he said yes and then asked for $3.50???? For a soft envelope, he had like hundreds of them laying around his desk. For such an expensive price, they charge for envelopes now???? I could not believe this, and will check with UPS if this is normal. D read more

Talk about amazing customer service! Every time I go in here the staff is quick, helpful and informative. The first time I walked in I was almost in shock how nice the staff member was. As I continue to go in here I realize everyone is super kind and friendly. They help you with one big smile on their faces, while engaging in some light friendly conversation. Believe it or not, if you're having a bad day-find something to ship and walk into this location and embrace the positivity! read more

Best UPS store I was ever in ... OMG I'm always so inconvenienced & stressed out whenever I have to return a package. Three young men working could we pick one nicer than the other? I think not. I was greeted warmly upon my arrival and the person helping me was so helpful and kind. What a nice experience! No stress no problem. read more

Although a new UPS store opened near me, I prefer to go to the one on 39th Avenue especially after reading reviews from people about the Baybridge location. Everyone is courteous and experienced. Even though parking is difficult, I was told to double park, call them, and they would come out and get the package. That is service! read more

This UPS Store is phenomenal! I live very near by and always drop off packages at this location for amazon returns, every time I walk in this ups location, I always get friendly greets and the members try to service you at earliest! I've seen too many other ups, fedex (not to mention USPS) the staffs are like living in their own world, never see how long the line out there and just keep chitchatting behind at the back! You will not see that happen at this 39ave location! read more

Very rude and unhelpful. The guys who work here are clueless. The other UPS store nearby is 100% more helpful. These guys really just get off on being jerks. read more

I went to another ups store in flushing and had a horrible experience. I ended up going to this one and first off it is much larger and not a hole in the wall like the one in Flushing. Second they were more than happy to help me and also put the label on the package. They were very professional and helped me as soon as I walked into the place instead of waiting 5 minutes like I did at the one in Flushing. This is the best one in the area and I would recommend this one to everyone. read more

I love this store. Stuff with good manner, reasonable price, excellent service, just the parking is a problem. Will keep being their customers in the future read more

The guys here are the best. Returns aren't always fun, but honestly I have such a chuckle talking with them every time I have to ship something back somewhere. They have the best customer service and great personalities- this is what customer service should always be. High five, guys on the afternoon weekday shifts- you are always great. read more

I like this UPS store. I never had a problem. Whenever I had to send/return something, they always provided me with a tracking receipt. Keep up the great work! Only downside to this store is parking can be a pain. However, the great service at this UPS store makes up for it. read more

I've dropped off pre-paid packages with this place a few times and every time left without problems. The staff seemed on the ball, courteous, and diligent. I got a tracking and acceptance receipt every time and service was fast. Street-side parking not that great depending on time of day, but not really an issue with the store itself. Now if only USPS would take some notes on how to run a business... read more

I had a horrible experience at the bay bridge shopping center ups store. I was waiting half an hour for the guy to pul out the receipt to ship out something and after that he said he couldn't do it. He called the representative from the company I was sending out the package and they were telling him that they created new label and still he wasn't able. At the end the representative told me to go to another ups location to try to do it. I did go to 39 ave and they did it in a second. Of course is very difficult to park there but the people are friendlier and they doing their job instead of being lazy. read more

I've been going to the UPS store for awhile now and have always been super impressed with their helpful, happy. Informative, and overall positive customer service. Last week I walked in requesting help with my 200+ page tenure portfolio that had to be scanned and emailed. My tech skills are terrible and the thought of doing this was terrifying. Bryce came to the rescue! He was amazing! He took control of the situation, gave me great ideas for it to look super professional, and within 30 minutes I was out the door. I could not be happier with how it came out and Bryce was super helpful, kind, and skillful! Thanks again Bryce and to all the employees at the bayside UPS store we are lucky to have you in our neighborhood. Thanks again! read more

I went to this UPS Store with 2 large jobs to process & was so happy to have Luciano Lamour help me. Luciano (Giovanni) went above & beyond in helping me get both jobs done ahead of schedule. He was so nice & friendly to me & I will never forget his kindness. The prices UPS gives are very reasonable compared to other printing companies & in addition, gives high quality results. Luciano was fast & efficient & even gave me a discount through AARP on the total. UPS is very lucky to have Luciano (Giovanni) work for them. Thank You UPS !!!! read more

One reason I love going to The UPS Store in Bayside is because of the people who work there. The people are friendly and always give you great customer service compare to other UPS Stores. Great customer service and incredible bubble wrapping skills. They tend to go above and beyond whenever I bring an item in. I have sent extremely fragile merchandise and my packages ALWAYS arrive in the same condition they leave the store in. I will continue to come to this location anytime I need to send a package. Additionally, they offer boxes for sale, printing services, and even passport photos. read more

I'm not sure if this is standard but the Bell Blvd UPS store charges $2.00 to print out an email label. They also charge for a strip of tape for your package. Not even USPS charges for tape.. I feel this is extremely petty when it comes to customer service. The last time I went, I left my tape for others to use if needed. The parking takes longer than the actual visit at the store. In my experience, the Little Neck and Great Neck location has never charged for printing of the email label or a strip of tape needed to close up a standard 8x5 box. Employees are nice though. read more

Always fast, friendly and courteous. Not sure about the prices because i have only gone there with prepaid return packages but they are always energetic, very friendly, quick and attentive. read more

Probably the most friendly UPS store I have been to. Had a FedEx package that was scheduled for pickup and as usual, the package was not picked up. Immediately went to this UPS store and they were helpful and friendly, maybe a little too jovial, but it shows the team get along well. read more

Friendly staff and very helpful. Sent a shipment out and had an issue with the receiver. The store called and did all the foot work and straightened it all out for me and kept me in the loop the whole time. Only UPS store I will go to. read more

Honestly this place has the best customer service anywhere. The staff, no matter who it is, is always courteous and friendly. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this UPS store over USPS for all my mailing needs from now on. read more

Yi Luo was very helpful and polite every time I came to this store. Will be back again!

Great customer service and great hours. So much better than standing on ridiculous lines in USPS with rude and grumpy staff. They go above and beyond here. Prices are steep (doubt they have control over that) and parking is only street parking. read more

I was visiting my folks last Sept., and had some paintings I inherited, that I was meaning to take back with me to California. I figured I would be able to carry them with me on the plane. But once I had wrapped them up, it was evident that these would never be allowed as carry-on items (too large), and there was no way I was gonna check them in and risk having them damaged, which they surely would have been. So, UPS Store to the rescue! Their Pack n Ship service was WELL worth the extra money for the convenience and peace of mind. The staff handled everything, all I did was hand over the paintings, give them my shipping info, and pay. Quick and painless. They did such a pro wrapping job that I think even if the package got kicked across the USA, my paintings would have STILL arrived OK. I received the package a week later in perfect condition using their Ground service. Such a good experience, that I had another painting packed and shipped to me last week with the same result. I would trust them with packing any fragile items. Not cheap, but like I said, well worth the peace of mind, and not having the hassle of buying special shipping supplies and packing it yourself. read more
